Abstract

Experimental studies conducted on some species of Mediterranean red algae allowed to identify Sphaerococcus coronopifolius Stackhouse as a valid alternative to the Pacific alga Gloiopeltis furcata (Postels & Ruprecht) J. Agardh, for the extraction of a material usable as natural consolidant and adhesive in the field of restoration. Promising results have been observed by comparing the extracts obtained from these two algae after the same extraction procedure. Chemical analysis (FTIR) revealed that S. coronopifolius has qualities similar to G. furcata. Even more promising results for S. coronopifolius compared to G. furcata were observed after the analysis of pH and conductivity, and the adhesion tests carried out on both extracts.  相似文献

Improving the environmental performance of resins in wood treatment by using renewable chemicals has been a topic of interest for a long time. At the same time, lignin, the second most abundant biomass on earth, is produced in large scale as a side product and mainly used energetically. The use of lignin in wood adhesives or for wood modification has received a lot of scientific attention. Despite this, there are only few lignin-derived wood products commercially available. This review provides a summary of the research on lignin application in wood adhesives, as well as for wood modification. The research on the use of uncleaved lignin and of cleavage products of lignin is reviewed. Finally, the current state of the art of commercialization of lignin-derived wood products is presented.  相似文献

In this paper, graphene oxide/polyethylene glycol (GO/PEG) composite water-based lubricant was prepared by an ultrasonic dispersion method, and characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The suspension performance of GO/PEG composite water-based lubricant in water was verified by static sedimentation and centrifugation, and then, the prepared GO/PEG composite water-based lubricant was added into 304 stainless steel and 6061 aluminum alloy, and the coefficient of friction (COF) curve, average COF value, average wear rate, corresponding photomicrographs of balls and disks after wear, and energy-dispersive spectrometer (EDS) elemental analysis were used to illustrate the lubrication effect and lubrication mechanism. The results show that the GO/PEG composite water-based lubricant possesses excellent suspension ability in water, and the average COF value and wear rate of GO/PEG composite water-based lubricant are reduced by 78.8% and 88.8%, respectively, compared with water lubrication. The excellent lubrication effect of GO/PEG composite water-based lubricant can effectively reduce the cold-welding and adhesive wear phenomenon, mainly because GO/PEG composite water-based lubricant first fills the uneven surface of friction mating to form a high-quality lubricating film and then because of the special space structure of GO and the low shear between GO layers and the synergistic lubrication effect of GO/PEG.  相似文献

We report an efficient route for ferroelectric polar β phase generation in poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) through incorporation of amine functionalized, porous silica (MCM‐41 and fumed silica) based nanofillers. These porous highly functionalized surfaces exhibit the efficient secondary interaction with polymer chain via hydrogen bonding. Structural analysis through FTIR, XRD, and TEM confirm high degree of ferroelectric polar β phase generation of PVDF through incorporation of amino modified porous silica nanofillers. Optimized loading (5 wt %) of amine functionalized, porous silica in PVDF matrix enhances relative intensity of β phase up to 75%. Disappearance of spherulite structure of PVDF with amino modified porous silica nanofillers, as confirmed through POM, TEM, SEM and AFM studies also supports the above conclusion. The P‐E hysteresis loop at sweep voltage of ±50 V of a thin PVDF‐amino modified porous nanofiller film shows excellent ferroelectric property with nearly saturated high remnant polarization 2.8 µC.cm?2 owing to its large proportion of β PVDF, whereas, a nonpolar pure PVDF thin film shows unsaturated hysteresis loop with 0.6 µC.cm?2 remnant polarization. PVDF films with the nanofillers exhibit strong adhesive strength over different metallic substrates making them have edge over PVDF in various thin film applications. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、蓖麻油(CO)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为原料,采用熔融缩聚法合成出端丙烯酸酯基预聚体;同时以CO和3-巯基丙酸(3-MPA)为原料采用酯化反应合成出端巯基光引发单体。将端不饱和双键聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体与所制备巯基丙酸酯按一定比例复合,加入光引发剂,在紫外光照射下,预聚体中双键与光引发单体中巯基发生巯基-烯点击反应,制得聚氨酯丙烯酸酯固化膜。采用核磁共振氢谱(1 HNMR)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)和光量热系统(Photo-DSC)等手段对合成预聚体、巯基丙酸酯及固化膜结构和性能进行了分析表征。结果表明:在紫外光辐照下,预聚体中不饱和双键与巯基化合物中巯基间发生了自由基加成反应,固化时间在60s以内,且所制备UV固化膜具有良好的机械性能和热稳定性。  相似文献

