Silver-mediated α-dC–Ag+–β-dC hybrid base pairs decorated with 5-iodo- or 5-octadiynyl residues are well accommodated in duplex DNA. A strong Tm increase and favorable thermodynamic data for duplex DNA were observed after addition of silver ions. The phenomenon is particularly obvious when both nucleobases of the base pairs are functionalized. Neither the position of the base pair, nor the type of 5-substituent had a negative influence. On the contrary, functionalization of conventional silver-mediated β-dC–Ag+–β-dC homo base pairs showed a negative impact induced by the bulky substituents. To this end, cytosine modified 12-mer oligodeoxynucleotides were prepared by solid-phase synthesis employing new α-anomeric 2′-deoxycytidine phosphoramidites. A multigram scale synthesis was developed for 5-iodo-α-d -2′-deoxycytidine ( 1 ) employing the direct glycosylation of cytosine with Hoffer's α-d -halogenose followed by separation of anomeric DMT nucleosides. Regarding base-pair stability and functionalization silver-mediated α/β-dC hybrid base pairs were found to be superior to β/β-dC homo pairs. According to their extraordinary properties, they might find applications in DNA diagnostics, material science, or nanotechnology.  相似文献

An efficient approach has been developed for the synthesis of an isofervenulin analogue 1 employing a one‐pot condensation‐substitution reaction of a chlorocarboethoxytriazine (electrophile) with a urea (nucleophile). The resulting cyclization reaction resulted in the synthesis of a pyrimido‐heterocycle in good yield in either acidic or basic media. The former was assisted by utilizing trimethylsilyl chloride.  相似文献

Microemulsion-mediated solvothermal synthesis of SrCO3 nanostructures   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The controlled synthesis of SrCO3 nanostructures with different morphologies, such as rodlike, whiskerlike, ellipsoidlike, and spherelike, were successfully achieved by the cationic surfactant-CTAB-microemulsion-mediated solvothermal method. Various comparison experiments showed that fundamental experimental parameters, such as the molar ratio of H2O to CTAB and the concentration of reactants, played important roles in the morphological control of SrCO3 nanostructures. A lower molar ratio of H2O to CTAB favors rodlike products, whereas a higher molar ratio generally leads to the formation of spherical products. A rational mechanism based on fusion, aggregate, and coalescence of microemulsion droplets is proposed for the selective formation of various morphologies. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), and field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) were used to characterize the products.  相似文献

To ensure safe and effective amplification for the chirped pulse amplification laser facility, many factors such as pulse spectral width, pulse duration, grating parameters and incidence angle parameter are considered carefully in the design of the pulse stretcher. A compact four pass Offner stretcher design is given out. Experiment results show that the stretcher has broad spectral width, large stretching ratio and high transmission efficiency. By comparison, the calculated result of the dispersion effect on the pulse duration is completely consistent with the experiment result.  相似文献

J-AT nucleoside-based organogelators 1a and 1b were designed and synthesized. They were endowed with unparalleled superiority to natural nucleobase analogues 26 to gelate aromatic solvents due to their excellent self-assembly properties. The J-AT nucleoside-based organogelators showed a specific self-complementary base pair recognition characteristic. The gel stabilities of 1a and 1b were drastically influenced by adenine analogue 2, hardly affected by thymine analogue 3, uracil analogue 4, cytosine analogue 5, and mildly interrupted by guanine analogue 6.  相似文献

糠酸作为糠醛的重要下游产品,在食品制造、材料制备、光学技术、药物合成中具有重要的应用,可用于合成防腐剂、增塑剂、热固性树脂、香料以及多种药物。目前,关于糠醛的制备以及催化氢化制备下游产物的综述报道相对较多,但是还没有系统地整理评述糠醛氧化合成糠酸的相关工作。本文综述了近年来以糠醛为主要原料制备糠酸的研究进展情况,讨论了不同催化体系及在不同氧源存在下对糠酸选择性的影响,重点突出了非均相催化剂在糠酸的工业化制备中的应用前景,对糠酸制备的未来发展方向进行了展望。  相似文献

研究了湛江等鞭金藻(Isochrysis zhanjiangensis)在改性ZSM-5分子筛上催化裂解制取低碳烯烃的过程.与热裂解过程相比,湛江等鞭金藻催化裂解可以得到更高的低碳烯烃选择性和收率.同时还研究了湛江等鞭金藻中不同油脂和藻渣的催化裂解.结果表明,微藻中的油脂能有效转化为烯烃,其中中性脂的烯烃收率最高,可达36.7%.不同溶剂抽提后得到的藻渣也可转化为低碳烯烃,但收率远低于微藻中的油脂.微藻中的油脂,特别是中性脂,是烯烃的主要贡献者,提高微藻中的中性脂含量能够得到更高的低碳烯烃收率.  相似文献

Integrated differential phase‐contrast scanning transmission electron microscopy (iDPC‐STEM) is capable of directly probing guest molecules in zeolites, owing to its sufficient and interpretable image contrast for both heavy and light elements under low‐dose conditions. This unique ability is demonstrated by imaging volatile organic compounds adsorbed in zeolite Silicalite‐1; iDPC‐STEM was then used to investigate molybdenum supported on various zeolites including Silicalite‐1, ZSM‐5, and mordenite. Isolated single‐Mo clusters were observed in the micropores of ZSM‐5, demonstrating the crucial role of framework Al in driving Mo atomically dispersed into the micropores. Importantly, the specific one‐to‐one Mo‐Al interaction makes it possible to locate Al atoms, that is, catalytic active sites, in the ZSM‐5 framework from the images, according to the positions of Mo atoms in the micropores.  相似文献

To design high‐performance mid‐infrared (mid‐IR) nonlinear optical (NLO) materials, we have focused on the combination of a heavy metal lone pair cation, Pb2+ and mixed oxyhalides. A systematic investigation in PbO‐PbCl2‐PbBr2 system led us to discover the first examples of NLO lead mixed oxyhalides, namely, Pb13O6Cl4Br10, Pb13O6Cl7Br7, and Pb13O6Cl9Br5. All the reported materials have remarkably comprehensive properties including broad IR transparency (up to 14.0 μm), qualified second harmonic generation (SHG) responses (0.6–0.9×AgGaS2), wide band gaps (3.05–3.21 eV), and ease of crystal growth. Interestingly, a centimeter‐sized single crystal (2.9×1.3×0.5 cm3) of Pb13O6Cl9Br5 revealing a wide transparent range (0.384–14.0 μm) and high laser damage threshold (LDT) (14.6×AgGaS2) has been successfully grown in an open system. The study suggests that all the reported mixed oxyhalides are outstanding candidates for mid‐IR NLO materials.  相似文献
