N-type semiconducting polymers are attractive for organic electronics, but desirable electron-deficient units for synthesizing such polymers are still lacking. As a cousin of rylene diimides such as naphthalene diimide (NDI) and perylene diimide (PDI), anthracene diimide (ADI) is a promising candidate; its polymers, however, have not been achieved yet because of synthetic challenges for its polymerizable monomers. Herein, we present ingenious synthesis of two dibromide ADI monomers with dibromination at differently symmetrical positions of the ADI core, which are further employed to construct ADI polymers. More interestingly, the two obtained ADI polymers possess the same main-chain and alkyl-chain structures but different backbone conformations owing to varied linking positions between repeating units. This feature enables their different optoelectronic properties and film-state packing behavior. The ADI polymers offer first examples of conjugated polymer conformational isomers and are highly promising as a new class of n-type semiconductors for various organic electronics applications.Two anthracene diimide (ADI) polymers with the backbone conformational isomerism, new members of aromatic diimide polymers family, have been synthesized as a class of highly promising n-type semiconductors for organic electronics. 相似文献

以硫酸铵(AS)水溶液为介质,进行丙烯酰胺(AM)与正离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)分散共聚合,制备出水溶性聚合物分散体.研究了盐浓度、分散稳定剂浓度及其分子量、单体浓度等对反应体系及分散体粒径的影响.结果表明,随着分散稳定剂的用量从6%增加到14%,分散体的平均粒径先下降,后又随之上升.分散稳定剂分子量越大,所得分散体的平均粒径越小.硫酸铵和单体的浓度对平均粒径和粒子形态等影响显著,只有在较小的范围内才能制备出粒径较均一的正离子型水溶性聚合物分散体;硫酸铵浓度越大,生成聚合物分子量越低. 相似文献

Scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) still lacks reliable means for performing constant-distance imaging experiments. We demonstrate, for the first time, that the same negative alternating current (AC) feedback can be observed on approach to an insulator and an unbiased conductor at optimal experimental conditions. This leads to a novel constant-distance imaging mode. To perform AC-SECM imaging, only minor modifications of the existing SECM set-up were necessary. The new constant-distance AC-SECM imaging was conducted to provide topographical information not affected by variations in sample conductivity and reactivity. Furthermore, simultaneous AC and DC SECM measurements were carried out to demonstrate that both topographical and chemical information could be revealed. 相似文献

A series of cyclohexanones substituted at the 4-position with a selection of hydrophobic and hydrophilic groups were used as substrates in the evaluation of six new cyclopentanone monooxygenase (CPMO) mutants. These mutants were obtained through evolutionary modifications in two specific regions of the CPMO’s putative active site. Several mutant enzymes with improved enantioselectivity were identified. Analysis of the results, in terms of a diamond model, illustrates how a family of cyclohexanone substrates may be used to explore putative active sites of Baeyer–Villiger monooxygenases (BVMOs) and to design productive mutations for specific substrates. 相似文献

以牛血清白蛋白(Bovine serum albumin, BSA)与荧光探针Indo-1为蛋白质和配体模型, 基于Indo-1的荧光强度与BSA的分析浓度间的关系, 建立了计算二者相互作用位点数的方法, 并利用荧光共振能量转移及各种荧光技术对Indo-1和BSA的相互作用进行了研究. 结果表明, Indo-1在BSA中有3个作用位点, 这3个作用位点与BSA中的212位色氨酸(Trp 212)间的距离分别为2.93, 2.57和2.40 nm; Indo-1通过疏水性作用进入到BSA的3个疏水性空腔. 在荧光猝灭实验中, 通过Microlab 500 系列进样器和PTI荧光仪的联用实现了荧光强度的自动和实时记录. 相似文献
