Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) films for hemoglobin detection were prepared onto the Au/Cr coated surface plasmon resonance(SPR) sensor chips by the in situ electropolymerization of 3-aminophenylboronic acid(3-APBA).The formation of the films and rebinding processes of hemoglobin were monitored by in situ electrochemical-SPR(EC-SPR) spectroscopy,with allowed real-time observation of the simultaneous changes in electrochemical and optical properties of the films.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and atomic force microscopy(AFM)were used to characterize the surface morphologies of the MIP films.The effects of pH,ion strength,different metal ions on rebinding Hb,the specific binding and the selective recognition were investigated.The results obtained with the molecular imprinted SPR chips indicate a good adsorption of Hb in a range of 0.0005-5 mg/mL in 0.05 mol/L sodium phosphate buffer at pH=7.0.A linear calibration curve(R2=0.94) of the SPR sensor for Hb detection was obtained in a range of 0.05-5 mg/mL.The detection limit for hemoglobin by this method was 0.000435 mg/mL(S/N=3).Interference studies indicate that the MIP films have a good selectivity compared with the referenced proteins.The stability of the sensor was also established.Results indicate that the SPR sensor chip keeps 87.6% of its original response after 14 d of storage under dry and ambient conditions. 相似文献

A novel water-soluble porphyrin[5,10,15,20-tetra(3-ethoxy-4-hydroxy-5-sulfonate)phenyl porphyrin, H2TEHPPS] was designed and synthesized, which could be used as a potential fluorescence sensor to detect temperature changes. The studies were performed in solution phase and the concentration of H2TEHPPS was 2.0×10^-5 mol/L. The optical properties of H2TEHPPS were investigated based on the UV and fluorescence spectra. The results show that the fluorescence intensity of H2TEHPPS is directly proportional to temperature in the range of 293-353 K So H,TEHPPS can be used as a molecular temoerature sensor in biomedical and other fields. 相似文献

A fluorescent probe with a coumarin moiety bound to rhodamine 6G hydrazide(l) was synthesized. Its sensing behavior toward various metal ions was investigated with fluorescence methods. Compound I displays different fluorescence emission responses to Al^3+ and Ca^2+ at the same excitation wavelength in the visible light region, while no changes occur after the addition of other metal ions. The binding ratios of the complexs of 1-Al^3+ and 1-Ca^2+ are both 2:1 according to the Job plot and high resolution mass spectrometer(HRMS) experiments. Moreover, emission spectrum of 1-Ca^2+ complex and absorption spectrum of the rbodamine dyes overlap largely. When Al^3+ was added to the 1-Ca2+ system, calcium in complex 1-Ca2+ can be displaced by Al^3+, resulting in the output of another ratiometric sensing signal, which demonstrates that the 1-Ca^2+ complex can be served as a new and effective fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) donor for rhodamine derivatives. 相似文献

采用交联法制备了羧基二茂铁功能化Fe3O4纳米粒子(FMC-AFNPs)复合材料,并将该复合纳米材料与多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)、壳聚糖(CS)及葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)混合修饰于自制的磁性玻碳基底(MGC)表面,制备了GOD/FMC-AFNPs/MWNTs/CS复合膜生物传感器电极. 实验结果表明,FMC-AFNPs复合材料有效地克服了二茂铁在电极表面的泄漏,且FMC-AFNPs/MWNTs/CS复合膜良好的生物兼容性较大地改善了固定化GOD的生物活性. MWNTs具有良好的导电性和大比表面积,在修饰膜内可作为电子传递“导线”,极大地促进电极的电子传递速率,提高电极的电催化活性和灵敏度. 该电极的葡萄糖检测的线性范围为1.0×10-5 ~ 6.0×10-3 molL-1,检测限为3.2×10-6 mmolL-1(S/N=3),表观米氏常数为5.03×10-3 mmolL-1,且有较好的稳定性和重现性. 相似文献

This work focuses on the H2 sensing performance of the sensor with buried Au sensing electrode and spi- nel-type oxide CoCrMnO4 insensitive reference electrode within sodium super ionic conductor(NASICON) film. The sensor showed the highest response to H2 gas on the insensitive material sintering at 800 ~C. Compared with those of the traditional structure device, the sensitivity and selectivity of the sensor using buried sensing electrode were greatly improved, giving a response of-177 mV in 9x10 5 g/L H2, which was about 3.5 times higher than that of sensors with traditional structure. Moreover, the AV value of the sensing device exhibited linear relationship to the logarithm of H2 concentration and the sensitivity(slope) was -135 mV/decade. A novel coumarin derivative[7-diethylamino-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carboxylic acid(6-amino-pyridin2-yl)-amide,CFe1] has been synthesized and its potential application as a chemosensor for the detection of metal ions has been further investigated.The responses of CFe1 to Fe^3+ were studied by fluorescence emission spectrometry in the presence of other metal ions such as Al^3+,Ba^2+,Ca^2+,Co^3+,Cr^3+,Cu^2+,Fe^2+,Hg^2+,Mg^2+,Mn^2+,Na^+,Ni^+,Pb^2+,Zn^2+,K^+,and Ag^+.CFe1 showed a good selectivity for Fe^3+ with fast response,a wide pH span of 3.3-9.18,and a large Stocks shift.CFe1 in the presence of Fe^3+ and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) makes the blue solution fade to colorless,which is due to the formation of CFe1-Fe^3+ complex instead of any catalytic action of Fe^3+.Furthermore,the imaging of Fe^3+ in cultured single mice microglia cells was realized with the aid of CFe1,indicating that CFe1 has a great potential to be used as promising models for the future design of novel and robust chemosensor for metal ion detection in the field of biomedical and environmental analyses. 相似文献
