A facile two-directional synthesis of new pyrimido[5,4-d]pyrimidine-2,8-dione was reported via an efficient reaction of premade bis-aldehydes and 1-(2-amino-1,2-dicyanovinyl)-3-phenylurea in the presence of triethylamine as the base and Cu (II) as catalyst. As there is controversy about the formation of two types of products, that is, purine or pyrimidine ring containing compounds in the reaction of diaminomaleonitrile with isocyanates and aldehydes, the computational model chemistry has been employed to obtain new insight about this reaction and determining the dominant pathway of the process. Using DFT model, two alternative pathways have been explored and geometrical isomerization of central double bond has been considered. Accordingly, the evaluated energy barriers affirm the formation of six-membered pyrimidine ring as the major product in the presence of CuCl2 as the catalyst and MeOH as solvent.  相似文献

In this work, we study a stochastic single machine scheduling problem in which the features of learning effect on processing times, sequence-dependent setup times, and machine configuration selection are considered simultaneously. More precisely, the machine works under a set of configurations and requires stochastic sequence-dependent setup times to switch from one configuration to another. Also, the stochastic processing time of a job is a function of its position and the machine configuration. The objective is to find the sequence of jobs and choose a configuration to process each job to minimize the makespan. We first show that the proposed problem can be formulated through two-stage and multi-stage Stochastic Programming models, which are challenging from the computational point of view. Then, by looking at the problem as a multi-stage dynamic random decision process, a new deterministic approximation-based formulation is developed. The method first derives a mixed-integer non-linear model based on the concept of accessibility to all possible and available alternatives at each stage of the decision-making process. Then, to efficiently solve the problem, a new accessibility measure is defined to convert the model into the search of a shortest path throughout the stages. Extensive computational experiments are carried out on various sets of instances. We discuss and compare the results found by the resolution of plain stochastic models with those obtained by the deterministic approximation approach. Our approximation shows excellent performances both in terms of solution accuracy and computational time.

Some new bis-benzylidene-hydrazides were synthesized via a condensation reaction of the corresponding azo dyes with adipic acid dihydrazide. All compounds because of the three possible stereoisomers showed four sets of signals in NMR. The anion recognition studies exhibited that the nitro bis-benzylidene-hydrazide derivative acts as a highly sensitive and selective chromogenic sensor for naked-eye detection of CN¯ and AcO¯ ions, with a distinct color change from yellow to blue and yellow to purple, respectively. The limit of detection (LOD) was found for 1d toward CN¯ to be 1.1?μM. The result of the Job's plot indicated stoichiometry of binding between chemosensor and anions is found to be 1:2.  相似文献

12 mJ, 10-Hz green pulses from frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser was used for pumping Rhodamine 6G in a dye laser based on multiple-prism beam expander. In order to increase the stability of the output pulse, a unique dye cell with variable dimensions of active medium was designed and constructed. By using multiple-prism dispersion theory, conditions for zero-dispersion in two and four-prism beam expander configuration was calculated. In the case of two-prism configuration, tuning range of dye laser was 565–595 nm and the linewidth of pulse at 580 nm was about 1.8 nm and it is in good agreement with the calculated amount of 1.6 nm. Furthermore, using four-prism configuration tuning range of 570–585 nm was measured and the linewidth of output pulse at 575 nm was reduced up to 0.33 nm. This value may be further improved up to 0.22 nm according these calculations. In this arrangement, creation of parasitic modes, aberration in two dimensions and most of the alignment problems with the lens telescopes were resolved.  相似文献
