关于Hilbert积分不等式新的改进和推广

本文通过引入一些常数，运用一些分析技巧和Young不等式，给出了Hilbert积分不等式的一些新的改进和推广。     

弱奇异l-群的结构

引入弱奇异元及弱奇异l-群的概念，通过建立弱奇异元及弱奇异l-群的刻划，研究了一般弱奇异l-群的性质及相关的结构，部分地改进了有关奇异l-群已有的结果．     

Interface Roughness Scattering on Electronic Transport in a Quantum Well

Several theoretical models are established to simulate the interface roughness in a quantum well. The numerical result shows that the roughness correlation function always deviates from the extensively used Gaussian formto some extent, which depends on what a model is used. The influence of such a deviation on the electronic transport property is investigated by assuming several different analytical forms of the correlation function. It is found that the Fermi wavevector is crucial to determine whether the conductivity depends sensitively on the details of the correlation function.     

化学键分解解析法在电致发光材料Alq3中的应用

利用B3LYP／6—31 G(d)和CIS／6-31G(d)方法分别优化了有机小分子电致发光材料径式8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq3)的基态与第一激发态结构。化学键分解解析法计算结果表明，A配体与Alq2片段间的静电作用能分别高于另外两个配体与Alq2之间的相互作用。因此，Alq3的HOMO轨道定域于A配体上，A配体在激发态时由于较低的静电吸引作用易于发生结构的弛豫。     

火灾烟气毒害物HCl和HCN的分析及危害性评价方法

火灾是一种失去控制的燃烧,具有双重性规律。火灾产生的有害烟气是造成人员伤亡的主要原因。本文选定火灾中主要的有害燃烧产物氯化氢(HCl)和氰化氢(HCN)作为目标气体,考虑了影响实验数据的各种因素,通过对实验数据的分析,证明了“等生成率假设”在考虑火灾中其它影响因素如温度时是不正确的;分析实验浓度变化曲线达到致死浓度的关键时间,提出了一种新的火灾烟气对人员伤亡影响的危险性评价体系,为火灾燃烧有害产物释放机理研究在工程技术上的应用奠定了基础。     

Oxygen Pressure Dependence of Properties of Epitaxial LaAlO3 Films Grown on Si （100）

Heteroepitaxial LaAlO3 films were grown on a SrTiO3/Si (100) substrate by laser molecular beam epitaxy under different oxygen pressures, and their properties such as crystallinity and electrical characteristics were experimentally investigated using the various measurement methods. The results show that most properties depend mainly on the deposition oxygen pressure. The crystallinity and the C-V and I-V characteristics can be greatly improved with the increasing oxygen deposition pressure. Moreover, after annealed at 1050~C in N2 ambient, the C-V and I-V characteristics of LAO films deposited at the lower oxygen pressure are also improved due to the decrease of oxygen vacancies in LAO films.

A top-face-swav electromagnetic micromotor

In this paper, the structure of a top-face-sway electromagnetic micromotor and its principle, fabrication andperformance are introduced. A combination of the electromagnetic actuating and the planetary reducingprovides this micromotor an advantage of low rotational speed and high torque. In addition, since a flexiblecoupling absorbs the sway and only outputs rotation, it gives this micromotor a balanced output. Thedimension of the micromotor is 5 mm. Its rotation speed has a range of 20 - 860 rpm, and its drivingcurrent is 300 mA. The output torque of the micromotor is measured to be 13.0 μNm.