利用硅溶胶的成膜性、纳米二氧化钛-氧化锌大的比表面积及导电胶的粘结性,制备了纳米二氧化钛-氧化锌/硅溶胶/导电胶复合材料,基于此复合材料将联吡啶钌固定到金电极表面,制备了磷酸可待因电化学发光(ECL)传感器.在优化的实验条件(800 V负高压、扫描速度100 mV/s,磷酸盐缓冲体系(pH 6.5))下,可待因浓度在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内与电化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9973),检出限为2.56×10-8 mol/L (S/N=3).传感器表现出良好的重现性与稳定性,连续平行测定1.28×10-5 mol/L可待因溶液10次,发光强度的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%;室温下保存10天后,发光强度为初始值的92%以上.测定可待因药物实际样品的加标回收率在99.3% ~ 102.5%之间.  相似文献

冶炼了3炉不同硫含量的GCr15轴承钢,采用MM-200、MPX-200和Falex摩擦磨损试验机对其进行了不同条件下的摩擦磨损试验,研究了硫含量对GCr15轴承钢摩擦学性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着硫含量的增加,GCr15轴承钢的摩擦系数降低,耐磨性能和抗咬合性能提高。作者根据金相分析、电子探针线扫描和电解分离法的测试结果指出,硫在GCr15轴承钢中主要是以化合态的形式存在,并对其作用机理进行了初步探讨。  相似文献

The effect of transverse shear on delamination in layered, isotropic, linear-elastic materials has been determined. In contrast to the effects of an axial load or a bending moment on the energy-release rate for delamination, the effects of shear depend on the details of the deformation in the crack-tip region. It therefore does not appear to be possible to deduce rigorous expressions for the shear component of the energy-release rate based on steady-state energy arguments or on any type of modified beam theory. The expressions for the shear component of the energy-release rate presented in this work have been obtained using finite-element approaches. By combining these results with earlier expressions for the bending-moment and axial-force components of the energy-release rates, the framework for analyzing delamination in this type of geometry has been extended to the completely general case of any arbitrary loading. The relationship between the effects of shear and other fracture phenomena such as crack-tip rotations, elastic foundations and cohesive zones are discussed in the final sections of this paper.  相似文献

在实验的基础上,研究了宾汉姆体的缓凝砂浆在单螺杆挤出机中的流动;运用流变学理论, 建立了缓凝砂浆螺旋输送物理模型;对缓凝砂浆螺旋输送与包裹机构的工作机理进行了分析 与研究,得出了缓凝砂浆连续输送的条件,螺杆转速必须大于临界转速. 实验发现:宾汉姆 体的缓凝砂浆在螺旋输送与包裹机构中当螺杆转速在78$\sim$240\,r/min范 围内可实现连续输送和包裹.  相似文献

本文对气固冲蚀和浆体冲蚀条件下耐磨环氧胶粘涂层的磨损特性进行了研究。结果表明,这种涂层的冲蚀磨损是由粘结剂的磨损和抗磨填料的磨损所组成;填料粒度和磨料粒度都对涂层的气固冲蚀磨损有影响,但在给定的试验条件下,填料粒度对涂层的浆体冲蚀磨损影响甚微。文章指出,耐磨环氧胶粘涂层在气固冲蚀和浆体冲蚀下的磨损机理相似,但磨损规律却有所不同;耐磨环氧胶粘涂层尤其适用于浆体冲蚀的场合,可以明显地提高机械过流部件的使用寿命。  相似文献
