A New One-dimensional Complex Assembled by 4-Nitrobenzoic Acid and Bis(imidazol) Ligands:Syntheses,Structures and Theoretical Calculations

A new Zn(Ⅱ)coordination polymer,[Zn(nba)_2(mbix)]_(2n)(1,Hnba=4-nitrobenzoic acid,mbix=1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene),was synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses,IR spectra,TG,fluorescence spectroscopy,single-crystal and powder X-ray diffractions.It belongs to the triclinic system,■ space group,with a=9.341(2),b=13.029(3),c=23.660(6)?,α=99.603(6)°,β=90.461(6)°,γ=90.597(5)°,V=2838.9(12)?~3 and Z=2.It shows one-dimensional chains which are further linked by C–H···O hydrogen bonds andπ-πstacking interactions to yield a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.In addition,the Natural Bond Orbital(NBO)was analyzed in using the PBE0/LANL2DZ method built in Gaussian 09 Program.The calculation results indicated obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Zn(Ⅱ)ion.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Cadmium（Ⅱ） Polymer with One-dimensional Chain Structure： [Cd（MDPPz）（BDC）（H2O）]n

A metal-organic coordination compound formulated as [Cd(MDPPz)(BDC)(H2O)]n 1 (MDPPz=11-methyldipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine,BDC=1,4-benzenedicarboxylate) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum,fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group C2/c,with a=30.673(8),b=9.623(3),c=20.784(6) ,β=98.646(3)o,V=6065(3)3,C27H17CdN4O5,Mr=589.85,Dc=1.292 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=0.757 mm-1,F(000)=2360,Z=8,the final R=0.0381 and wR=0.0855 for 4191 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). 1 exhibits blue fluorescence property at room temperature.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a 1D Chained Coordination Polymer Containing One-dimensional Egg-like Channels： {[Cu2（C2O4）2（inta）4]（inta）}n （inta = Isonicotinamide）

A new one-dimensional copper coordination polymer chain has been prepared and fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy. The compound {[Cu2(C2O4)2(inta)4](inta)}n1 crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=8.4722(5),b=10.9825(6),c=11.6128(6),α=104.8050(10),β=102.5740(10),γ= 109.6890(10)o,V=927.18(9)3,Mr=929.79,Z=1,Dc=1.665 g/cm3,F(000)=475,μ=1.231 mm-1,R=0.0453 and wR=0.1185 for 3290 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Of the compound,the Cu center is octahedrally coordinated with oxalate acting as a tetra-dentate ligand coordinated to the copper atom and each inta serving as a terminal ligand by employing only one N-donor to coordinate with the Cu center. An infinite {Cu2(C2O4)2}∞ chain is formed along the c axis. Furthermore,the 1D chains are held together via extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions to generate a three-dimensional network with 1D channels (ca. 5.491×11.507) where inta molecules are filled.

通过水热法合成了2个新的配合物[Mn(NIPH)(mbix)]_n (1)和[Co(NIPH)(mbix)(H₂O)₃]_2n·2nH₂O (2)(H₂NIPH=5-硝基间苯二甲酸,mbix=1,3-双(咪唑基-1-基)苯)。并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重和X-射线单晶衍射测定。这两个配合物通过氢键和π-π相互作用形成了三维超分子网状结构。     

镍、钴超分子配合物的合成、晶体结构及理论计算

通过水热法合成了2个新的金属-有机超分子配合物[Ni(eoba)(phen)(H₂O)₂]·0.58H₂O(1)和[Co(eoba)(phen)]₂·H₂O(2)(H₂boba=4,4''-(乙烷-1,2-二氧基)-二苯甲酸,phen=菲咯啉),并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重和X射线单晶衍射测定。配合物1和2是同构的,每个配合物都是六配位的,菲咯啉分子上的2个氮原子、4,4''-(乙烷-1,2-二氧基)-二苯甲酸配体上的2个氧原子和2个配位水分子与金属配位。此外,还用高斯03程序PBE0/LANL2DZ方法对配合物1进行了自然键轨道(NBO)分析,计算结果表明配位原子与Ni原子之间存在着共价作用。     

由草酸及双咪唑基配体构筑的二维锰(Ⅱ)配位聚合物的水热合成及晶体结构

通过水热法合成了一个新的金属-有机配位聚合物[Mn(C2O4)(bimb)]n.0.25nH2O(H2C2O4=草酸,bimb=1,4-双(咪唑基-1-基)丁烷)。并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重和X-射线单晶衍射测定。该配合物属于三斜晶系,P1空间群。在晶体结构中,锰原子为六配位与来自2个不同的C2O42-配体上的4个羧基氧原子和来自2个bimb配体上的2个氮原子配位,呈现畸变的八面体几何构型。

通过水热法合成了2个新的金属-有机超分子配合物[CdCl₂（L₁）]_n（1）和[Pb（BDC）_0.5（HBDC）（L₂）]·2H₂O（2）（H₂BDC=对苯二甲酸,L₁=2-（4-氨基苯酚）-1H-咪唑并[4,5-f]菲咯啉,L₂=2-（4-N,N''-二甲基苯）-1H-咪唑并[4,5-f]菲咯啉）。并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重、荧光光谱和X射线单晶衍射测定。配合物1是一维链状结构,配合物2为零维结构,它们均通过氢键和π-π堆积形成了三维超分子结构。此外,还用高斯09程序PBE0/LANL2DZ方法对配合物1和2进行了自然键轨道（NBO）分析,计算结果表明配位原子与Cd（Ⅱ）、Pb（Ⅱ）离子之间存在着共价作用。     

配合物Pb(cbba)_2(phen)_2的水热合成、晶体结构与荧光性能研究(英文)

A new metal-organic complex Pb(cbba)2(phen)2 (1, H2cbba=2-(4′-chlorine-benzoyl)benzoic acid, phen= 1,10-phenanthroline) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a=1.474 49(7) nm, b=0.953 90(4) nm, c=3.031 65(14) nm, V=4.264 1(3) nm3, C52H32Cl2N4O6Pb, Mr=1 086.91, Dc=1.693 g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=4.141 mm-1, F(000)=2 144, Z=4, the final R=0.018 3 and wR=0.045 7 for 3 582 observed reflections (I2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the lead atom is six-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from different cbba ligands and four nitrogen atoms from different phen ligands, showing a distorted octahedral geometry. Furthermore, 1 shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature.
