Comparative absorption kinetics of seven active ingredients of Eucommia ulmoides extracts by intestinal in situ circulatory perfusion in normal and spontaneous hypertensive rats

Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. (E. ulmoides) is a valuable and nourishing medicinal herb in China that has been used in the treatment of hypertension. Given the fact that most traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used to treat disease, investigating the pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicines in the pathological state is more useful than that in the normal state. However, the differences in the absorption kinetics of active ingredients of E. ulmoides extract between pathological and physiological conditions have not been reported. Therefore, in this study, the rat intestinal in situ circulatory perfusion model was used to investigate the differences in absorption kinetics of seven active ingredients of E. ulmoides extract in normal and spontaneously hypertensive rats, namely, genipinic acid, protocatechuic acid, neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, (+)-pinoresinol di-O-β-D -glucopyranoside and (+)-pinoresinol 4′-O-β-D -glucopyranoside. Our results indicate that the pathological state of spontaneous hypertension may change the absorption of active components of E. ulmoides extracts, and these findings may provide a reference for improving the rational use of E. ulmoides in the clinic.     

镧系金属一氢化物有效芯势研究

采用Cundari和Stevens等推导的有效芯势对镧系金属一氢化物进行了理论计算，以探讨镧系金属元素与氢的相互作用。结果表明所有镧系金属一氢化物基态时理论上是稳定的，最稳定的是SmH,最不稳定的是DyH;键长计算结果显示，基态时镧系金属一招兵买马花物有独立王国 收缩现象发生；红外振动频率理论计算值与实验结果一致；成键轨道中，金属原子轨道的贡献主要是s轨道和d轨道：从CeH至ErH(GdH)例外）随着外层电子的增加s轨道成分逐渐增大d轨道成分逐渐减小；从TmH和LuH（包括GdH)，成键轨道中金属原子轨道的贡献主要是d轨道，约为90％；约大多数镧系金属一氧化物的成键轨道中金属原子轨道f成分小于1％。     

准晶体中八方晶系点群的对称性与矩阵表示

从理论上对准晶体中八方晶系各点群进行了研究.运用八方晶系各点群的极赤投影图,列出了各点群的所有对称操作;填出了固有点群822的群乘表.运用坐标变换和群论在自定义的八方坐标系中,推导出八方晶系点群所有对称操作的矩阵.这32个3×3矩阵的结构是相当简洁的,它们的矩阵元只有5种可能取值:0,±1,±2.其中2是反映八方晶系准晶体所具有的准周期性的特殊无理数.     

稀土甘氨酸咪唑配合物[RE(Gly)4(Im)(H2O)](ClO4)3的热化学研究

采用溶解-反应量热法在具有恒温环境的溶解-反应热量计内,测定了[Gd(Gly)4(Im)(H2O)](ClO4)3和[Y(Gly)4(Im)(H2O)](ClO4)3两种稀土甘氨酸咪唑配合物的标准生成焓分别为(-3 461.46 ±0.22) kJ·mol-1 和(-3 926.6±0.90) kJ·mol-1.     

碱蓝6B共振光散射法检测DNA

研究了碱蓝 6B与脱氧核糖核酸在酸性条件下共振光散射特征 ,考察了影响因素和最佳反应条件 ,建立了一种测定纳克级DNA的方法。在四硼酸钠 盐酸 (pH =2 90 )缓冲溶液中 ,线性范围为 10～ 10 0 4 μg·L- 1 ,相关系数为 0 9913,检出限为 4 2 μg·L- 1 ,用于合成样品的测定结果令人满意。     

用于激光推进的高功率激光器的选择

 从激光推进的要求出发，阐述了用于激光推进的高功率激光器的选择原则，即激光器必须满足：（1）高的平均功率和峰值功率；（2）高的单脉冲能量；（3）高的重复频率；（4）优良的大气传输特性。主要分析了目前YAG固体激光器、自由电子激光器和TEA脉冲CO₂激光器的特点，通过上述4个方面性能的比较，认为在目前水平下，TEA脉冲CO₂激光器是进行激光推进的首选强激光源，其优点表现在：功率可达10kW量级，单脉冲能量可达0.5~1kJ，重复频率为20~40Hz；激光波长处于大气传输窗口，对大气变化不敏感；工作物质快速流动，不存在热透镜效应和破坏阈值；相关光学元件易于制造；光束质量较好；运行成本低。     

Online Cooperative Learning in Physical Chemistry

The use of cooperative learning in an online setting is examined using the online segment of a recently offered physical chemistry course as an example. The nature and function of classical, face-to-face cooperative learning are outlined. The online course segment is outlined and is analyzed with regard to the criteria for classical cooperative learning. Though this specific course segment functioned poorly when taught as online cooperative learning, it is possible to structure online courses to take advantage of the strengths of cooperative learning. The possible structure and function of an online cooperative learning community are explored, concluding with a specific model for online cooperative learning.     

Effects of Substrate Temperature on Helium Content and Microstructure of Nanocrystalline Titanium Films

Helium-charged nanocrystalline titanium films have been deposited by HeAr magnetron co-sputtering. The effects of substrate temperature on the helium content and microstructure of the nanocrystalline titanium films have been studied. The results indicate that helium atoms with a high concentration are evenly incorporated in the deposited titanium films. When the substrate temperature increases from 60℃ to 350℃ while the other deposition＇parameters are fixed, the helium content decreases gradually from 38.6 at.% to 9.2at.%, which proves that nanocrystalline Ti films have a great helium storage capacity. The 20 angle of the Bragg peak of （002） crystal planes of the He-charged Ti film shifts to a lower angle and that of （100） crystal plane is unchanged as compared with that of the pure Ti film, which indicates that the lattice parameter c increases and a keeps at the primitive value. The grain refining and helium damage result in the diffraction peak broadening.     

天光一号预放大器中的放大自发辐射效应

 在三维放大自发辐射（ASE）的模拟计算中，计入了侧壁反射效应以及KrF自发辐射的谱线形状（高斯型、洛伦兹型及平顶型）的影响，并对空间网点的影响进行了考察。经过综合分析，给出了ASE对预放大器放大特性影响的上、下限范围。当计入平顶型频谱分布，壁反射系数为 0 .2时，与不计入ASE的情形对比，天光一号预放大器的提取效率下降为35%。     

~ Transform Demonstration of Dark Soliton Solutions Found by Inverse Scattering

One of the basic problems about the inverse scattering transform for solving a completely integrable nonlinear evolutions equation is to demonstrate that the Jost solutions obtained from the inverse scattering equations of Cauchy integral satisfy the Lax equations. Such a basic problem still exists in the procedure of deriving the dark soliton solutions of the NLS equation in normal dispersion with non-vanishing boundary conditions through the inverse scattering transform. In this paper, a pair of Jost solutions with same analytic properties are composed to be a 2 × 2 matrix and then another pair are introduced to be its right inverse confirmed by the Liouville theorem. As they are both 2 × 2 matrices, the right inverse should be the left inverse too, based upon which it is not difficult to show that these Jost solutions satisfy both the first and second Lax equations. As a result of compatibility condition, the dark soliton solutions definitely satisfy the NLS equation in normal dispersion with non-vanishing boundary conditions.
