Unsymmetrical Pyrene‐Fused Phthalocyanine Derivatives: Synthesis,Structure, and Properties

Novel pyrene‐fused unsymmetrical phthalocyanine derivatives 2,3,9,10,16,17‐hexakis(2,6‐dimethylphenoxy)‐22,25‐diaza(2,7‐di‐tert‐butylpyrene)[4,5]phthalocyaninato zinc complex Zn[Pc(Pz‐pyrene)(OC₈H₉)₆] ( 1 ) and 2,3,9,10‐tra(2,6‐dimethylphenoxy)‐15,18,22,25‐traza(2,7‐di‐tert‐butylpyrene)[4,5]phthalocyaninato zinc compound Zn[Pc(Pz‐pyrene)₂(OC₈H₉)₄] ( 2 ) were isolated for the first time. These unsymmetrical pyrene‐fused phthalocyanine derivatives have been characterized by a wide range of spectroscopic and electrochemical methods. In particular, the pyrene‐fused phthalocyanine structure was unambiguously revealed on the basis of single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of 1 , representing the first structurally characterized phthalocyanine derivative fused with an aromatic moiety larger than benzene.     

12β-Acetyloxyperforatin,a New Limonoid from Harrisonia Perforata

A new A, D-seco limonoid, named 12-acetyloxyperforatin (1), along with three known ones, were isolated from the leaves of Harrisonia perforata. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including extensive NMR techniques and computational modelling. These compounds showed no inhibitory activity against the 11β-HSD1 enzyme.     

An improved LC–MS/MS method for determination of docetaxel and its application to population pharmacokinetic study in Chinese cancer patients

Because of its unpredictable side effects and efficacy, the anticancer drug docetaxel (DTX) requires improved characterisation of its pharmacokinetic profiles through population pharmacokinetic studies. A sensitive and rugged LC–MS/MS method for the detection of DTX in human plasma was developed and optimised using paclitaxel as an internal standard (IS). The plasma samples underwent rapid extraction using hybrid solid-phase extraction-protein precipitation. The analyte and IS were separated with an isocratic system on a Zorbax Eclipse Plus C₁₈ column using water containing 0.05% acetic acid along with 20 μM of sodium acetate and methanol (30/70, v/v) as the mobile phase. Quantification was performed using a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer through multiple reaction monitoring in positive mode, using the m/z 830.3 → 548.8 and m/z 876.3 → 307.7 transitions for DTX and paclitaxel, respectively. The range of the calibration curve was 1–500 ng/mL for DTX, and the linear correlation coefficient was >0.99. The accuracies ranged from −4.6 to 4.2%, and the precision was no higher than 7.0% for the analytes. No significant matrix effect was observed. Both DTX and the IS showed considerable recovery. This method was finally applied to the establishment of a population pharmacokinetic model to optimise the clinical use of DTX.

给出了推广x重新标度模型的重标度参数经验公式,其中建立了重标度参数与原子核的平均结合能之间的联系,由该公式可以得出A≥12的所有核的重标度参数值,利用这些参数值可以计算有关核过程并做出预言.     

ZnS∶Zn,Pb蓝粉在低压阴极射线激发下的应用

通过对ZnS∶Zn,Pb蓝色荧光粉进行表面包覆SiO2以改善其稳定性;In2O3材料的适量混合,提高了荧光粉的导电性,降低了它的起辉电压。采用沉淀法制备荧光屏,考察了阳极电压和阳极电流对亮度以及衰减过程的影响,实验结果表明ZnS∶Zn,Pb的性能优于ZnS∶Ag,Cl和ZnS∶Zn,可适用于FED等低压显示器。     

A Facile Synthesis of α-Phenylthio-α,β-Unsatuated Esters

α-phenylthio-α，β-unsaturated esters 6 were synthesized by Witting reaction of 3.which were prepared by a phenylsulfenyllation-trans-ylidation reaction.

通过对照关系的传递闭包和模糊关系的传递闭包，把求关系矩阵的传递闭包的算法完整地推广到模糊关系矩阵上。     

Surface Gravity on the Horizon of η- ξ Spacetime

We investigate the two methods of defining the surface gravity ,κ on the horizon, which are the metric definition and the definition given by the spacetime conformal method. It is found that the latter is of greater generality. By this method, we find that ,κ of η- ξ spacetime is equal to the exponent factor α in the coordinate transformation, which confirms the argument that η- ξ spacetime can be considered as the background spacetime for finitetemperature field theories. The reasons why the metric definition of ,κ can not be applied in η- ξ spacetime are presented.     

Synthesis of a soluble pyrrole copolymer with phenetidine

A new series of copolymers was synthesized through the oxidative polymerization of pyrrole (PY) and o‐phenetidine (PHT) with inorganic oxidants in acidic media. The polymerization parameters including the mixing method of the oxidant with the comonomer, the comonomer ratio, the time, the temperature, the oxidant, the organic medium, and the acid were systematically optimized for the synthesis of copolymers with high yields, intrinsic viscosities, and solubility. The resultant copolymers were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, ultraviolet–visible, solution high‐resolution ¹H NMR and solid‐state high‐resolution ¹³C NMR, circular dichroism spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that the PY observed content in the copolymers was much higher than the PY feed content. The regular variation of the polymerization yield, intrinsic viscosity, solubility, macromolecular structure, and electroactivity of the resulting polymers with the comonomer ratio, together with the complete solubility of a PY/PHT (10/90) polymer in highly polar solvents, indicated the formation of real random copolymers containing both PY and PHT units rather than a mixture of two homopolymers. However, the polymers containing more than 59 mol % PY were not homogeneous copolymers consisting of soluble and insoluble parts. A semiquantitative relationship between the polymerization yield or solubility of the copolymers and the polarity index of the organic solvents was examined. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
