Two new divalent copper (C1) and zinc (C2) chelates having the formulae [M(PIMC)2] (where M = Cu(II), Zn(II) and PIMC = Ligand [(E)-3-(((3-hydroxypyridin-2-yl)imino)methyl)-4H-chromen-4-one] were obtained and characterized by several techniques. Structures and geometries of the synthesized complexes were judged based on the results of alternative analytical and spectral tools supporting the proposed formulae. IR spectral data confirmed the coordination of the ligands to the copper and zinc centers as monobasic tridentate in the enol form. Thermal analysis, UV-Vis spectra and magnetic moment confirmed the geometry around the copper center to be tetrahedral, square pyramidal and octahedral. Study of the binding ability of the synthesized compounds with Circulating tumor DNA (CT-DNA) bas been evaluated applying UV-Vis spectral titration and viscosity measurements. The copper and zinc oxides were achieved from the copper and zinc nano-particles structures Schiff base complexes as the raw material after calcination for 5 hr at 600°C. On the other hand, synthesized of C1 and C2 NPs were used as suitable precursors to the preparation of CuO and ZnO NPs. Finally, the synthesized of the two complexes exhibited enhanced activity against the tested bacterial (Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia Coli) and fungal strains (Candida albicans and Aspergillus fumigatus) as compared to HPIMC. Among all these synthesized compounds, C1 exhibits good cleaving ability compared to other newly synthesized C2.  相似文献

A solution of a histone-like protein from Spiroplasma melliferum (HUSpm) was examined by small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). The experimental SAXS curve was compared with those calculated for the HUSpm structures from the PDB databank obtained by both X-ray diffraction analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The model of the HUSpm structure in solution, which best agrees with the experimental SAXS data, has a shorter distance between the centers of mass of the HUSpm monomers compared to the crystal structure, indicating that the HUSpm monomers can be located closer to each other in solution than in the crystalline state.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to investigate the contribution of the binder (NiAl2O4) on the performances of the oxygen carrier NiO/NiAl2O4. To this purpose, oxidation/reduction cycles have been performed in a fixed bed reactor using CO as a fuel. The results reveal that the binder can react with the fuel to form CO2, and that its total reduction capacity increases with temperature. XRD characterizations performed on the binder (on the fresh and after several cycles) show a shift of the diffraction peaks of NiAl2O4 toward the ones of γ-alumina, which can be attributed to a progressive decomposition of NiAl2O4 to alumina and NiO.  相似文献

In the present work, high quality Pb doped ZnS thin films were deposited on glass substrates at 450°C using spray ultrasonic technique. The dependence of the structural, morphological and optical properties of the films on the lead (Pb) doping amount was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV–vis–NIR spectrophotometry, and four-point method. The improvement of the obtained Pb:ZnS thin films properties were discussed as a function of Pb concentration (0.5 to 2 at.%). The average crystallite size of Pb:ZnS was found in the range of 25–37 nm. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) reveals that the films are continuous, homogeneous and dense. The UV–vis–NIR spectroscopy characterizations demonstrated that all the films exhibit good transmittance (60–70%) in the visible region and their optical band gap energy (Eg) changes from 3.92 to 3.6 eV. The films electrical resistivity showed an apparent dependence on Pb content.  相似文献

为了确定ZrO2和(ZrO2)0.97(Bi2O3)0.03的晶体结构和原子热振动各向同性温度因子B,对该粉末晶体进行X射线衍射实验,建立了晶体结构模型,进行晶体结构分析。首先,采用共沉淀法和高温固相烧结法制备了纳米氧化锆ZrO2和(ZrO2)0.97(Bi2O3)0.03粉末晶体,接着,使用X射线测试仪对两种样品进行了衍射实验(XRD),利用Rietveld 精修方法的 RIETAN-2000程序对所得实验结果进行了晶体结构分析,获得了晶体结构参量和原子热振动各向同性温度因子B。通过Maximum Entropy Method(MEM)解析得到了粉末晶体(ZrO2)x(Bi2O3)1-x(x=1.0,0.97)的等高电子密度分布可视化图谱。结果表明,(ZrO2)0.97(Bi2O3)0.03的晶胞体积比ZrO2的晶胞体积大分别为140.6850 Å3和140.5637Å3;ZrO2晶体的原子热振动各向同性温度因子B(Zr)、BO(1)、BO(2)和 B(Bi)分别为0.690、0.269、 0.178 和 0 Å2,(ZrO2)0.97(Bi2O3)0.03晶体的分别为0.460 、0.583 、0.121 和0.581 Å2。 确定了(ZrO2)0.97(Bi2O3)0.03的晶体结构属于单斜晶系,实现了等高电子密度分布三维(3D)和二维(2D)的可视化,进一步确定了晶体结构和原子位置。  相似文献

