We report a 1.8 μm two-section distributed Bragg reflector laser using butt-jointed In Ga As P bulk material as the waveguide core layer. The threshold current is 17 m A and the output power is 8 m W on average. The threshold current, output power, and emitting wavelength dependences on temperature are measured. The obtained wavelength tuning range is 10 nm. This device has potential applications in simultaneous multiple-gas detection.  相似文献

A complete set of new photolabile nucleoside phosphoramidites were synthesized, then site‐specifically incorporated into sense or antisense strands of siRNA for phosphate caging. Single caging modification was made along siRNA strands and their photomodulation of gene silencing were examined by using the firefly luciferase reporter gene. Several key phosphate positions were then identified. Furthermore, multiple caging modifications at these key positions led to significantly enhanced photomodulation of gene silencing activity, suggesting a synergistic effect. The caging group on both the terminally phosphate‐caged siRNA and the single‐stranded caged RNA has comparatively high stability, whereas hydrolysis of the caged group from the internally caged siRNA was observed, irrespective of the presence of Mg2+. Molecular dynamic simulations demonstrated that enhanced hydrolysis of the caging group on internally phosphate‐caged siRNAs was due to easy fragmentation of the caging group upon formation of the pentavalent intermediate of the phosphotriester with attack by water. The caging group in the terminally phosphate‐caged siRNA or single‐stranded caged RNA prefers to form π–π stacks with nearby nucleobases. In addition to providing explanations for previous observations, this study sheds further light on the design of caged oligonucleotides and indicates the direction of future development of nucleic acid drugs with phosphate modifications.  相似文献

We investigated the influence of an inserted bar on the hopper flow experimentally.Three geometrical parameters,size of upper outlet D1,size of lower outlet D0,and the height of bar H,are variables here.With varying H we found three regimes:one transition from clogging to a surface flow and another transition from a surface flow to a dense flow.For the dense flow,the flow rate follows Beverloo’s law and there is a saturation of inclination of free surfaceθ.We plotted the velocity field and there is a uniform linear relation between the particle velocity and depth from the free surface.We also found that the required value of D1 to guarantee the connectivity of flow is little smaller than D0.For the transition from a surface flow to a dense flow,there is a jump of flow rate and the minimumθfor flowing is two degrees larger than the repose angle.  相似文献

Tin is a typical residual element in steel and mainly originates from Sn-containing complex iron ore and steel scrap. The segregation of Sn in steel is harmful to the performances of steel. In this paper, the micro-segregation of residual element Sn during the solidification process of boiler and pressure vessel steel by micro-segregation model was studied. The results showed that the micro-segregation degree of Sn reduces apparently with the increase of cooling rate and remarkably deteriorates during the solidification process. When the initial content of C is higher than 0.1%, it will cause the solidification transform of the solid phase converting from the ferrite phase to austenite phase and the significant increase in the micro-segregation degree of Sn. However, increasing the initial contents of Si, Mn, P and S separately has non-significant effects on the micro-segregation degree of Sn. In addition, the improvement of initial content of Sn will lead to the micro-segregation degree decrease of Sn and has an inapparent impact on zero strength temperature and zero ductility temperature of the boiler and pressure vessel steel.  相似文献

簇发振荡普遍存在.探索通向簇发振荡的可能路径是簇发研究的热点问题之一."脉冲式爆炸(pulsed-shaped explosion,PSE)"是一种最近被报道的可以诱发簇发振荡的新机制,其特征为平衡点和极限环表现出了与参数变化相关的脉冲式急剧量变.PSE会导致系统轨线急剧跃迁,从而诱发典型的簇发振荡.然而,目前报道的PSE中仅含有"单向的尖峰",未发现"双向的尖峰",且由其诱发的簇发振荡仅含单向的振荡簇.本文以多频激励Rayleigh系统为例,旨在揭示PSE的不同表现形式以及与此相关的簇发动力学.利用频率转换快慢分析法得到了Rayleigh系统的快子系统和慢变量.针对快子系统的分析表明,PSE表现出了较为复杂的动力学特性,其特征是PSE包含了正负双向两个不同的尖峰,此即所谓的正负双向PSE.其急剧量变行为,导致了系统轨线在单个振荡周期内出现正向和负向的多次跃迁,由此得到了由正负双向PSE所诱发的簇发振荡.根据吸引子类型分别揭示了点--点型和环--环型两类簇发振荡模式的产生机制.本文的研究给出了PSE的不同表现形式,丰富了多时间尺度下的簇发振荡的诱发机制.   相似文献

The oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalyzed by mononuclear and planar binuclear cobalt (CoPc) and iron phthalocyanine (FePc) catalysts is investigated in detail by density functional theory (DFT) methods. The calculation results indicate that the ORR activity of Fe-based Pcs is much higher than that of Co-based Pcs, which is due to the fact that the former could catalyze 4e- ORRs, while the latter could catalyze only 2e- ORRs from O2 to H2O2. The original high activities of Fe-based Pcs could be attributed to their high energy level of the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO), which could lead to the stronger adsorption energy between catalysts and ORR species. Nevertheless, the HOMO of Co-based Pcs is the ring orbital, not the 3d Co orbital, thereby inhibiting the electron transfer from metal to adsorbates. Furthermore, compared with mononuclear FePc, the planar binuclear FePc has more stable structure in acidic medium and more suitable adsorption energy of ORR species, making it a promising non-precious electrocatalyst for ORR.  相似文献

A facile synthesis of 4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-4-one derivatives by Pd-catalyzed carbonylative cross-coupling between N-(ortho-bromoaryl)amides and benzene-1,3,5-triyl triformate (TFBen) was developed. This procedure does not require the toxic and flammable gas CO as the carbonyl source and tolerates a wide scope of functional groups. Remarkably, 4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-4-ones incorporated to natural products and drugs can be constructed by this method.  相似文献

The efficacy of combination immunotherapy has been limited by tumor specificity and immune-related adverse events (irAEs). Herein, we report the development of polymeric STING pro-agonists (PSPA), whose sono-immunotherapeutic efficacy is activated by sono-irradiation and elevated glutathione (GSH) within the tumor microenvironment (TME). PSPA is composed of sonosensitizers (semiconducting polymer) and STING agonists (MSA-2) via the GSH-activatable linkers. Under sono-irradiation, PSPA serves as a sonosensitizer to generate 1O2 and induce immunogenic cell death (ICD) of malignant tumor cells. Furthermore, MSA-2 is released specifically in tumor microenvironment with highly expressed GSH, minimizing off-target side effects. The activation of the STING pathway elevates the interferon-β level and synergizes with SDT to enhance the anti-tumor response. Therefore, this work proposes a universal approach for spatiotemporal regulation of cancer sono-immunotherapy.  相似文献

Cytokine therapy mediates the interaction between immune cells and non-immune cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME), forming a promising approach in cancer therapy. However, the dose-dependent adverse effects and non-selective stimulation of cytokines limit their clinical use. We herein report a sonodynamic cytokine nano-immunocomplex (SPNAI) that specifically activates effector T cells (Teffs) for antitumor immunotherapy. By conjugating anti-interleukin-2 (anti-IL-2) antibodies S4B6 on the semiconducting polymer nanoparticles to afford SPNA, this nanoantibody SPNA can bind with IL-2 to form SPNAI which can block the interaction between IL-2 and regulatory T cells (Tregs), selectively activating Teffs in TME. Moreover, SPNAI generates 1O2 to trigger immunogenic cell death of cancer cells upon sono-irradiation, which promotes the maturation of dendritic cells and the proliferation of Teffs. This SPNAI-mediated combination sonodynamic immunotherapy thus elevates the ratio of Teffs/Tregs in TME, resulting in inhibition of tumor growth, suppression of lung metastasis and prevention of tumor relapse.  相似文献
