A one-step Rh-catalyzed site-selective ortho-C−H alkynylation of perylene as well as naphthalene mono- and diimides is reported. A single step regioselective access to ortho-C−H alkynylated derivatives of these ryleneimides not only increases the step economy of the ortho-functionalization on these dyes but also provides a quick access route towards highly functionalized dyes that have potential optoelectronic applications. Increased solubility of tetra(triisopropylsilyl)acetylenyl PDIs in organic solvents greatly enhances their utility for further derivatization. 相似文献

成分和结构是影响多元过渡金属硒化物电化学活性的关键因素。适当掺杂其他金属元素可以有效提高电极材料的电化学性能。通过简单的一步水热法,在泡沫镍上制备出了一种无黏结剂的Mo掺杂NiMnSe2(记作Ni0.8Mo0.2MnSe2)。Mo的少量掺杂为电极材料提供了丰富的反应活性位点,大大提高了NiMnSe2的电化学性能。在1 A·g-1时,Ni0.8Mo0.2MnSe2的比容量达到1 404.0 F·g-1。掺杂Mo显著降低了NiMnSe2的电荷转移电阻和扩散电阻。组装的混合超级电容器Ni0.8Mo0.2MnSe2//AC (活性炭)比容量达到81.6 F·g-1,且倍率性能优异。在2 A·g-1下连续充放电10 000周,容量保持率为95.8%,表现出超高的循环稳定性。混合超级电容器Ni0.8Mo0.2MnSe2//AC在376.6 W·kg-1的功率密度下,能量密度达25.5 Wh·kg-1,高于NiMnSe2//AC (17.3 Wh·kg-1)。 相似文献

Polyamic acid (PAA) made from 3,3, 4,4-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride and 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether was synthesized and used as the backbone of nanoporous polyimide. Thermally labile polyethylene glycol (PEG) at 10, 20 or 30 wt% was introduced to the end group of PAA. Self-assembled PAA-b-PEG micelle-like nanoparticles could be formed as a result of amphiphilic characteristics of hydrophobic PAA and hydrophilic PEG. Thermal imidization and degradation of spin-coated amphiphilic PAA-b-PEG film were performed sequentially through one-step heat treatment to obtain polyimide film with nanopores. Pore sizes decreased with increasing amount of PEG block and their dielectric constants decreased from 2.71 ± 0.13 to 2.38 ± 0.11. 相似文献

A detailed theoretical study on the reaction mechanisms for the formations of H2O2 + 3O2 from the self-reaction of HO2 radicals under the effect of NH3, H3N···H2O, and H2SO4 catalysts was performed using the CCSD(T)/CBS//M06-2X/aug-cc-pVTZ method. The rate constant was computed using canonical variational transition state theory (CVT) with small curvature tunneling (SCT). Our results indicate that NH3-, H3N···H2O-, and H2SO4-catalyzed reactions could proceed through both one-step and stepwise routes. Calculated rate constants show that the catalyzed routes in the presence of the three catalysts all prefer stepwise pathways. Compared to the catalytic efficiency of H2O, the efficiencies of NH3, H3N···H2O, and H2SO4 are much lower due to their smaller relative concentrations. The present results have provided a definitive example of how basic and acidic catalysts influence the atmospheric reaction of HO2 + HO2 → H2O2 + 3O2. These results further encourage one to consider the effects of basic and acidic catalysts on the related atmospheric reactions. Photorelease of caged compounds is among the most powerful experimental approaches for studying cellular functions on fast timescales. However, its full potential has yet to be exploited, as the number of caged small molecules available for cell biological studies has been limited by synthetic challenges. Addressing this problem, a straightforward, one-step procedure for efficiently synthesizing caged compounds was developed. An in situ generated benzylic coumarin triflate reagent was used to specifically functionalize carboxylate and phosphate moieties in the presence of free hydroxy groups, generating various caged lipid metabolites, including a number of GPCR ligands. By combining the photo-caged ligands with the respective receptors, an easily implementable experimental platform for the optical control and analysis of GPCR-mediated signal transduction in living cells was developed. Ultimately, the described synthetic strategy allows rapid generation of photo-caged small molecules and thus greatly facilitates the analysis of their biological roles in live cell microscopy assays. 相似文献

以NH4F为掺杂前体,采用简单的一步醇-水热法制备了F掺杂BiVO4光催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis)和光致发光光谱(PL)表征了这些光催化剂的物理化学性质。在少量H2O2存在条件下,以可见光照射下光催化降解苯酚的反应测定了这些光催化剂的催化活性。研究表明,相较于未掺杂的BiVO4样品而言,F掺杂BiVO4样品不仅仍保留了单斜结构,而且有更高的结晶度、表面氧空位密度和光生电荷载流子分离效率,更强的光吸收和更低的带隙能。在这些F掺杂BiVO4样品中,以nF/nBi的理论值为1.0且带隙能为2.43 eV的F掺杂BiVO4样品的光催化活性最好(90 min内苯酚的降解率可达95%)。这一优良的光催化性能与其具有最高的结晶度、表面氧空位密度和光生电荷载流子分离效率,最强的光吸收和最低的带隙能有关。 相似文献

局域表面等离激元共振(LSPR)显微探针的检测灵敏性主要取决于针尖上修饰的纳米粒子的LSPR性质.本文采用阴离子辅助法,在水溶液中通过调节Au核与Ag+的物质的量之比,实现Au核上不同厚度的Ag壳层包覆,可控地一步合成均一性好、银壳层较厚(≥10 nm)的核壳比不同的球形Au@Ag纳米粒子.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及扫描透射电子显微镜X射线能谱(STM-EDS)线扫描分析对不同核壳比的Au@Ag纳米粒子进行形貌组成表征,证实了所合成核壳结构的可控性.将不同核壳比的Au@Ag纳米粒子置于不同折射率溶液中进行纳米粒子介电敏感性的研究,表明7.5 nm Au@28 nm Ag的纳米结构具有最高的品质因子.同时将不同核壳比的Au@Ag纳米粒子置于不同折射率的非导电性基底上进行单颗纳米粒子散射性质的研究,结果表明7.5 nm Au@28 nm Ag纳米粒子适合作为LSPR显微探针的高检测灵敏性纳米结构之一. 相似文献

建立了一种微波-超声波协同一步提取衍生化、气相色谱-质谱联用快速测定中药材猫爪草中低含量脂肪酸的方法。以总脂肪酸的色谱峰面积为响应指标,采用响应曲面法优化了主要工艺参数,其结果为: 猫爪草粉末5.0 g,正己烷50.0 mL,微波功率500 W,反应温度50 ℃,催化剂用量0.30 g,甲醇用量4.0 mL,提取衍生化时间8 min。以内标法定量各个脂肪酸的含量,一步提取衍生化法获得的总脂肪酸峰面积((3.327±0.023)×107, n=3)和总不饱和脂肪酸含量((13.59±0.30) mg/g, n=3)明显高于传统方法((2.410±0.036)×107(n=3)和(12.05±0.34) mg/g(n=3))。该方法简化了复杂的样品处理过程,缩短了反应时间,降低了分析成本,改善了提取和衍生化效率,尤其是减少了不饱和脂肪酸的氧化和分解。该方法具有简单、快速和实用性的特点,是一种极具应用潜力的中药材中低含量脂肪酸的快速分析方法。 相似文献
