裂解气相色谱质谱法研究增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二甲酯的热降解机理

用裂解气相色谱-质谱联用方法研究了橡胶产品中使用的增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)在不同温度条件下的热裂解行为.对不同温度条件下裂解产物的分析表明,在初始阶段DMP的裂解产物主要为二氧化碳、苯、甲苯和苯甲酸甲酯.随着温度的升高苯甲酸甲酯进一步裂解成为分子质量更小的自由基,并发生稠环化反应形成更稳定的菲、蒽、间-联三苯、三亚苯等芳香族多环化合物.根据分析实验提供的裂解产物信息和有机物热裂解化学反应的原理对DMP的热裂解反应机理作了探讨,表明在废旧合成橡胶热裂解回收过程中,增塑剂DMP的高温裂解会产生多环芳烃污染物.应选择合适裂解工艺和裂解温度,以减少对环境的污染.     

碱土金属邻苯二甲酸盐的振动光谱

测定了CaPHT·H2O和两种CaPHT的晶体结构, 其空间群分别属于P21/c(C2h^5,Z=4), P21/m(C2h^2, Z=8)和P2/m(C2h^1, Z=6), 研究CaPHT·H2O、CaPHT(A)、CaPHT(B)、MgPHT、SrPHT和BaPHT的IR及CaPHT·H2O的拉曼光谱, 讨论了固体样品中PHT与碱土金属离子的配位结构及其对光谱的影响。     

N-(取代苯氨基硫代甲酰基)邻苯二甲酰胺酸的合成

本文用四种硫脲衍生物和一种脲衍生物同邻苯二甲酸杆进行单酰化反应, 筛选了最适宜反应条件, 避免了环状副产物, 合成了N-(取代萃氨基硫代甲酰基)邻苯二甲酸。     

La-phen-邻苯二甲酸混配化合物与DNA作用的共振光散射光谱及分析应用

本文研究了镧的混配物LaL1L2·3H2O(L1为邻苯二甲酸,L2为邻菲咯啉)与DNA作用的共振光散射光谱。加入DNA后,在pH6.5～7.5的范围内,LaL1L2·3H2O在DNA分子表面发生长距离自组装,在470nm处产生了增强的共振光散射峰,其发光强度与DNA的浓度成线性关系。该方法的线性范围为23～1870ng·mL-1,检出限(3σ)为23ng·mL-1,可用于测定纳克级的DNA。     

Tb（Ⅲ）、Ln（Ⅲ）（Ln＝La，Gd，Y）─邻苯二甲酸异多核配合物的合成、表征及荧光性能

合成了Ｔｂ（Ⅲ）、Ｌｎ（Ⅲ）（Ｌｎ＝Ｌａ，Ｇｄ，Ｙ）与邻苯二甲酸（Ｈ＿２Ｌ）的异多核配合物，对其进行了红外、热稳定性及荧光性能的研究。发现Ｔｂ（Ⅲ）、Ｙ（Ⅲ）与邻苯二甲酸形成的异多核配合物具有较好的荧光性能，其荧光强度是Ｔｂ与Ｈ＿２Ｌ单一稀土配合物Ｔｂ（ＨＬ）＿３的２．２３倍．

Synthesis,Mass Spectrometric Studies,and Biological Evaluation of 3,5-Dimethoxyhomophthalic Acid and Related Compounds

3,5-Dimethoxyhomophthalic acid was synthesized in four steps from 3,5-dimethoxycinnamic acid via a series of reactions including cyclization of 3-(3',5'-dimethoxyphenyl)propionic acid to 5,7-dimethoxy-1-indanone and oxidative decomposition of methyl-2-hydroxy-2-[5,7-dimethyoxy-1-oxo-1H-inden-2(3H)-ylidene]acetate to 3,5-dimethoxyhomophthalic acid.The synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR,and MS.The biological evaluation experiments of 3,5-dimthoxyhomophthalic acid and the related synthesized compounds were also carried out.Naturally occurring biologically active isocoumarins were prepared in a single step by the condensation of the homophthalic acid with appropriate acid chlorides.     

邻苯二甲酸在异丙醇-水混合溶剂中电离热力学性质的研究

The first thermodynamic dissociation constants of o-phthalic acid were determined at five temperatures from 278.15 to 318.15 K in 10, 14.93 and 20 wt% isopropanol-water solvent mixtures, by precise e. m. f. measurements of hydrogen-silver chlorld electrodes in cells without liquid junction. On the basis of Pitzer's theory, the method of polynomial approximation was used to determine the dissociation constants of H_2P and the results obtained were compared with traditional extrapolation according to the extended Debye-Huckel equation Results obtained from both methods agree within experimental error. The dependence of the first thermodynamic dissociation constant on temperature was given as a function of the thermodynamic temperature T by the empirical equation: pK_1=A_0+A_1/T+A_2/T. The thermodynamic quantities of dissociation in the mixed solvents have been calculated, and the results have been discussed.     

光电催化降解邻苯二甲酸二乙酯的研究

采用sol-gel法制备TiO2薄膜光电极，以该电极为工作电极，铂丝作对电极，饱和甘汞电极为参比电极，对邻苯二甲酸乙酯的光电催化降解进行了研究。结果表明：该电极具有n型半导体的特征行为，在外加偏压为＋0．7v、pH=2、50mg／L的H2O2中对初始浓度为50mg／L的DEP溶液光照180min降解率达67．85％，讨论了氧的存在、外加偏压等因素对光电催化反应的影响。
