差异化需求下考虑患者预约行为的医疗服务供需匹配方法

如何根据患者的差异化需求,撮合医生与患者双方形成合理有效的医疗服务供需匹配,是医疗服务运作管理中重要的研究问题。本文针对医疗服务中医生与患者的实际需求,提出了一种考虑患者预约行为的匹配决策方法。在该方法中,首先依据患者的预约行为及特征分类;然后,通过计算不同情形下医患双方的差异度,获得了医患双方的满意度矩阵;在此基础上,提出了匹配预约患者与医生的E-HR算法,并进一步构建了匹配剩余患者和医生的多目标优化模型,通过模型求解得到最优匹配结果;最后,通过算例说明了本文提出方法的可行性和实用性。     

A high-fidelity memory scheme for quantum data buses

A novel quantum memory scheme is proposed for quantum data buses in scalable quantum computers by using adjustable interaction. Our investigation focuses on a hybrid quantum system including coupled flux qubits and a nitrogen–vacancy center ensemble. In our scheme, the transmission and storage(retrieval) of quantum state are performed in two separated steps, which can be controlled by adjusting the coupling strength between the computing unit and the quantum memory. The scheme can be used not only to reduce the time of quantum state transmission, but also to increase the robustness of the system with respect to detuning caused by magnetic noises. In comparison with the previous memory scheme, about 80% of the transmission time is saved. Moreover, it is exemplified that in our scheme the fidelity could achieve 0.99 even when there exists detuning, while the one in the previous scheme is 0.75.

针对知识服务中考虑模糊语言关联性信息的知识服务能力评价与提升策略问题,提出了一种评价方法。为了解决该问题,首先构建了知识服务能力的评价指标体系和矩阵分析模型;然后,明晰了知识服务能力的语言评价指标会在不同程度上存在关联的问题特征及二元语义信息处理方法的特征,并进行了形式化描述;同时,提出并定义了二元语义Choquet积分算子,给出了一种基于二元语义Choquet积分算子评价知识服务能力的方法;最后,通过算例分析说明了本文给出方法的可行性和实用性。

Iterative filtered ghost imaging

It is generally believed that, in ghost imaging, there has to be a compromise between resolution and visibility. Here we propose and demonstrate an iterative filtered ghost imaging scheme whereby a super-resolution image of a grayscale object is achieved, while at the same time the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and visibility are greatly improved, without adding complexity. The dependence of the SNR, visibility, and resolution on the number of iterations is also investigated and discussed. Moreover, with the use of compressed sensing the sampling number can be reduced to less than 1% of the Nyquist limit, while maintaining image quality with a resolution that can exceed the Rayleigh diffraction bound by more than a factor of 10.

Effect of Different Substrate Temperature on Sb-Doped ZnO Thin Films Prepared by Pulsed Laser Deposition on Sapphire Substrates

Sb-doped ZnO thin films are deposited on c-plane sapphire substrates by pulsed laser deposition. Hall results indicate that the conductivity of the Sb-doped ZnO thin films is strongly dependent on the substrate temperature. The sample deposited at the temperature of 550°C exhibits p-type conductivity. It gives a resistivity of 15.25Ω＆#12539;cm, with a Hall mobility of 1.79cm2V-1s-1 and a carrier concentration of 2.290×1017cm-3 at room temperature. The x-ray diffraction indicates that the Sb-doped ZnO thin films deposited in the range of 450-650°C are high c-axis oriented. Low-temperature photoluminescence spectra indicate that the sample deposited at 550°C shows the strong acceptor-bound exciton （A0X） emission.     

Effect of Different Substrate Temperature on Phosphorus-Doped ZnO Thin Films Prepared by PLD on Sapphire Substrates

Phosphorus-doped ZnO （ZnO：P） thin films are deposited on a c-plane sapphire in oxygen at 350℃, 450℃, 550℃ and 650℃, respectively, by pulsed laser deposition （PLD）, then all the ZnO：P samples are annealed at 650℃ in oxygen with a pressure of 1 × 10^5 Pa. X-ray diffraction measurements indicate that the crystalline quality of the ZnO：P thin films is improved with the increasing substrate temperature from 350℃ to 550℃. With a further increase of the deposition temperature, the crystalline quality of the ZnO：P sample is degraded. The measurements of low-temperature photoluminescence spectra demonstrate that the samples deposited at the substrate temperatures of 350℃ and 450℃ show a strong acceptor-bound exciton （A^0X） emission. The electrical properties of ZnO：P films strongly depend on the deposition temperature. The ZnO：P samples deposited at 350℃ and 450℃ exhibit p-type conductivity. The p-type ZnO：P film deposited at 450℃ shows a resistivity of 1.846Ω·cm and a relatively high hole concentration of 5.100 × 10^17 cm^-3 at room temperature.     

环氧丙基杯[6]-1,4-冠-4聚合物的合成与吸附性能

通过具有稳定锥式构象的杯[6]-1，4-冠-4与环氧氯丙烷反应，再与多乙烯多胺开环聚合，合成了一系列具有稳定构象的新型含氮杯[6]芳烃冠醚聚合物(3a-3c)。并研究了它们对阳离子的吸附性能，结果表明，其吸附选择性较没有稳定构象的类似杯[6]芳烃聚合物好，聚合物3b和3c对Cu^2 表现较好的选择性吸附能力。
