毛细管电泳非接触电导分离检测金属氧化物纳米粒子

采用毛细管电泳非接触电导检测技术,以碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠为缓冲体系,同时分离测定了纳米二氧化钛和三氧化二铝两种金属氧化物的悬浮粒子.考察了缓冲溶液种类、浓度及pH对分离效果的影响,探讨了激发频率、激发电压对检测信号信噪比的影响.在最佳分离检测条件下,不同粒径的二氧化钛和三氧化二铝悬浮粒子在8 min内可实现完全分离.所选择的最佳条件为:① pH 10.5缓冲溶液为5 mmol·L-1碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠混合溶液;②分离电压20 kV;③进样条件20 kV,6 s;④激发频率460 kHz;⑤交流激发电压4 V(给出最高的S/N比值).     

Crystallization and Preliminary Crystallographic Studies of Cucurmosin 2,a Ribosome-inactivating Protein from the Sarcocarp of Cucurbita moschata

Cucurmosin 2, a type 1 ribosome-inactivating protein （RIP） isolated from sarcocarp of Cucurbita moschata, has been crystallized by the vapor-diffusion method using PEG6000 as the precipitant. The crystals belong to the orthorhombic space group P212121, with unit cell parameters a = 55.853, b = 65.507, c = 91.754 А, and have one molecule per asymmetric unit. X-ray data have been collected to 1.8А, using a synchrotron source.

求解非线性规划的原始对偶内点法(英文)

In this paper, we propose a primal-dual interior point method for solving general constrained nonlinear programming problems. To avoid the situation that the algorithm we use may converge to a saddle point or a local maximum, we utilize a merit function to guide the iterates toward a local minimum. Especially, we add the parameter ε to the Newton system when calculating the decrease directions. The global convergence is achieved by the decrease of a merit function. Furthermore, the numerical results confirm that the algorithm can solve this kind of problems in an efficient way.

无记忆非拟 Newton 算法的导出和全局收敛性

In this paper, a new class of memoryless non-quasi-Newton method for solving unconstrained optimization problems is proposed, and the global convergence of this method with inexact line search is proved. Furthermore, we propose a hybrid method that mixes both the memoryless non-quasi-Newton method and the memoryless Perry-Shanno quasi-Newton method. The global convergence of this hybrid memoryless method is proved under mild assumptions. The initial results show that these new methods are efficient for the given test problems. Especially the memoryless non-quasi-Newton method requires little storage and computation, so it is able to efficiently solve large scale optimization problems.     

抛物型积分微分方程的非协调$H^{1}$-Galerkin混合有限元方法

H^1-Galerkin nonconforming mixed finite element methods are analyzed for integro-differential equation of parabolic type. By use of the typical characteristic of the elements, we obtain that the Galerkin mixed approximations have the same rates of convergence as in the classical mixed method, but without LBB stability condition.

In this paper, two iterative schemes for approximating common element of the set of zero points of maximal monotone operators and the set of fixed points of a kind of generalized nonexpansive mappings in a real uniformly smooth and uniformly convex Banach space are proposed. Two strong convergence theorems are obtained and their applications on finding the minimizer of a kind of convex functional are discussed, which extend some previous work.