A novel SOD-like macrocycle “H2DPD” and its trivalent chromium, iron and divalent manganese complexes have been isolated and characterized using the conventional tools. The macrocycle was prepared by 2:2 condensation of P-phenylenediamine with 5,5-dimethyl1,3-cyclohexanedione. IR and electronic spectral data suggested that H2DPD coordinates to the metal ion as N4 tetradentate donor with two Cl occupying the remaining two sites of the distorted octahedron. XRD spectrum of Cr3+ complex indicated that the complex crystallizes in a face-centered monoclinic structure with lattice parameters: a = 10.9380 Å; b = 12.4870 Å; c = 12.4600 Å, α = γ = 90° and β = 111.430 with space group P 1 21/c 1 (14). The energy gap (EHOMO-ELUMO), molecular electrostatic potential map (EPM) of title compounds, bond length, bond angle, as well as global and local reactivity were estimated using DFT method. The Eg values obtained from electronic spectra of Cr3+, Mn2+ and Fe3+ complexes were found to be 1.284, 1.220 and 1.138 eV, respectively which are in accordance with those evaluated by DFT revealing semiconductor nature. Also, the thermal degradation of all title compounds was carried out and the kinetic parameters were evaluated using Coats-Redfern and Horowitz-Metzger equations. Moreover, the compounds have screened for antibacterial as well as superoxide mimic activities. Cr3+ complex exhibited the most significant potent activity against all bacterial strains. With respect to SOD-like activity, the macrocycle showed the most remarkable SOD-like activity comparable to the standard drug, ascorbic acid.  相似文献

Two vanadium (IV) complexes [VIVO(Haeae-sal)(MeOH)]+ ( 1 ) and [VIVO(Haeae-hyap)(MeOH)]+ ( 2 ) were prepared by reacting [VO(acac)2] with ligands [H2aeae-sal] ( I ) and [H2aeae-hyap] ( II ) respectively. Condensation of 2-(2-aminoethylamino)ethanol with salicylaldehyde and 2-hydroxyacetophenone produces the ligands ( I ) and ( II ) respectively. Both vanadium complexes 1 and 2 are sensitive towards aerial oxygen in solution and rapidly convert into vanadium(V) dioxido species. Vanadium(V) dioxido species crystalizes as the dimeric form in the solid-state. Single-crystal XRD analysis suggests octahedral geometry around each vanadium center in the solid-state. To access the benefits of heterogeneous catalysis, vanadium(V) dioxido complexes were anchored into the polymeric chain of chloromethylated polystyrene. All the synthesized neat and supported vanadium complexes have been studied by a number of techniques to confirm their structural and functional properties. Bromoperoxidase activity of the synthesized vanadium(V) dioxido complexes 3 and 4 was examined by carrying out oxidative bromination of salicylaldehyde and oxidation of thioanisole. In the presence of hydrogen peroxide, 3 shows 94.4% conversion ( TOF value of 2.739 × 102 h−1) and 4 exhibits 79.0% conversion (TOF value of 2.403 × 102 h−1) for the oxidative bromination of salicylaldehyde where 5-bromosalicylaldehyde appears as the major product. Catalysts 3 and 4 also efficiently catalyze the oxidation of thioanisole in the presence of hydrogen peroxide where sulfoxide is observed as the major product. Covalent attachment of neat catalysts 3 and 4 into the polymer chain enhances substrate conversion (%) and their catalytic efficiency increases many folds, both in the oxidative bromination and oxidation of thioether. Polymer supported catalysts 5 displayed 98.8% conversion with a TOF value of 1.127 × 104 h−1 whereas catalyst 6 showed 95.7% conversion with a TOF value of 4.675 × 103 h−1 for the oxidative bromination of salicylaldehyde. These TOF values are the highest among the supported vanadium catalysts available in the literature for the oxidative bromination of salicylaldehyde.  相似文献

In the present study were studied the ferromagnetic La1−xSrx (Mn1−yCoy)zO3 (LSMCO) films with Co content y = 0 to 0.18, grown on LaAlO3 substrates by advantageous pulsed-injection metalorganic chemical vapor deposition technique. The LSMCO films exhibit negative colossal magnetoresistance effect; therefore, they are interesting as potential material for the applications in magnetic field sensing. The changes of lattice volume in the investigated LSMCO films were monitored by X-ray diffraction measurements revealing a transition from tensile to compressive strain with increase of Co content. Additionally, from the atomic force microscopy images, the surface smoothening with increase of y was determined. Despite the reduction of the out-of-plane lattice parameter of LSMCO, the increase of lattice volume in the whole Co-doping range was observed. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy combined with Ar+ ion sputtering was used for the investigation of chemical composition of the LSMCO films and demonstrated the change and redistribution of oxidation states of Mn and Co on the surface and in the volume of the films. Regardless of the structural changes and charge distribution of Co and Mn cations, epitaxial LSMCO exhibits ferromagnetic properties and magnetoresistance values increases with augmenting Co content in the range of y = 0 to 0.18.  相似文献

We investigated the adsorption of heavy metal ions on a nanostructured coating of zinc-aluminum layered double hydroxides (Zn-Al LDHs) grown on aluminum foam by one-step hydrothermal process. This approach aimed to increase the interactive surface and provide a more practical medium for removal of toxic heavy metals from aqueous media. The foam coated with LDH was characterized by using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. After immersion in a copper-rich water solution, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy demonstrated the occurrence of adsorbed copper on the LDH-coated foam with two oxidation states: particles of metallic copper Cu0 with oxidized surface Cu+1. X-ray diffraction showed the presence of Cu+2 in the LDH structure.  相似文献

Novel highly soluble palladium-based complexes with ferrocenecarboxylic acid of general formula [Pd(lut)2(FcCOO)2] (lut is 2,6-or 3,4-lutidines) were synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The catalytic oxidation of 1,2-diphenyl-acetylene with these complexes gave dibenzo[a,e]pentalene derivative along with other products.  相似文献
