Thermally induced solid-state transformation of cimetidine. A multi-spectroscopic/chemometrics determination of the kinetics of the process and structural elucidation of one of the products as a stable N3-enamino tautomer

Exposure of cimetidine (CIM) to dry heat (160–180 °C) afforded, upon cooling, a glassy solid containing new and hitherto unknown products. The kinetics of this process was studied by a second order chemometrics-assisted multi-spectroscopic approach. Proton and carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), as well as ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopic data were jointly used, whereas multivariate curve resolution with alternating least squares (MCR-ALS) was employed as the chemometrics method to extract process information. It was established that drug degradation follows a first order kinetics.     

富里叶级数的收敛速度

对正弦和余弦富立叶级数,通过合并相邻同号项,使其重排成交错级数.讨论了重排形成的交错级数的敛散性.指出根据自变量x的不同取值,该交错级数可能是单调递减或周期递减的级数.按照莱布尼茨判定法提出了不同精度要求的级数项数的计算公式.选取一到三阶收敛的富立叶级数计算了不同比值精度及差值精度要求的级数项数.计算表明,在x的取值为2π的等分点时,富立叶级数的部分和随项数的增加单调地逼近其收敛值.在x的取值为其它点时,富立叶级数的部分和随项数的增加围绕收敛值上下变动,周期地逼近其收敛值.低收敛阶富立叶级数的收敛速度较慢.要达到0.01%的精度,一收敛阶富立叶级数需要数万项,二收敛阶富立叶级数也需要数百项.在不同计算点处,要达到相同的计算精度,需要的级数项数差别较大.     

Co‐syndiospecific Alternating Copolymerization of Functionalized Propylenes and Styrene by Rare‐Earth Catalysts

The precise control of monomer sequence and stereochemistry in copolymerization is of much interest and importance for the synthesis of functional polymers, but studies toward this goal have met with only limited success to date. Now, the co‐syndiospecific alternating copolymerization of methoxyphenyl‐ and N,N‐dimethylaminophenyl‐functionalized propylenes with styrene by half‐sandwich rare‐earth catalysts is reported. This reaction efficiently afforded the corresponding functionalized propylene‐alt‐styrene copolymers with a perfect alternating sequence and excellent co‐syndiotacticity (rrrr >99 %), thus constituting the first example of co‐stereospecific alternating copolymerization of polar and non‐polar olefins.     

Novel alternating copolyoxamides with high crystallinity and heat resistance

Two series of novel alternating copolyoxamides (PAnT-alt-n2 and PAn2-alt-62) are synthesized via solution/solid-state polycondensation (SSP). The alternating structures are analyzed carefully with ¹H NMR and ¹³C NMR spectra. The melting behaviors, thermal stabilities, crystal structures and crystallinities are systematically evaluated by DSC, TGA and WAXD. The results reveal that these alternating copolyoxamides possess almost perfect alternating chain structures and have high melting temperature (T_m > 270 °C), high crystallinity (X_c > 32%) and high decomposition temperature (T₅ > 405 °C) as well as low saturated water absorption (<3.5 wt%), which suggests that they have high potential as engineering plastic of high heat resistant.     

Ultrathin Alternating Copolymer Nanotubes with Readily Tunable Surface Functionalities

Well‐defined ultrathin nanotubes (30 nm in diameter and of micrometer‐scale length) were generated through the self‐assembly of a novel alternative copolymer synthesized using an epoxy–thiol click‐chemistry reaction. The self‐assembly mechanism was investigated both by experiments and using dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) simulations. The obtained nanotubes can be readily functionalized with carboxy groups, amino groups, peptides, or other groups by simple modular click copolymerization.     

带1-范数约束的分裂可行问题的投影算法

本文主要研究带1-范数约束的分裂可行问题的求解算法.用一种交替投影算法,求得了问题的解,提出松弛交替投影算法,改进了直接往闭凸集上投影这一不足,并证明了该算法的收敛性.
