纳米金/β-环糊精复合修饰碳糊电极测定亚硝酸盐

本文研究了亚硝酸盐(NO_2~-)在纳米金和β-环糊精复合修饰碳糊电极(AuNPs-β-CD/CPE)上的电化学行为。实验结果表明,与裸CPE相比,AuNPs-β-CD/CPE对NO_2~-的电化学氧化有显著的促进作用,其氧化峰电流显著增加。同时用循环伏安法(CV)、计时电流法(CA)测定了NO_2~-在AuNPs-β-CD/CPE上的电极反应动力学参数,用线性扫描伏安法(LSV)法测得NO_2~-氧化峰电流与其浓度在6.0×10-6~8.0×10-3 mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为5.7×10-7 mol·L-1。将该传感器应用于水样的检测,相对标准偏差在0.15%~1.40%之间,回收率达99.3%~104.0%,检测结果符合定量测定要求。     

High-efficiency α-benzoyloxylation and hydroxylation of β-keto amides by phase transfer catalysis

A facile and efficient protocol for α-benzoyloxylation and α-hydroxylation of β-keto amides by phase-transfer catalysis is presented. This methodology provides mild and practical access to a variety ofα-oxygenated β-keto amides. Furthermore, α-benzoyloxylation products can be easily converted into α-hydroxylation compounds, which are useful synthetic precursors of biological targets.     

Poly(β-cyclodextrin)-mediated Polylactide-cholesterol Stereocomplex Micelles for Controlled Drug Delivery

A series of host-guest interaction-adjusted polylactide stereocomplex micelles was prepared via the self-assembly of 4-armed poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-lactide/D-lactide)-cholesterol(4-armed PEG-b-PLLA/PDLA-CHOL) and poly(β-cyclodextrin)(PCD) with the molar ratios of CHOL/β-CD at 1:0.5, 1:1, and 1:2 in an aqueous environment. The hydrodynamic diameters of the micelles ranged from 84.1 nm to 107 nm depending on the molar ratio of CHOL/β-CD. It was shown that the micelle with the largest proportion of PCD possessed excellent abilities in drug release, cell internalization as well as proliferation inhibitory effect toward human A549 lung cancer cells. The results demonstrated that the stereocomplex and host-guest interactions-mediated PLA micelles exhibited great potential in sustained drug delivery.     

Biaxial nematic phase of crank-like bis(β-diketonato)copper(II) complexes established by X-ray diffraction and Z-value calculations

We have synthesized a series of six novel bis(β-diketonate)copper (II) complexes, 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, and 3b, substituted by two bulky substituents in the short molecular axis direction to investigate their mesomorphism. The m,p,m'-trimethoxylphenyl-substituted derivatives, 2a and 2b, and the m,p-dimethoxylphenyl-substituted derivatives, 3a and 3b, did not show mesomorphism, whereas each of the p-methoxyphenyl-substituted derivatives 1a and 1b only showed a nematic phase, which was revealed from polarizing microscopic observations. We established from X-ray diffraction and Z-value calculations that each of the crank-like derivatives 1a and 1b forms a rectangular parallelepiped dimer and shows a biaxial nematic phase.     

Effect of β-Nucleating Agent on the Crystallization,Mechanical Properties,and Heat Resistance of Injection-Molded Isotactic Polypropylene

Injection-molded β-isotactic polypropylene (β-iPP) was prepared with a commercial β-nucleating agent (NT-A). The effect of NT-A on the crystallization, mechanical properties, and heat resistance of β-iPP was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), polarized light microscopy (PLM), and mechanical and heat deflection tests. DSC and WAXD analysis showed that the content of β-crystals in the nucleated iPP was higher than that of pure iPP, and the content of β-crystals of the core was higher than that of the skin. PLM observations showed that injection-molded iPP had an obvious skin-core structure. NT-A induced abundant β-crystals and resulted in small spherulites which improved the Izod notched impact strength. When the content of NT-A was 0.075wt%, the Izod notched impact strength reached a maximum, 2.6 times more than that of pure iPP. The heat distortion temperature was also improved by NT-A.

Extraction Properties of Oligodentate Carbamoylmethylphosphine Oxides and β-Aminophosphine Oxides Toward Lanthanides and Rhenium(VII)

Abstract

The extraction properties of a series of carbamoylmethylphosphine oxides and β-aminophosphine oxides with lanthanide metal ions is presented. Tris[bis(2-diphenyl- phosphorylethyl)-aminoethyl]amine is shown to be highly effective for extraction of Re(VII).     

Efficient Method for The Synthesis of α-Amidophosphonates via the Michaelis-Arbuzov Reaction

Abstract

A new series of modified α-amidophosphonates (or β-ketophosphonate) was synthesized by an efficient method, starting from aminoesters and chloroacetyl chloride. We have established that chloroacetyl chloride is a suitable reagent allowing the introduction a halogen moiety for the Arbuzov reaction. The α-amidophosphonates were prepared in two steps (acetylation, phosphorylation).

A Novel Synthesis of α-Tellanyl α,β-Unsaturated Aldehydes Using α-Tellanyl β-Alkoxyalkenyl Lithiums

Abstract

β-Ethoxy-α-phenyltellanylvinyl lithiums were successfully generated in situ from phenyltellanylacetaldehyde diethyl acetal with lithium 2,2,6,6-tetrame-thylpiperidide (LTMP) and underwent methylation or nucleophilic addition with aldehydes and ketones. The successive dehydration of the allylic alcohols with trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (TMSOTf) gave α-phenyltellanyl α,β-unsaturated aldehydes, which transformed to some useful compounds.
