La1.85Sr0.15CuO4中的同位素效应

利用同位素间 Eliashberg 函数的关系及 Eliashberg 方程,我们计算了 La_(1.85)Sr_(0.15)CuO_4对应于~(16)O 及~(18)O 的 T_c,从而得到同位素指数α的值.计算结果与不同实验进行了比较.传统的电声机制可以解释这个同位素效应.     

Effect of the Initial Mass Function of Primaries on Binary Stellar Populations

Using evolutionary population synthesis technique, we explore the behaviour of the integrated U-B,B-V, V-R and R - I colours, the integrated spectral energy- distributions (ISEDs) and Lick/IDS absorption-line indices of instantaneous burst solar-metallicity binary stellar populations, as a function of the initial mass function (IMF)of primaries. It is found that the variation of the IMF of primaries produces a small effect on the integrated colours and the Lick/IDS indices, while a significant difference in the absolute ISEDs.

恒星能量下俘获截面非常难于直接测量.因此,通常借助于非直接方法或从最低能量下的实验数据外推到天体物理感兴趣能区.首先证明了用渐近归一化常数方法得到的结果近似与模型无关.因此,转移反应的渐近归一化常数方法处理提供了一可靠的途径用以确定恒星能量下的俘获截面. 鉴于此优点, 用渐近归一化常数方法计算了¹⁰Be(n,γ)¹¹Be反应的俘获截面. ¹¹Be是一个众所周知的具有两弱束缚态的晕核.作为一个典型的例子,演示了俘获到晕态的辐射俘获截面明显增大, 证明了入射中子波函数与晕的伸展尾部有较大重叠是俘获截面异常增大的原因.     

Effect of Annealing on Structural and Magnetic Properties of a Thick （Ga,Mn）As Layer

We investigate effects of annealing on magnetic properties of a thick (Ga,Mn)As layer, and find a dramatic increase of the Curie temperature from 65 to 115K by postgrowth annealing for a 500-nm (Ga,Mn)As layer.Auger electron spectroscopy measurements suggest that the increase of the Curie temperature is mainly due to diffusion of Mn interstitial to the free surface. The double-crystal x-ray diffraction patterns show that the lattice constant of (Ga,Mn)As decreases with increasing annealing temperature. As a result, the annealing induced reduction of the lattice constant is mainly attributed to removal of Mn interstitial.     

Lattice Boltzmann Simulation of Sedimentation of a Single Charged Elastic Dumbbell in a Newtonian Fluid

Based on the lattice Boltzmann method, the sedimentations of elastic dumbbells with different charges in a Newtonian fluid under the same and different initial conditions are simulated. Due to the polarizing effects, there are Coulomb forces exerted on the charged elastic dumbbells during their sedimentations, which change their original motions significantly. All of the numerical results show that, if the charged elastic dumbbells are released at offset-centreline positions with zero velocity and settle under gravity, they fall down vertically off the centreline and their orientations tend to be the horizontal finally, and the distances apart from the centreline increase with the increasing charges of the elastic dumbbells.     

Short-Time Decoherence of Solid-State Qubit at Optimal Operation Points

We investigate the short-time decoherence of a solid-state qubit under Ohmic noise at optimal operation points. The decoherence is analyzed by maximum norm of the deviation density operator. It is shown that at the temperature T = 3 mK, the loss of the fidelity due to decoherence is much smaller than the DiVincenzo low decoherence criterion, which means that the mode/may be an optimal candidate of qubit for quantum computation.     

Effects of External Electric Field on Ferroelectric Superlattice with Two Alternating Layers

The effects of the external electric field on the ferroelectric superlattice with two alternating layers have been studied using the transverse Ising model based on the effective-field theory with the differential technique. The hysteresis loops and susceptibility of the system have been given. The stronger the external electric field, the smaller the susceptibility, reflecting that the polarization is weaker.     

Gain Spectrum in an Asymmetric Double Quantum Well

We propose a scheme for light amplification in an asymmetric double quantum well, where two excited states are coupled by resonant tunnelling through a thin barrier in a three-level system of electronic subbands. By applying a single driving laser, the steady state gain can be obtained. The calculated gain spectrum for an asymmetric GaAs/AlGaAs double quantum well structure was presented.
