A homochiral complex,Ni 2 (salen) 2 (1,salen=(R,R)-(-)-N,N-bis(3-tert-butyl-5-(4ethynylpyridyl)salicyl-idene)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane),has been synthesized and characterized by IR,microanalysis,CD spectra,TGA,powder and single-crystal X-ray crystallography.It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a=11.896(2),b=12.571(3),c=13.197(3),α=65.61(3),β=73.90(3),γ=75.87(3)o,V=1707.9(6) 3,Z=2,C 42 H 42 N 4 NiO 2,M r=693.51,D c=1.349 g/cm 3,F(000)=732,μ=0.612 mm-1,GOOF=1.015,the final R=0.0290 and wR=0.0796 for 9002 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The complex architecture is constructed by intermolecular π···π interaction and assembled into a 2D structure via C-H···π interactions between the cyclohexanes and pyridine rings.  相似文献

A homochrial manganese(Ⅱ) complex derived from chiral salen ligand (1R,2R)-(-)diaminocyclohexane-N,N-biscarboxyl-salicylidene) (1) has been synthesized through solvothermal procedure and characterized by IR,elemental analysis,TGA,circular dichroism (CD),powder and single-crystal X-ray crystallography.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2 with a=32.987(7),b=7.4662(15),c=17.931(4),β=97.82(3)°,V=4375.0(15) 3,Z=8,D c=1.544 g/cm 3,F(000)=2096,M r=508.36,μ=0.658 mm-1,the final GOOF=0.975,R=0.0676 and wR=0.2068 for 6357 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The coordination polymer 1 possesses a 1D infinite zigzag chain architecture constructed by the dicarboxyl-functionalized metallosalen ligand (MnSalen),and the polymeric chains are further assembled into a 2D supramolecular network structure via strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions between the adjacent zigzag chains.  相似文献

用二-2-吡啶酮作为配体与羧酸钴在溶剂热中反应,得到两个新型连二-2-吡啶酮三核钴簇合物--Co3(Py2CO2H)2(PhCO2)5]·MeCN(1)和Co3(Py2CO)2(PhCO2)6(2),其结构经XRD, IR和元素分析表征.1属单斜晶系,P(2)1空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.068 7(3) nm, b=2.258 0(5) nm, c=1.163 9(3) nm, α=90.000°, β=104.805(5)°, γ=90.000°, V=2 715.6(4) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.497 g·cm-3.2属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.133 5(3) nm, b=1.140 8(3) nm, c=1.181 8(3) nm, α=85.59 8(6)°, β=75.973(5)°, γ=69.519(5)°, V=1 388.8(2), Z=1, Dc=1.521 g·cm-3.  相似文献

Reaction of a N-heterocycliccarbene(NHC) containing an anthracene unit and two N-picolyl moieties with Hg(OAc)2 yielded a novel mercury(Ⅱ) complex(1). X-ray studies, UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy confirmed that a strong interaction exists between the mercury atom and anthracene unit.  相似文献

Two homochiral metallosalen complexes, Ni(salen) (salen = (1R,2R)-(-)-diaminocyclohexane-N,N'-bis(3-tert-butyl-5-(4'-benzoic acid)-salicylidene) 1 and Cu(salen) 2, have been synthesized and characterized by IR, microanalysis, TGA, powder and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Both 1 and 2 crystallize in orthorhombic space group P21212 with Z = 4. For 1, a = 12.082(2), b = 15.447(3), c = 18.784(4) , V = 3505.7(12) 3, Mr = 731.50, Dc = 1.386 g/cm3, μ = 0.606 mm–1, F(000) = 1544, the final GOOF = 1.043, R = 0.0496 and wR = 0.1248 for 4791 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). For 2, a = 12.181(2), b = 15.501(3), c = 18.877(4) , V = 3564.3(12) 3, Mr = 736.33, Dc = 1.372 g/cm3, μ = 0.665 mm–1, F(000) = 1548, the final GOOF = 1.062, R = 0.0575 and wR = 0.1508 for 4562 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The crystal structures of 1 and 2 are isostructural with very similar supramolecular structures. An infinite two-dimensional network is generated by hydrogen bonding interactions and intermolecular π···π interactions.  相似文献

