An efficient 1064-nm Nd:YVO_4laser in-band pumped by a wavelength-locked laser diode(LD) at 913.9 nm was demonstrated. The maximum continuous wave(CW) output power of 23.4 W at 1064 nm was realized with the incident pump power of 40 W, corresponding to a total optical-to-optical efficiency of 58.5%. This is to the best of our knowledge the highest total optical-to-optical efficiency and output power of Nd:YVO_4laser in-band pumped by a 913.9-nm laser diode.The Q-switched operation of this laser was also investigated. Through a contrast experiment of pumping at 808 nm, the experimental results showed that an Nd:YVO_4laser in-band pumped by a wavelength-locked LD at 913.9 nm had excellent pulse stability and beam quality for high repetition rate Q-switching operation.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理平面波超软赝势平面波方法,在零压的条件下,建立了未掺杂以及P原子取代V原子的YVO_4与YV_(0.75)P_(0.25)O_4模型,然后对模型进行了电子结构和弹性性能的计算.计算结果表明:锆英石结构YVO_4与YV_(0.75)P_(0.25)O_4在零压下是稳定的;YV_(0.75)P_(0.25)O_4属于延展性材料,具有大的弹性各项异性特征,YV_(0.75)P_(0.25)O_4的体积模量、剪切模量、杨氏模量分别为136.61 GPa、62.14 GPa、161.87 GPa,泊松比为0.303,研究结果表明P掺杂能减少YVO_4的体积模量,并且增大其剪切模量与杨氏模量.  相似文献

The interrelation between the phase matching condition for second harmonic generation (SHG) and the electro-optic Q-switching in KTP was numerically analyzed. A diode-pumped Q-switched Nd: YVO4/KTP green laser was reported, where the KTP crystal was simultaneously used as both an electrooptic Q-switcher and a frequency-doubling crystal in type Ⅱ phase matching.Compared with the conventional frequency-doubling and Q-switching configuration, low loss and high efficiency characteristics were realized by using a single KTP crystal. The Q-switched green laser pulse with a peak power of 762 W and a pulse width of 12 ns was obtained with 1 W pump power.  相似文献

A diode-pumped Nd3+:YVO4 emitting at 1342 nm and 671 nm was developed. Low concentration neodymium doped Nd:YVO4 shows excellent stability at 1342 nm. With a type-Ⅱ noncritical phase-matched LBO crystal as the intracavity frequency doubler, 890 mW of 671 nm light was obtained at 11.2 W incident pumping power, the optical-optical conversion efficiency is 7.9%.  相似文献

The stability of linear planar resonators involved in solid-state lasers is entirely decided by the thermal lens of the laser crystal. There exists a critical point between stable state and unstable state at which the thermally focusing point falls on the surface of one end mirror. Based on this fact, a new method for measuring the thermal focal length has been presented, and applied to three different Nd3+-doped (2%, 0.8%, and 0.5% ) Nd:YVO4 crystals at various absorbed pump power levels up to 10 W, the results show a good agreement with those of theoretical calculation. It also indicates that the thermal lensing is strongly dependent on the Nd3+-doped concentration, and is affected by crystal surface temperature, especially in the situation of weak thermal lensing.  相似文献

测量并分析了980nm抽运下Er3+∶YVO4晶体的上转换荧光,建立了描述Er3+离子跃迁的速率方程。通过求解速率方程并拟合1550nm,980nm和550nm的荧光衰减实验曲线,得到了4I13/2+4I13/2→4I15/2+4I9/2,4I11/2+4I11/2→4I15/2+4F7/2的频率上转换系数C22=9.221×10-17cm3s-1,C33=7.545×10-17cm3s-1。通过测量980nm抽运下的550nm荧光衰减谱,得到了4S3/2能级的主要上转换机制是以激发态吸收为主。  相似文献

 基于传输矩阵理论,针对端面抽运的U型腔Nd∶YVO4固体激光器谐振腔的稳定性进行了理论分析和数值模拟。通过改变“U”型腔各个臂长得到不同腔臂长条件下谐振腔的稳区范围和晶体中心处的振荡光斑,比较稳区范围以及振荡光斑,找出一组腔参数值使谐振腔能够在较高泵浦功率下保持稳定且振荡光斑足够理想。按照确定的腔参数值进行了具体实验,实验结果表明:按选定参数设计的谐振腔在调Q重复频率为100kHz,泵浦功率为60W时,激光器能够稳定工作并输出21.6W的高重频激光,谐振腔稳区范围的变化规律与理论计算基本吻合。  相似文献

在LD端面抽运的Nd:YVO4激光器中插入Cr^4+:YAG晶体,获得了稳定的1.06μm波长的高重复率被动调Q脉冲激光输出。实验研究了抽运功率、腔长、输出镜透过率对输出功率的影响,以及不同抽运功率下脉冲重复频率和脉冲宽度的变化,并对结果进行了理论分析。当腔长为8cm,抽运功率为27W时,得到重复率37.8kHz、平均功率3.5W的调Q脉冲序列;单个脉冲能量为93μJ、脉宽为24ns、峰值功率为3.9kW。  相似文献

The laser outputs of 1.26, 0.95, 0.5 and 0.32 at% Nd-doped concentrations in Nd:YVO4 crystal samples were performed under high pumping power of laser diode. The reason of different Nd-doped concentrations in Nd:YVO4 crystals influencing on the laser output properties was explained. The intracavity double frequency laser outputs of Nd:YVO4 crystal at 532 and 671 nm were also performed. Our experimental results show that the optimum Nd-doped concentration in Nd:YVO4 crystal is about 0.5 at% under a pumping power of 30 W.  相似文献
