国内首次研制成功的高温超导移动通讯基站子系统原理性样机

高温超导移动电话基站子系统可以明显提高基站的性能，因此受到广泛的重视。我们利用一个高性能超导滤波器，低噪声放大器，脉冲管制冷机和有关的微波线路集成了一台完整的高温超导移动通讯基站子系统原理性样机。该子系统是针对DCS1800基站系统，频段为1710-1785MHz，系统增益为18dB，该子系统是国内研制成功的首台原理性样机。这表明对高温超导微波器件的应用研究已取得了阶段性的重要成果。性能更好的实用子系统样机正在研制中。     

Ultraviolet Luminescence in Mg0.12Zn0.88O Alloy Films

We investigate the origin of ultraviolet （UV） emission from Mg0.12 Zn0.88 O alloy thin films with a wurtzite structure fabricated on c-plane Al2O3 substrates by plasma assisted molecular beam epitaxy. At room temperature, the absorption edge and UV emission band of the Mg0.12Zn0.88O film shift to high-energy side compared with ZnO films. Temperature dependence of the photoluminescence spectra shows that the UV emission is composed of free exciton and neutral donor bound exciton emissions. Two-step dissociation processes of the UV emission are observed with the increasing temperature. The thermal quenching mechanism is attributed to the dissociation of the free exciton from the neutral donor bound exciton in the low temperature region and the dissociation of free electron and hole from the free exciton in the high temperature region.     

流动注射-化学发光法测定地质样品中的痕量钴（Ⅱ）

1 引言 化学发光分析具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽、仪器简单价廉等优点,已被用于免疫分析、水样分析和其它简单样品中无机组分的分析.但由于选择性较差,目前还很少见到利用该方法测定地质样品中痕量元素的报道.我们详细研究了流动注射-化学发光法测定地质样品中痕量钴的条件,实现了化学发光法测定地质样品中的痕量钴.     

Mid-infrared generation based on a periodically poled LiNbO3 optical parametric oscillator

We report a nanosecond Nd:YVO_4-pumped optical parametric oscillator (OPO) based on periodically poled LiNbO_3 (PPLN). Tuning is achieved in this experiment by varying the temperature and period of the PPLN. The design of double-pass singly resonant oscillator (DSRO) and confocal cavity enables the OPO threshold to be lowered considerably, resulting in a simple, compact, all-solid-state configuration with the mid-infrared idler powers of up to 466mW at 3.41μm.     

Nd：YVO4晶体α向生长研究

采用固-液两相混合，使Nd2o3、Y2O3和V2O5在近常温条件下初步合成Nd：YVO4多晶原料，降低固相合成反应温度，减少V2O5在多晶原料制备过程中的挥发。讨论了α方向V单晶生长条件，采用提拉法，以(100)方向进行单晶生长，得到一系列掺杂浓度的Nd：YVO4单晶。     

Effects of Substrate Temperature on Helium Content and Microstructure of Nanocrystalline Titanium Films

Helium-charged nanocrystalline titanium films have been deposited by HeAr magnetron co-sputtering. The effects of substrate temperature on the helium content and microstructure of the nanocrystalline titanium films have been studied. The results indicate that helium atoms with a high concentration are evenly incorporated in the deposited titanium films. When the substrate temperature increases from 60℃ to 350℃ while the other deposition＇parameters are fixed, the helium content decreases gradually from 38.6 at.% to 9.2at.%, which proves that nanocrystalline Ti films have a great helium storage capacity. The 20 angle of the Bragg peak of （002） crystal planes of the He-charged Ti film shifts to a lower angle and that of （100） crystal plane is unchanged as compared with that of the pure Ti film, which indicates that the lattice parameter c increases and a keeps at the primitive value. The grain refining and helium damage result in the diffraction peak broadening.

各位常务理事、各位会长、秘书长:根据本次会议的安排,受迟海滨会长和王朝才秘书长委托,就如何做好宣传工作、办好协会会刊,充分发挥《珠算与珠心算》舆论喉舌作用,促进珠心算教育事业发展问题,我讲几点意见,仅供大家讨论时参考。一、做好新时期宣传工作刻不容缓宣传工作是珠协工作的重要组成部分,充分发挥会刊的作用,努力做好珠算心算宣传工作,这不仅是办刊的主办单位,也是各级珠协一项长期工作任务。(一)重视宣传、办好会刊是珠心算发展的客观要求首先,做好宣传工作是珠协工作发展的需要。弘扬珠算文化、发展珠心算教育,实现开发儿童智力潜能的目的,是各级珠协的中心任务,围绕这一“中心”开展的科教工作与各种活动,方方面面都涉及一个宣传力度问题。可通过电视、电台、报纸等媒体做舆论宣传,是需要一定资金支持的,而以目前珠协组织的现状与实力,还不能做到充分利用各种媒体的宣传为珠算心算事业发展服务,所以我们只能以会刊为主要载体强化对珠协工作的宣传。俗话说“干啥就吆呼啥”,我们正在从事的是一项“功在当代、利在千秋”造福子孙的事业,你自己不说别人怎么知道?因此围绕开发儿童智力潜能这个“中心”做好宣传,共同努力办好会刊显得尤为重要,必须提上重要议事日程。...     

Spectroscopic properties of neodymium-doped tellurite glass fiber

Nd~(3+)-doped tellurite glass and a single mode tellurite glass fiber with a core diameter of 8 μm were prepared in this work. The 1.33-μm emission from the ~4F_(3/2)→~4I_(13/2) transition of Nd~(3+) with a spectral bandwidth of 55 nm in tellurite glass fiber is observed. The lifetime of 164 μs of ~4F_(3/2) level and quantum efficiency of about 100% are obtained.
