局部环是重要的环类,在同调代数,环论等研究中发挥了重要的作用.为推广局部环的性质,给出广义局部环的概念,研究广义局部环的相关性质,证明环R为广义局部环的一些充分条件和充要条件.     

离子速度成像技术研究2-溴戊烷的光解离动力学

运用离子速度成像技术研究了2-溴戊烷分子在～234 nm处的光解离动力学. 通过分析光解产物Br(²P_3/2)(简称Br)和Br(²P_1/2) (简称Br*)的速度影像,分别得到其速度分布和角度分布. Br和Br*的速度分布可以用两个高斯分布拟合,分别对应于2-溴戊烷在～234 nm处两个独立的光解离反应通道. 高能的高斯分量对应于C-Br伸缩振动模式的直接解离,低能的高斯分量对应于弯曲振动和C-Br伸缩振动耦合所导致的解离. 确定出光解离产物Br的相对量子产率为0.892,结合Br和Br*碎片的各项异性参数和溴原子的相对量子产率,讨论了³Q₀、³Q₁和¹Q₁激发态分别对产物Br和Br*的贡献. 通过对比溴代戊烷4种同分异构体光解离过程的差异,讨论了分子烷基分支化对光解机理的影响.     

关于高校实验室化学废物的处置现状及其改进的思考

随着国家对高等教育和科研投入的增加,高校和科研院所在教学和科研水平方面得到极大的提升,但同时实验室化学废物量呈现爆炸式增长,由此带来的安全隐患和污染代价也同比例增加,已成为目前困扰高校发展的巨大难题。实验室化学废物社会处置能力的缺失或不足以及相关法律法规的不健全是制约这一问题解决的根本。本文结合国内实验室化学废物现状、境外实验室化学废物处置可资借鉴的经验,从科研实验室化学废物处置相关法律法规入手,提出一系列有关制度建设方案及危废处理方案的思考,为实验室化学废物处理建言献策。     

二氧化碳分子离子经由Ã2Πu1/2电子态振动能级共振的光解动力学：一项时间切片离子速度成像技术研究

We report on the photodissociation dynamics of CO₂⁺ via its òΠ_u,1/2 state using the scheme of [1+1] photon excitation that is intermediated by the mode-selected òΠ_u,1/2( u1,u2,0) vibronic states. Photodissociation fragment exciation spectrum and images of photofragment CO⁺ have been measured to obtain reaction dynamics parameters such as the available energy and the average translational energy. Combining with the potential energy functions of CO₂⁺, the dissociation mechanism of CO₂⁺ is discussed. The conformational variation of CO₂⁺ from linear to bent on the photodissociation dynamics of CO₂⁺ is verified.     

间氟溴苯分子240 nm紫外光解动力学

The photodissociation dynamics of m-bromofluorobenzene has been experimentally investigated at around 240 nm using the DC-slice velocity map imaging technique. The kinetic energy release spectra and the recoiling angular distributions of fragmented Br(²P_3/2) and Br(²P_1/2) atoms from photodissociation of m-bromofluorobenzene have been measured at different photolysis wavelengths around 240 nm. The experimental results indicate that two dissociation pathways via (pre-)dissociation of the two low-lying ¹ππ^* excited states dominate the production process of the ground state Br(²P_3/2) atoms. Because of the weak spin-orbit coupling effect among the low-lying triplet and singlet states, the spin-orbit excited Br(²P_1/2) atoms are mainly produced via singlet-triplet state coupling in the dissociation step. The similarity between the present results and that recently reported for o-bromofluorobenzene indicates that the substitution position of the fluorine atom does not significantly affect the UV photodissociation dynamics of bromofluorobenzenes.     

铝热剂反应性冲击热点分析

 采用激光粒度扫描仪测量了二元混合物铝热剂（Al+Fe₂O₃）原料的粒径分布,在电子显微镜下观察了铝颗粒、氧化铁颗粒的颗粒形状及两者按照化学配比混合后的颗粒接触状态。综合粒径分布和反应体系的化学配比关系,得到两种反应物的特征粒径和混合物的颗粒布局。根据特征粒径和颗粒布局,建立了该反应体系的等效细观模型,该细观模型能够保证得到与实际颗粒体系相一致的具有统计意义的孔穴结构。采用无网格粒子方法,数值模拟了铝热剂体系在不同冲击速度作用下,基本氧化铁颗粒排列形成的热点特征。研究表明,氧化铁三颗粒紧密排列的模式为形成单独热点的最基本排列,在平面冲击作用下,二元不同粒径的含能材料混合物形成热点的尺寸由初始孔穴尺寸确定,而热点温度受冲击速度影响较大。采用轻气炮对不同密度和配比的铝热剂进行了冲击点火实验,并将测量和数值计算结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,两者的定性结论吻合较好。

Influence of Photon Mass on Vacuum Birefringence Experiment

Influence of photon mass on vacuum birefringence experiment is analysed according to the nonlinearities of vacuum quantum electrodynamics for the light propagation through an intense electromagnetic field. It is shown that although the photon mass will cause a change of the refractive indices n┴ and nⅡ of vacuum birefringence, the difference nⅡ - n┴ is unchanged, which means that the effect of photon mass cannot be observed in vacuum birefringence experiment.
