3-芳基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-2-丙烯-1-醇的合成及生物活性研究

用硼氢化钠还原3-芳基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)丙烯酮, 合成了10个新型含吡啶基的三唑醇类化合物. 所有化合物均经核磁、元素分析确证. 生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有一定的杀菌活性及植物生长调节活性.     

Banach空间中渐近非扩张非自身映射带误差Noor迭代的收敛性定理

本文主要对三个渐近非扩张非自身映射引入了一种新的投影型Noor迭代程序,并在一致凸Banach空间中给出了该Noor迭代序列的弱与强收敛性定理.我们的主要结果推广和改进了该领域许多近期的结果.     

基于模糊神经元PID算法的注塑机注射速度控制算法研究

基于一款市场较为畅销的注塑机, 设计出一种能精确控制注射速度的模糊神经元PID控制器. 首先, 设计出具有自学能力的神经元PID控制器, 利用模糊算法对其进行优化; 其次, 在原有注射速度线性数学模型的基础上, 构建注塑机注射速度的非线性模型; 最后, 利用MATLAB在所建数学模型的基础上对模糊神经元PID控制器进行仿真实验. 实验结果表明, 所设计控制器具有响应迅速、无超调量、控制精度高、控制稳定等优点.     

A Wide Band Strong Acoustic Absorption in a Locally Network Anechoic Coating

Composite materials with interpenetrating network structures usually exhibit unexpected merit due to the cooperative interaction. Locally resonant phononic crystals （LRPC） exhibit excellent sound attenuation performance based on a periodical arrangement of sound wave scatters. Inspired by the interpenetrating network structure and the LRPC concept, we develop a locally network anechoic coating （LNAC） that can achieve a wide band of underwater strong acoustic absorption. The experimental results show that the LNAC possesses an excellent underwater acoustic absorbing capacity in a wide frequency range. Moreover, in order to investigate the impact of the interpenetrating network structure, we fabricate a faultage structure sample and the network is disconnected by hard polyurethane （PU）. The experimental comparison between the LNAC and the fanltage structure sample shows that the interpenetrating network structure of the LNAC plays an important role in achieving a wide band strong acoustic absorption.     

紫金牛抗结核成分的化学结构

从民间抗结核草药紫金牛全草中分得两个新的间苯二酚烯基衍生物,紫金牛酚Ⅰ(1)和紫金牛酚Ⅱ(2)。体外抑制结核菌试验表明,它们为该植物抑制结核杆菌生长的有效成分,经光谱分析与化学降解方法证明,1为2-甲基-5-[8'(顺)-十三烯基]-间苯二酚,2为5-[8'(顺)-十三烯基]-间苯二酚。     

8-羟基喹啉重量法快速测定钨铁合金中钨

8-羟基喹啉与许多金属元素(除碱金属外),在弱酸性或弱碱性溶液中能形成螯合物沉淀,这种沉淀分子量大,组成恒定。试样以硝酸和氢氟酸溶解,EDTA为掩蔽剂,在乙酸铵-乙酸(pH=6.5)的缓冲溶液中,8-羟基喹啉与钨生成黄色沉淀,灼烧称重无水WO3。分别对沉淀时pH值、陈化时间、沉淀剂的用量进行选择,研究出了一种快速、准确、经济的分析方法。分析准确度好、精密度高,完全能够满足生产分析要求。     

1-(1-甲氧基-1-二茂铁基-3-芳基-丙烷-2-基)-1H-1,2,4-三唑类衍生物的合成及生物活性研究

通过在三唑类活性结构中引入较大空间位阻的二茂铁基设计合成了11个新颖的含二茂铁取代的1H-1,2,4-三唑类化合物, 其结构经元素分析, ¹H NMR谱和单晶X-ray衍射分析得到确证. 初步的生物活性测试表明, 部分化合物具有明显的植物生长调节活性.     

过氧亚硝酸根离子诱导DNA断裂机理的研究

在体内NO和超氧阴离子生成的过氧亚硝酸根离子（ONOO^-，peroxynitrite）是一种强氧化性物质，它可以诱导DNA单链断裂使DNA发生损伤。为了探讨ONOO^-断裂DNA的作用机理，以质粒DNA pBR322为研究对象，采用琼脂糖凝胶和硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)显色反应等方法对ONOO^-与DNA的反应进行研究。结果表明ONOO^-能明显使DNA发生断裂，而且随着ONOO^-浓度的增加，DNA断裂的程度增加，在酸性和中性条件下ONOO^-断裂DNA的能力明显高于碱性介质，而CO₂对该反应有显著的抑制作用，TBA显色反应进一步证实该反应为自由基机理，其机理为ONOO^-与H⁺形成ONOOH，然后裂解为二氧化氮自由基（·NO₂）和羟基自由基（·OH），继而对DNA造成损伤。     

Comparison and control of the robustness between quantum entanglement and quantum correlation in an open quantum system

We investigate the influence of environmental decoherence on the dynamics of a coupled qubit system and quantum correlation.We analyse the relationship between concurrence and the degree of initial entanglement or the purity of initial quantum state,and also their relationship with quantum discord.The results show that the decrease of the purity of an initial quantum state can induce the attenuation of concurrence or quantum discord,but the attenuation of quantum discord is obviously slower than the concurrence’s,correspondingly the survival time of quantum discord is longer.Further investigation reveals that the robustness of quantum discord and concurrence relies on the entanglement degree of the initial quantum state.The higher the degree of entanglement,the more robust the quantum discord is than concurrence.And the reverse is equally true.Birth and death happen to quantum discord periodically and a newborn quantum discord comes into being under a certain condition,so does the concurrence.
