概率论在就业决策中的一个应用

随着科学技术的飞速发展，生产力水平正在不断提高，各行各业的就业岗位已经远远不能满足即将从业者的需求，就业“供”与“需”之间的予盾越来越突出．对于一名即将从业的人（尤其是即将毕业的大学生）来说，面对强手如林的竞争局面，除了刻苦学习必备的基础知识，努力训练从业的基本技能以外，在竞争工作岗位时，如何进行就业的决策，也是一个不容忽视的问题．本文通过几种具体情况，对这个问题进行一点探讨．     

介孔网络电路

用二次阳极氧化法制备纳米多孔氧化铝板,然后用磁控溅射方式在纳米多孔氧化铝板表面镀金得到介孔网络电路,对该介孔网络电路进行输运测量,发现其具有非线性电阻.     

Electro-Magnetic Control of Vortex Shedding Behind a Circular Cylinder

Both open- and closed-loop control algorithms have been developed for suppressing of vortex shedding behind a circular cylinder in an electrically low-conducting fluid. For the open-loop control, the localized Lorentz forces are generated parallel to the cylinder surface, which have the accelerated effect to the fluid. Furthermore, two closed-loop control methods have been derived from the equations of motion capable of determining at all times the intensity of the Lorentz force to control the vortex shedding of a cylinder.     

在配位体络合体系中合成窄分布聚苯乙烯

本文报道了在RLi-配位体络合体系中阴离子聚合方法合成窄分布聚苯乙烯的研究结果.在己烷、庚烷、甲苯等溶液中合成分子量范围为10~2～10~3。的窄分布聚苯乙烯(MWD<1.10)时,以鹰爪豆矸、N,N,N’,N’-四甲基乙二胺为配位体的络合体系,聚合操作简便,效果非常好.在非极性溶剂中加一定比例的THF以后,该体系也能合成分子量范围为10~4～10~5的窄分布聚苯乙烯.     

甲基硅羟基封端硅树脂的合成及固化性能

将甲基三氯硅烷和二甲基二氯硅烷分别与二苯基二羟基硅烷反应得到1,1,5,5-四氯-1,5-二甲基-3,3-二苯基三硅氧烷(A)和1,1,5,5-四甲基-1,5-二氯-3,3-二苯基三硅氧烷(B)。按一定比例将(A)和(B)水解缩合得到完全是甲基硅羟基封端树脂(Ⅰ)。将甲基三氯硅烷和甲基三乙酰氯基硅烷分别处理一般共水解法硅封端树脂可得到另外两种甲基硅羟基封端树脂(Ⅱ)和(Ⅲ),将树脂Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ与一般共水解法得到的具有相同R/Si和Ph/R(R代表甲基和苯基)的树脂(Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ)进行固化试验,结果表明,甲基-硅羟基封端树脂(Ⅰ—Ⅲ)的固化速度为共水解法制得的以苯基硅羟基封端树脂(Ⅳ—Ⅵ)固化速度的两倍以上。     

SYNTHESIS AND MESOMORPHIC PROPERTIES OF FISHBONE-LIKE LIQUID CRYSTALLINE POLYSILSESQUIOXANES——Ⅰ. FISHBONE-LIKE, β-DIKETONE-BASED LIQUID CRYSTALLINE POLYSILSESQUIOXANES AND THEIR COPPER COMPLEXES*

Two kinds of fishbone-like, β-diketone-based liquid crystalline polysilsesquioxanes(FBDKLCP'S), homopolymeric (H-FBDKLCP) and copolymeric (C-FBDKaLCP) have been first synthesized via the hydrosilylation reaction of a vinyl-terminated β-diketone with the homopolymeric ladderlike polyhydrosilsesquioxane (LPHSQ) and random copolymethylhydrosilsesquioxane (LRPMHSQ) respectively. These new kinds of FBDKLCP with M of 10~4 is thermotroic liquid crystalline polymer and its clearing temperatures T_i's and mesophase range △T's are much higher than those of the corresponding comb-like β-diketone liquid crystalline polysiloxane (DKLCP) by about 200℃. Similar results have been observed with the comparison of the two different structure Cu-coordinating compounds The significant increases in T_((?))'s and △T's of the FBDKLCP and Cu-FBDKLCP are mainly attributed to the great rigidity of the ladderlike polysilsesquioxane backbone.

Preparation of a novel self-assembling nonlinear optical (NLO) polymer film

A novel self-assembling crosslinking second harmonic generation nonlinear optical (SHG/NLO) film with high SHG coefficient (2×10-7 e.s,u.by IR dichroism) was prepared by morecular design and "in-situ poling and sol-gel process".The content of the NLO chromophore (S)-(-)-1-(4)-mtrophenyl-2-pyrrolidinemethanol (NPP) is as high as 50 mol% since NPP molecules probably disperse in the film at a molecular level The film is rigid,uni form and transparent.This designed clathrate supermolecular structure was poved by IR,atomic force microseopv (AFM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) detection.The title film exhibits a long-term temporal stability with 95% of the initial value of SHG coefficient maintained even after 20 d at 65℃(by UV spectroscopy)     

一阶导数停流法测定药物和饮用水中的铁

本文利用Ｆｅ＾３＋离子催化Ｈ２Ｏ２氧化四甲基对苯二胺的反应，将采用停流技术获得的动力学曲线转换成一阶导数曲线，根据导数峰高值与Ｆｅ＾３＋离子浓度的线性关系测定药物和自来水中的含量，本方法的线性范围为４．０－４０．０ｎｇＦｅ＾３＋／ｍｌ，相对标准偏差小于２．５％，标准加入回收率在９８．７％－１０１％之间，检测限为１．９２ｎｇＦｅ＾３＋／ｍｌ。对照实验结果表明，导数动力学法比一般非导数动力学法具有线关     

SYNTHESIS AND-CHARACTERIZATION OF THE SOLUBLE, HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT AND LADDERLIKE POLYHYDROSILSESQUIOXANE AND ITS COPOLYMERS

The high molecular ladderlike polyhydrosilsesquioxane (LPHSQ) and its copolymer, ladderlike random copolymethylhydrosilsesquioxane (LR-PMHSQ) and ladderlike block copolymethylsilsesqui-oxane(LB-PMHSQ) have been synthesized by a preaminolysis reaction of the corresponding trichlorosilane with 1 ,4-phenylene diamine(PDA) then by hydrolysis and polycondensation reactions The thermographs of these polymers measured by DSC method indicate that these macromolecular backbones are very rigid as seen from the DSC curves which are almost horizontal from room temperature until 350 ~C without noticeable glass transition. The content of Si—H group in the polymers can be regulated by changing the composition of the two copolymerized monomers. So the ladderlike polymers including its copolymers can be the useful precursors for the functional polymers, especially such as fishbone-like liquid crystalline polymers.
