正在研制的低温高密度核物质测量谱仪(CSR External-target Experiment,CEE)系统经过触发后平均数据率可达2 GB/s。针对整个谱仪的设计需求,本文提出了通用的流处理数据获取架构Data-Matrix (D-Matrix),并设计了D-Matrix在飞行时间探测器(Time-of-Flight,TOF)子系统应用的具体方案。TOF系统的数据获取(Data Acquisition,DAQ)系统中使用光纤、PCIe总线等高速串行通信方式完成从前端电子学(Front End Electronic, FEE)到服务器阵列的数据传输,并通过具有统一接口的流处理节点的部署和级联来完成事例组装、命令路由、状态实时监测和数据显示与存储等任务。除此之外,TOF系统的数据获取系统在硬件和逻辑设计上具有良好的通用性,可以兼容其他子探测器系统,并应用于CEE实验的全局系统中。  相似文献

Rosa roxburghii tratt (RRT), widely distributed in the southwest of China, is favored by consumers for its good taste and healthy functions. In this study, thirty-seven compounds of Rosa roxburghii Tratt (RRT) were identified and quantified by gas chromatography–olfactometry (G–O) and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analysis. Furthermore, ethyl 2-methylpropanoate, ethyl butanoate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, and ethyl hexanoate were present with much higher odor activity values (OAVs) than other compounds. The key notes were confirmed by omission tests. Possible interaction among key notes was investigated through odor intensity determination and sensory analysis. It showed fruity and woody notes had synergistic effects. Full factorial design was used to evaluate the notes contribution to the whole odor. One important finding is the major effect of order interactions, fruity note (X1) and woody note (X4) especially, emphasizing the existence of complex interactions occurring between odor notes. The interaction X1X4 was further investigated. The woody note has a positive effect when the fruity note is also in the mixture but tends to show a negative effect otherwise.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a novel method to detect license plates in video sequences automatically. The framework mainly integrates the cascade detectors method and the Tracking Learning Detection (TLD) algorithm. The cascade detectors are used to detect license plates, and the TLD algorithm is adopted to track the license plate regions. The license plates in the first frame image are detected by the cascade detectors to build the original tracking list, the tracking results and the detection results in following frames will be compared, and the newly appearing license plate information will be added to the tracking list. Meanwhile, the tracking results existing in the current tracking list would be replaced by the corresponding detection results with higher degree of confidence. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our algorithm for license plate detection task on a road intersection dataset, and the experimental evaluation shows the detection performance has been greatly improved by synthetically using the detection and tracking strategy.  相似文献

The terahertz (THz) radiation from InGaN/GaN dot‐in‐a‐wire nanostructures has been investigated. A submicrowatt THz signal is generated with just ten vertically stacked InGaN quantum dots (QDs) in each GaN nanowire. Based on the experimental results and analysis, a single quantum wire is expected to generate an output power as high as 10 pW, corresponding to 1 pW per dot. These structures are among the most efficient three‐dimensional quantum‐confined nanostructures for the THz emission. By applying a reverse bias along the wires in a light‐emitting device (LED) consisting of such nanostructures, the THz output power is increased more than fourfold. Based on THz and photoluminescence (PL) experiments, the mechanism for the THz emission is attributed to dipole radiation induced by internal electric fields and enhanced by external fields.

以2-氨基对苯二甲酸(H2ATA)为配体,通过溶剂热法合成了Zr基MOF:NH2-Ui O-66,继而以氯化钨为前驱体,通过溶剂热法实现了富含氧空位的缺陷氧化钨(W18O49)在NH2-Ui O-66上的原位生长,构建了具有典型Ⅱ型异质结的复合光催化剂W18O49/NH2-Ui O-66。通过粉末X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱和紫外可见漫反射光谱对催化剂的组成与结构进行了表征。在室温常压、模拟太阳光下,以氧化苯乙烯为模型底物,对所有样品的光催化活性进行了考察,W18O49/NH2-Ui O-66展现了最高的碳酸苯乙烯酯产率(58 mmol·g-1·h-1)。  相似文献

天然气在长距离输送之前必须进行脱水蒸气,膜分离法是天然气脱水蒸气的有效方法,其中膜材料是关键,而分子筛膜因具有均一的孔径、规则的孔道、良好的稳定性而备受关注。本研究选择孔径为3-5 μm,直径为2 cm的圆片状多孔氧化铝陶瓷作为成膜基底,通过在基底上预涂晶种后原位生长得到了T型和NaA分子筛膜,NaA分子筛膜进一步经过金属离子交换获得了KA分子筛膜,最后将两种分子筛膜应用于水蒸气含量为3.5%的甲烷气体(作为模型天然气)进行天然气脱水蒸气实验。研究结果表明,T型及KA分子筛膜对模型天然气脱水蒸气的H2O/CH4选择性分别为2.80和3.16。进而采用表面涂层法对分子筛膜中的缺陷进行了修复,从而有效提高了其模型天然气脱水蒸气性能,修复后的T型及KA分子筛膜的H2O/CH4选择性分别达到了10.52和17.71,水蒸气的渗透系数分别为104397 Barrer和28200 Barrer,甲烷损失率分别仅为2%和1%,修复后的两种分子筛膜皆具有良好的稳定性。  相似文献

Panaxynol and panaxydol are naturally occurring polyacetylenes, isolated from the lipophilic fractions of Panax notoginseng, that exert anti-proliferative effects against malignant cells. However, to the best of our knowledge, no study concerning the inhibitory effects of the two polyacetylenes on cell growth of human promyelocytic leukemia cells has been reported. In this paper, we examined the antiproliferation and proapoptotic effects of panaxynol and panaxydol on HL60 cells and investigated their mechanism of action. Cell growth inhibition of panaxynol and panaxydol were determined by trypan blue dye exclusion assays. Apoptosis of cells was revealed by morphological observation, analysis for nuclear DNA distribution and by annexin V-FITC/ PI staining using flow cytometry. It was found that panaxynol and panaxydol markedly inhibited proliferation of HL60 cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner via an apoptotic pathway. In concern with these ?ndings, Western blot analysis showed proteolytic activation of PKCδ, caspase-3 activation and cleavage of poly (ADP [adenosine diphosphate]-ribose) polymerase in HL60 cells treated by panaxynol and panaxydol. In conclusion, panaxynol and panaxydol have profound effects on growth and apoptosis of HL60 cells, suggesting those substances are worthy of further exploration as potential anti-cancer agents.  相似文献
