本文根据1983年十个 Carrington 周(1733—1742)期间的 K-日冕亮度、行星际闪烁(IPS)观测和光球磁场观测,首次探讨了太阳风等离子体质量、动量和能量输出流量 F_M,F_P 和 F_E 的全日面二维平均结构及其与光球磁场结构的关系.     

锂离子电池硅基负极材料的研究进展

硅基材料是新一代高容量锂离子蓄电池负极材料的典型代表,近年来已成为理论研究和应用研究的热点.本文介绍了锂离子电池硅基负极材料的制备方法、电化学性能及其研究现状,分析了硅材料作为锂离子电池负极材料存在的问题;讨论了硅材料作为锂离子电池负极材料的研究前景.并指出若能克服目前存在问题,将有望成为新一代锂离子电池负极材料.     

Structure and dynamics of metallomacrocycles: recognition of zinc xylyl-bicyclam by an HIV coreceptor

As platforms for the design of metal-based therapeutic and diagnostic agents, macrocycles are rigid enough to provide strong metal binding sites and orient functional groups stereoselectively, yet flexible enough to accommodate structural changes required for induced-fit recognition of biological targets. We consider the recognition of the Zn(II) complex of the bis-tetraazamacrocycle xylyl-bicyclam, a potent anti-HIV agent, by the coreceptor CXCR4, a G-protein-coupled receptor used by HIV for membrane fusion and cell entry. NMR studies show that the macrocycles of Zn(II)(2)-xylyl-bicyclam perchlorate exist in aqueous solution as two major configurations, trans-I (nitrogen chirality R,S,R,S), and trans-III (S,S,R,R). Acetate addition induced a major structural change. X-ray crystallography shows that the acetate complex contains the unusual cis-V cyclam configuration (R,R,R,R and folded) with bidentate coordination of acetate to Zn(II) plus second-coordination-sphere double H-bond formation between diagonal NH protons on the opposite cyclam face and acetate carboxylate oxygens. Detailed 1D and 2D NMR studies show that the major configuration of Zn(II)(2)-xylyl-bicyclam acetate in aqueous solution is cis-V/trans-I. Molecular modeling shows that an analogous cis-V site can be formed when Zn(II)(2)-xylyl-bicyclam binds to CXCR4, involving the carboxylate groups of Asp262 (Zn(II) coordination) and Glu288 (double H-bonding). The second cyclam can adopt the trans-I (or trans-III) configuration with Zn(II) binding to Asp171. These interactions are consistent with the known structure-activity relationships for bicyclam anti-HIV activity and receptor mutation. Consideration of the anti-HIV activity of xylyl-bicyclam complexes of other metal ions suggests that affinity for carboxylates, configurational flexibility, and kinetic factors may all play roles in receptor recognition. For example, Pd(II) cyclam complexes interact only weakly with axial ligands and are inflexible and inactive, whereas Co(III) cyclams bind carboxylates strongly, are configurationally flexible, and yet have low activity. Our findings should aid the design of new generations of active macrocycles including highly specific chemokine receptor antagonists.     

Inert site in a protein zinc cluster: isotope exchange by high resolution mass spectrometry

Using electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry, we show that one Zn2+ ion in the Zn4 cluster of cyanobacterial metallothionein is inert to exchange with 67Zn2+. We suggest that this is zinc in site A, which together with the surrounding alpha and beta secondary structure forms a zinc-finger fold.     

类氖钛X射线激光实验研究

在“星光”装置上采用预脉冲技术和透-反射线聚焦系统成功地进行了类氛钛x射线激光实验.测量了TiXⅢ,3s-3p,J=0～1激光线的增益系数.首次实验研究了预脉冲能量不同时,激光线强度随泵浦激光能量的变化及其发散角和偏转角.     

On the singularity of Green's tensor for a perfectly conducting semi-infinite cone

This paper is intended to clarify a misunderstanding concerningthe source singularity of the electric Green's tensor for aperfectly conducting semi-infinite cone of circular cross-section.Tai's series expansion of the Green's tensor is known to lacka singular term at the source region. Jones has reconstructedthe solution to this problem and has pointed out the differencebetween his result and that of Tai. The aim of our paper isto demonstrate that, although Jones's closed-form solution iscorrect, there is a mistake in his comparison with Tai's seriessolution. We conclude that one of the two additional singularterms that Jones claims as missing from Tai's formula must beomitted. Besides, we compare Jones's closed-form solution withSmyshlyaev's solution to the very same problem. We concludethat the magnetic field expressions given by Jones and Smyshlyaevcoincide, but a singular term is missing from Smyshlyaev's expressionfor the electric field.     

On the limiting profile arising from orthonormalizing shifts of exponentially decaying functions

It is shown that, under certain conditions, orthonormalizingthe positive integer shifts of an exponentially decaying functionon the half line by the Gram-Schmidt process leads to a limitingprofile given by orthonormalizing all their integer shifts onthe whole line. These results derive from properties of Choleskyfactorization of bi-infinite and semi-infinite matrices. Anexample is provided by the negative exponential function andconjectures are given, supported by numerical evidence, forthe Gaussian and Lorentz function.     

烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)原生质体再生成植株及影响植株分化的某些因素

从烟草(品种革新一号)单倍体花粉植株的叶和茎产生的愈伤组织,结合悬浮培养,获得的细胞分离出原生质体。在液体培养基中静置培养,12小时后原生质体开始变为卵圆形,细胞壁明显可见,24小时后完成第一次细胞分裂。以后继续分裂形成浅黄色的愈伤组织,在培养四星期后可达1毫米大小,再放到转床上进行旋转培养18天左右,愈伤组织可达3—4毫米大小。当转移到分化培养基后,分别分化出苗及根,长成完整的植株。 原生质体再生细胞的分裂与分化,不仅受不同器官来源的愈伤组织及其年龄的影响;还受分化培养基的基本成份及所用细胞分裂素的类型等的影响。     

叶轮机械设计自变数在内外环壁面上的限制条件及轴流式叶轮机械S1流面的翘曲

本文利用中心流面法的概念,指出叶轮机械的设计白变数在内、外环壁面上应有附加的限制条件,并导得其具体简明方程。同时,还定性地分析了S₁流面的翘曲情况。
