采用密度泛函理论(DFT)B3LYP方法,6-311G(d,p)(C,H,O)/LANL2DZ(Ag)基组,计算了黄曲霉素B2(AFB2)分子吸附在Ag2团簇的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱和预共振拉曼光谱,并与实验结果比较. 结果显示:AFB2分子在基态Ag2团簇表面吸附时,增强因子最大达到102,对应吡喃(pyrane)环C=O伸缩振动,主要是由AFB2分子周围化学环境改变而引起的基态静极化率改变导致的化学增强. 不同激发波长下的AFB2分子预共振拉曼光谱的增强强度不同:电荷转移态激发波长为1144 和544 nm时拉曼信号增强了102倍,而选择电荷转移预共振波长432和410 nm作为入射光时,其拉曼信号增强了104倍,增强机理为银团簇和黄曲霉素分子之间的电荷转移共振增强. 因此通过改变入射光波长,选择电荷转移共振激发波长,更有利于强致癌物AFB2分子的痕量检测.  相似文献

经由溶胶-凝胶法过程,应用静电纺丝机原理,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和无机盐(LiMn2O4)为前驱物,制备出了含有LiMn2O4无机组分的复合纳米纤维,为复合无机纳米纤维的制备方式供给了一条新的思路。实验中系统地研究了PVA的浓度对其所形成的纤维描摹特征的影响。PVA水溶液用于纺丝的最好质量分数约为8.0%。在实验过程中,随着PVA质量分数的渐渐增加,其所形成纤维的直径也随之渐渐增大,而溶液的黏度也在逐步增大,这就使得溶剂挥发变得越来越难,小液珠的表面难以构成理想的"泰勒锥",电压过小,样品溶液无法纺丝,在针头处成水滴状落在针头下方。电压过大则会在纤维丝上呈现念珠形态,阻碍样品电纺时的形貌。实验表明,在施加18kV的高电压,默认机器的其它设定条件下,依托不同质量分数的PVA溶液可制备出三种不同的纤维。  相似文献

制备了碳量子点/聚中性红膜修饰电极。采用了透射电子显微镜和荧光光谱对制备的碳量子点进行表征。利用循环伏安法、示差脉冲伏安法考察了鸟嘌呤和腺嘌呤在修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,在0.1 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,该修饰电极对鸟嘌呤和腺嘌呤的氧化具有明显的电催化作用。在最佳条件下,鸟嘌呤和腺嘌呤的示差脉冲伏安响应和其浓度分别在1.0×10~(-6)~2.0×10~(-4)mol/L和5.0×10~(-6)~2.0×10~(-4)mol/L范围中呈良好的线性关系,检测限分别为3.0×10~(-7)mol/L和4.8×10~(-7)mol/L(S/N=3)。该修饰电极能够用于复杂样品中鸟嘌呤和腺嘌呤的检测及实际样品分析。  相似文献