以廉价易得的3,5-二溴甲苯和1,3,5-三溴苯为初始原料,通过两步反应设计合成了二种含120°夹角的刚性羧酸桥联配体L1-H2(2a)和L1-H2(2b);并利用水热 溶剂热反应与镉离子合成了两种新颖的镉基配位聚合物[CdL1]·DMF·H2O(3a)和[CdL2]·DMF·H2O(3b),其结构经X-射线单晶衍射、X-射线粉末衍射和IR表征。3a和3b均属于正交晶系,Pbca空间群,中心金属镉离子采取扭曲的五角双锥配位构型,两个镉离子所形成的双核Cd2(OAc)2单元与周围的四个配体相互连接而成二维的网状结构。TGA显示配合物3a和3b的网络结构的热分解温度分别为355 ℃和360 ℃,具有较好的热稳定性。配体2a和2b的荧光光谱显示最大发射波长分别位于415和383 nm处,而3a和3b的最大发射波长分别位于362 nm和357 nm处,发生了明显蓝移。  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic space group P2 with a = 10.9439(7), b = 10.1722(6), c = 27.3450(17), β = 97.5060(10)o, V = 3018.1(3) 3, Z = 2, Zn3(Hsalen)2(Py)4(H2O)2, Mr = 1363.33, Dc = 1.500 g/cm3, F(000) = 1408, μ = 1.257 mm-1, GOOF = 1.042, the final R = 0.0601 and wR = 0.1464 for 10322 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The coordination polymer 1 possesses a 1D infinite zigzag chain architecture constructed by strong hydrogen bonding interactions and the polymeric chains are further assembled into a 2D supramolecular network structure via C-H···π interactions between the cyclohexane and aromatic rings of the ligand of adjacent chains. Simultaneously, π···π stacking interactions play an important role in forming the 2D supramolecular framework.  相似文献

以1,2,4,5-四甲基苯为起始原料,通过四步反应合成了刚性的三角形配体三(3-吡啶-2,3,5,6-四甲基苯)硼烷(L),并以该配体在温和的条件下构建了两个多孔的镉配合物Cd(L)X2.G(X=Cl,Br;G=客体分子),1(Cd(L)Cl2.EtOH.iPrOH.3H2O)和2(Cd(L)Br2.MeOH.C7H8.3H2O).1和2是同构的,其特点是具有金红石拓扑(rtl)的三维有机硼的框架材料,其中配体L和双核镉单元分别作为三连接的节点和六连接的节点.化合物1和2在可见光区有很强的荧光,且1在273K和20bar条件下能够吸附一定量CO2气体.  相似文献

以手性不对称希夫碱为配体与铜离子在温和条件下合成了新的一维链状铜配位聚合物C54H68N6O8Cu2(1),其结构经IR,热重分析,元素分析和X-单晶射线衍射表征.1属单斜晶系,P2(1)空间群,晶胞参数为:a=11.268(5)(A), b=13.682(6)(A), c=17.604(7)(A), β=106.739(5) °, V=2 598.9(18) (A)3, Z=2, Mr=1 056.22, Dc=1.350 g·cm-3, F(000)=1 112, R1=0.037 0, wR2=0.095 9.1具有一维zigzag链结构.  相似文献

手性金属-有机框架材料(CMOFs)因具有可调的多孔结构和独特的手性环境,在拆分手性分子的对映异构体方面受到广泛关注。本文以L-天冬氨酸二甲酯和萘-1,5-二磺酰氯分别作为手性源和桥联体,设计合成了一种含有4个羧酸配位基团的柔性手性桥联配体(H4L),并将H4L与4,4′-联吡啶(bpy)和金属镍离子(Ni2+)通过溶剂热反应共同组装了一种新颖的三维手性金属-有机框架材料[Ni2(H2L)2(bpy)3·(H2O)2](CMOF-1)。手性吸附实验显示:CMOF-1能够优先地识别和吸附1-苯基乙醇的S-构型的异构体,获得对映体过剩率(Enantiomeric excess,ee)为51%的手性1-苯基乙醇,CMOF-1为一种具有应用潜力的手性吸附剂。  相似文献
