在ＫＭｎＯ４－Ｈ＾＋－还原剂体系中研究了马钱子碱，士的宁和麻黄类生物碱的化学发光行为，建立了其快速灵敏的流动注射化学发光分析方法，将此法与ＨＰＬＣ联用，实现了上述物质的选择性测定。此法已用于一些药笺中马钱子碱等物碱的测定，回收率为９４％－１０１％。     

A New Alkaloid from Sinomenium acutum

Sinomenium acutum is widely used in East and South Asia for the treatment of many diseases, especially rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. The chemical research on Sinomenium acutum led to the isolation of a new alkaloid compound （1）. On the basis of chemical evidences and spectral analysis, 1 was identified as N-（1, 7-dimethoxylphenanthren-2-yl）acetamide.     

The First Total Synthesis of Saurufuran B

First total synthesis of saurufuran B 1, a furanoditerpene, from （E, E）-farnesol 2 and citraconic anhydride 3 through thirteen steps is described. Our work involves two key steps： （1） High regioselective alkylation of 2-（tert-butyldimethylsiloxy）-4-methylfuran 6 with aUylic iodides 5 in the presence of silver wifluoroacetate and （2） Conversion of substituted 7-1actone 7 into furan derivative 8.     

Preparation of the N,19-seco Norditerpenoid Alkaloids from Norditerpenoid Alkaloid Yunaconitine

The synthesis of a new N,19-Seco norditerpenoid alkaloid 7 bearing nitro group from yunaconitine 1 as the starting material through a series of steps was described.

从阿勒颇侧大戟和巨枝大戟全草中分别得到的一个巨大戟烷型二萜酯和一个倍半萜甙，利用1H－1HCOSY；HMQC，RMBC等2DNMR技术归属了所有质子和碳的化学位移信号，并准确指定了二萜酯中每个酯基以及倍半萜甙中糖的连接位置．     

Toward Total Synthesis of Yohimbine and Reserpine Alkaloids; Part 1. An Improved Synthesis of cis-5, 8-Dihydroxy-1, 4, 5, 8, 9,10-hexahydronaphthalene-1, 8-1actone via Selective Reduction of the Conjugated Ketone with Zn （BH4） 2

An improved and high-yielding synthesis of cis-5, 8-dihydroxy-l, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10-hexa-hydronaphthalene-1,8-1actone 7,an intermediate for (-)-reserpine 1 is presented. The conjugated ketone 5 was regioselectively reduced to afford lactone 7 with zinc borohydride formed in situ from KBH4 and ZnCl2 in THF.

本文综述了甲脒在不对称有机合成中,特别是在天然生物碱的合成中应用的新进展,其反应具有高度立体选择性。     

金水六君煎胶囊多指标成分分析

采用薄层扫描法、紫外分光光度法分别对金水六君煎胶囊中有祛痰作用的β-谷甾醇和总生物碱进行含量测定。 β-谷甾醇平均回收率为 10 0 .6 % (n=5 ) ,RSD为 2 .77% ;总生物碱平均回收率为 98.4 %(n=5 ) ,RSD为 2 .16 %。该方法简单快速、结果准确、精密度较高 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。     

塔里木盆地8种有毒植物总生物碱的抗AChE活性

采用酸提碱沉、氯仿萃取法提取塔里木盆地8种有毒植物总生物碱,采用Ellman法,以他克林为阳性对照,探讨总生物碱抗AChE活性.实验结果表明8种植物中小花棘豆、盐角草、叉枝鸦葱、骆驼刺、苦马豆总生物碱具有明显乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性,黄香草木犀,盐生草,白茎盐生草的抑制率相对较低.     

花椒中总生物碱的提取

生物碱具有重要的生理活性,对其提取研究具有重要的实用意义.采用索氏提取法提取花椒中的生物碱,研究了提取剂浓度、料液比、回流温度、回流时间对提取率的影响;通过正交试验确定了最佳提取工艺条件;建立了酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱含量的方法.
