芳香胺氮氧化物合贵金属配合物的研究——Ⅰ.2,2''-联喹啉—N,N''-二氧化物和金(Ⅲ)、铂(Ⅳ)及钯(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与表征

合成了金(Ⅲ)、铂(Ⅳ)和钯(Ⅱ)与标题化合物形成的五种新配合物,研究了它们的组成与有关性质、可分为含氢键的离子缔合物和含金属一氧键的混配螯合物两类.     

金和铂的某些冠醚类配合物的合成与性质

制得5种金和铂的冠醚类配合物,用元素分析、红外和紫外光谱、摩尔电导和~1H核磁共振谱等方法研究了配合物的组成及其有关性质。     

Synthesis,Structure and Noncovalent Interactions Palladium（Ⅱ）Complexes with N—Benzoyl—β—phenylalaniate Dianion and Aromatic Diimine

Two palladium(II) complexes, [Pd(bipy)(BzPhe‐N,O)] and [Pd(phen)(BzPhe‐N,O)]·4H₂O were synthesized by reactions between Pd(bipy)Cl₂ and BzPheH₂ (N‐benzoyl‐β‐phenylalanine), Pd(phen) Cl₂ and BzPheH₂ in water at pH‐9, with their structures determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The Pd atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of bipy (or phen), the deprotonated amido type nitrogen atom and one of the carboxylic oxygens of BzPhe (BzPhe = N‐benzoyl‐β‐phenylalaninate dianion). In the complex [Pd(phen) (BzFne‐N,O)] · 4H₂O, the side chain of phenylalanine is located above and approximately parallels to the coordination plane. Both the aromatic‐aromatic stacking interaction between the phenyl ring of phenylalanine and phen, and the metal ion‐aromatic interaction between the phenyl ring of phenylalanine and Pd(II) were observed. [Pd(bipy)(BzPhe‐N,O)] has the phenylalanyl side chain oriented outwards from the coordination plane, which is mainly due to the interaction between the carbonyl oxygen atom of the amido group and the phenyl ring of phenylalanine. The reason for the different orientation of phenylalanyl side chain in the complexes was suggested.     

碳酸丙烯醋一氧仿溶液萃取金(Ⅲ)及其机理的研究

本文较为系统地研究了用碳酸丙烯醋一氯仿溶液从盐酸介质中萃取金(Ⅲ)及各种金属离子的行为, 探讨了水相酸度、萃取剂浓度、金属离子浓度、相比、盐析剂浓度、相接触时间和温度诸因素对萃取的影响. 用斜率分析和紫外吸收光谱法确定了萃合物的化学组成为PCH 十AuCI ` , 萃取过程属于阴离子交换机理.     

邻菲咯啉-三氯醋酸混合体系萃取稀土元素的规律及其机理的研究

本文研究了在水相-氯仿中以邻菲咯啉-三氯醋酸萃取稀土离子(除Pm外)的行为.实验表明了平衡水相pH和萃取率(E%)的关系,在萃取中其分配比和原子序数呈现出“四分组效应”.在不同浓度邻菲咯啉和三氯醋酸时每一稀土离子的1gD均呈线性函数.借萃取法测定了混合配体络合物的化学组成为[RE(phen)_2(Cl_3CCOO)_3]     

[Cu(TOL)_4]Cl_2·2C_2H_5OH·2H_2O的合成和晶体结构

三唑醇(Triadimenol,简写TOL)是一内吸性的广谱低毒杀菌剂,主要用于禾谷类作物,腥黑穗病、丝黑穗病、散黑穗病、白粉病、锈病等病害的防治犤1～3犦。其化学名称为1-(4-氯苯氧基)-3,3-二甲基-1-(1H-1,2,4三唑-1基)丁基-2-醇,结构式如下:以农药为配体的金属配合物近年来逐渐被人重视犤4,5犦,它不仅保持了某些金属离子的杀菌特性,扩大了杀菌谱,而且作为一种缓释技术,使农药具有提高持效、延长半衰期、降低对哺乳动物的毒性以及使农药从非内吸性转化为内吸性等优越性。铜化合物作为杀菌剂使用已有60多年的历史,至今仍无抗性,由于其广谱、低毒,…     

金(Ⅲ)与铂(Ⅳ)和N-氧化吡啶-2-甲醛半卡巴腙配盐的合成及其晶体结构

本文首次报道N-氧化吡啶-2-甲醛希夫碱配体与贵金属Au(Ⅲ)和Pt(Ⅳ)的配盐[(C_7H_8N_4O_2)_2H][LAuCl_4](1)和[C_7H_8N_4O_2)_2H]_2[PtCl_6]·6H_2O)(2)的合成,并使用元素分析、红外、紫外、荧光光谱、摩尔电导的手段进行结构表征;并报道配盐1的晶体结构,配盐1的晶体学数据:C2/c,a=19.723(2)人,b=7.510(1)入, c=16.414(5)人,夕:=115.73(1)°,R=0.037.晶体结构研究表明:配盐是由阳、阴离子缔合而成的中心对称的配盐分子。     

新型双核铂(Ⅱ)类配合物的合成、表征及其抗肿瘤活性

合成3个新的双核铂（Ⅱ）类配合物，用元素分析、红外和紫外光谱、氢核磁共振谱及摩尔电导和热谱等方法对其进行了性质表征，并对它们进行了抗肿瘤活性的初步研究。     

三唑酮氯化锌配合物的合成和晶体结构研究

The new compound was synthesized by the reaction of ZnCl₂ and triadimefon(ratio 1∶2) in ethanol solution refluxing for 6 hours. The crystal used for X-ray analysis was obtained by slow evaporation of the solution at room temperature. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2/n. The lattice parameters are: a=1.58916(6)nm, b=0.60634(2)nm, c=1.83566(8)nm, β=93.979(2)°, V=1.7645(1)nm³, Z=2, D_c=1.362g·cm^-3, F(000)=744.00, μ(Mo Kα)=1.038mm^-1, R₁=0.042, wR₂=0.106. In the complex, the Zn(Ⅱ) cation is tetrahedrally coordinated to two triadimefon ligands and two chloride in cis disposition. The title complex was also characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR and TG-DTA. CCDC: 207413.
