Integrated optoelectronic chip pair for transmitting and receiving optical signals simultaneously

An integrated optoelectronic chip pair, which can transmit and receive optical signals simultaneously, is proposed in this Letter. The design and optimization of its key structure, the vertical cavity surface emitting laser's distributed Bragg reflector, are presented. Analysis is also done for its influence on the integrated chip's performance. Moreover, the chip pair's performance under dynamic conditions is analyzed. Their 3 dB modulation bandwidths are higher than 10 GHz, and their 3 dB photo-response bandwidths are around 23 GHz. Their applications will further improve the performances of the optical interconnects.     

Particle-in-cell simulation of ion-acoustic solitary waves in a bounded plasma

We study some nonlinear waves in a viscous plasma which is confined in a finite cylinder.By averaging the physical quantities on the radial direction in some cases,we reduce this system to a simple one-dimensional model.It seems that the effects of the bounded geometry(the radius of the cylinder in this case)can be included in the damping coefficient.We notice that the amplitudes of both Korteweg–de Vries(KdV)solitary waves and dark envelope solitary waves decrease exponentially as time increases from the particle-in-cell(PIC)simulation.The dependence of damping coefficient on the cylinder radius and the viscosity coefficient is also obtained numerically and analytically.Both are in good agreement.By using a definition,we give a condition whether a solitary wave exists in a bounded plasma.Moreover,some of potential applications in laboratory experiments are suggested.     

基于核磁共振代谢组学技术比较不同产地铁棍山药的化学成分差异

该研究阐明了不同产地铁棍山药中化学成分的差异,为道地山药的产地鉴别提供了理论依据。利用核磁共振氢谱（1H NMR）对铁棍山药进行分析,指认、归属了图谱中的30种主要代谢物后,通过主成分分析（PCA）、正交偏最小二乘法判别分析（OPLS－DA）对7种不同产地铁棍山药中的化学成分进行了比较。结果显示,温县垆土山药中精氨酸的含量最高,蔗糖含量最低,孟州垆土山药中苏氨酸、谷氨酰胺的含量最高;温县沙土山药的丙氨酸和苹果酸含量最高,武陟沙土山药的尿囊素含量最高;沙土地的铁棍山药中2-羟基异丁酸的含量均高于垆土地山药。7种铁棍山药葡萄糖和果糖的变量重要性投影（VIP）均小于1.0,并不是主要成分。液相色谱检测蔗糖、柠檬酸、苹果酸的结果与OPLS－DA载荷图结果一致;7种铁棍山药的葡萄糖和果糖含量均低于液相色谱检出限（2.0 mg/g）,表明可以利用葡萄糖、果糖的含量和葡萄糖显色试剂鉴别铁棍山药是否为道地怀山药。     

基于单片机的室内语音识别无线求救设备

设计了一种室内语音识别无线求救设备, 其主要包括 NR F 2 4 L 0 1无线模块、 L D 3 3 2 0语音识别模块、 G SM通信模块. 本设备工作时, 以S TM 8 L 1 5 2单片机作为主控芯片, 通过NR F 2 4 L 0 1无线模块接收信号, 由L D 3 3 2 0 语音识别模块识别求救信号, 由G SM 通信模块实现 G SM 短信求救功能     

上海市农村信息化公众满意度研究

文章在定性研究和数理检验的基础上开发了农村信息化公众满意度测量量表,并建立了农村信息化公众满意度指数模型.最后,依据上海郊区农村信息化调查数据,运用结构方程模型估计技术对测评模型进行了检验和参数求解.研究表明,文章建立的农村信息化公众满意度指数模型拟合度较高;另外,通过样本数据,得到了各潜在因子之间的路径系数以及可测变量的载荷系数,并对各潜在变量之间的相关关系进行了系统分析,文章在最后就研究发现的农村信息化过程不足提出了建议.     

实时测量308nm激光泽薄膜的损伤阈值

用菜射光法，建立了一套实时监视与测量３０８ｎｍ激光对全的帮增透膜的损伤的实验装置。实时观察到了损伤从起始、加深直至饱和的整个过程的波形，用这一装置测量了全反膜和增透膜在３０８ｎｍ激光作用一的损伤阈值，测得是全反膜在０°与４５°入射角时的损伤阈值分别为１．７与１．０Ｊ／ｃｍ＾２。而增秀原阈值为１．３Ｊ／ｃｍ＾２。
