In this work, trisaminomethane–cobalt complex immobilized onto the surface of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles was successfully prepared via a simple and inexpensive procedure. The prepared nanocatalyst was considered a robust and clean nanoreactor catalyst for the oxidation and synthesis of sulfides under green conditions. This ecofriendly heterogeneous catalyst was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, vibrating sample magnetometry, X-ray mapping, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy techniques. Use of green medium, easy separation and workup, excellent reusability of the nanocatalyst, and short reaction time are some outstanding advantages of this method. 相似文献

In the present work, a visible-light-driven Ag/AgBr/ZnFe2O4 photocatalyst has been successfully synthesized via a deposition–precipitation and photoreduction method. The crystal structure, chemical composition, morphology and optical properties of the as-prepared nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscope, UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and photoluminescence. The photocatalytic activities of the Ag/AgBr/ZnFe2O4 nanocomposites were evaluated through the photodegradation of gaseous toluene and methyl orange (MO) under visible light. The results revealed that the as-prepared Ag/AgBr/ZnFe2O4 nanocomposite exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity. The degrading efficiency of MO could still reach 90% after four cycles, and the Ag/AgBr/ZnFe2O4 nanocomposite could be recycled easily by a magnet. Additionally, the enhanced photocatalytic mechanism was discussed according to the trapping experiments, which indicated that the photo-generated holes (h+) and •O2− played important roles in photodegradation process. At last, a possible photocatalytic oxidation pathways of toluene was proposed based on the results of GC–MS. The Ag/AgBr/ZnFe2O4 composites showed potential application for efficient removal of organic pollutant. 相似文献

In this research, Fe3O4/ZnO magnetic core-shell nanoparticles (Fe3O4/ZnO MCNPs) were synthesized through a green method using Petasites hybridus rhizome water extract as a reducing and stabilizing agent. The morphology and size of the Fe3O4/ZnO MCNPs was identified by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analysis. The catalytic activity of the Fe3O4/ZnO MCNPs was evaluated in the efficient and green preparation of pyran derivatives in excellent yield using three-component reactions of dimedone, aldehydes, and malononitrile in ethanol at room temperature. The ability of some synthesized compounds to scavenge the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical was measured and the results proved this observation. Moreover, the antimicrobial activity of some synthesized compounds was proved by employing the disk diffusion test on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The results for the disk diffusion test showed that compounds ( 4c, 4d, 4f and 4g ) prevented bacterial growth. 相似文献

In this work, the g factors, d–d transition band, local distortion, and their concentration dependences for impurity V4+ in 20Li2O–20PbO–45B2O3–(15 − x)P2O5:V2O5 (0 ≤ x ≤ 2.5 mol%) glasses are theoretically investigated by using perturbation formulas of g factors for a tetragonally compressed octahedral 3d1 cluster. In the light of the cubic polynomial concentration functions for cubic field parameter Dq, covalency factor N, and relative tetragonal compression ratio ρ, the calculated concentration dependences of d–d transition band and g factors for V4+ show good agreement with the experimental data. With increasing x, N (≈0.7682–0.8165) displays the monotonously increasing trend, whereas ρ (≈6.5–4.2%) and Dq (≈1504.9–1481.1 cm−1) exhibit the decreasing tendencies. The above concentration dependences can be ascribed to the modifications of the V4+–O2− bonding and orbital admixtures around the impurity V4+ due to the effects of V2O5 doping on the stability of the glass network, the strength of local crystal fields, and the electron cloud distribution. 相似文献

利用等离子增强原子层沉积技术(PEALD)在c面蓝宝石衬底上制备了氧化镓(Ga2O3)薄膜,研究了退火气氛(v(N2)∶v(O2)=1∶1(体积比)、空气和N2)及退火时间对Ga2O3薄膜晶体结构、表面形貌和光学性质的影响。研究结果表明,退火前的氧化镓处于亚稳态,不同退火气氛下退火后晶体结构发生明显改变,而且退火气氛中N2比例增加有利于Ga2O3重结晶。在N2气氛下退火达到30 min,薄膜结构已由亚稳态转变成择优取向的β-Ga2O3。而且表面形貌分析表明,退火30 min后表面形貌开始趋于稳定,表面晶粒密度不再增加。另外实验样品在 400~800 nm的平均透射率几乎是100%,且光吸收边陡峭。采用N2气氛退火,对于富氧环境下沉积的Ga2O3更利于薄膜表面原子迁移,以及择优取向Ga2O3重结晶。 相似文献

A series of Sr2MgSi2O7:Tb3+ nanophosphors is prepared using a high-temperature solid-state reaction. The x-ray diffraction patterns show that the crystal structure of the sample is not significantly affected by Tb3+ ions. However, the images of the scanning electron microscope illustrate that the average size of nanoparticles becomes larger with the increase of Tb3+ concentration. Unlike earlier investigations on down-conversion emission of Tb3+ ion excited by deep ultraviolet light, in this work, the photoluminescence characteristics of Sr2MgSi2O7 nanophosphors doped with different Tb3+ concentrations are analyzed under 374-nm excitations. The intense green emission at 545 nm is observed at an optimal doping concentration of 1.6 mol%. The main reason for the concentration quenching is due to the electric dipole-electric dipole interaction among Tb3+ ions. 相似文献

采用自主设计搭建的雾化辅助化学气相沉积系统设备,开展了Ga2O3薄膜制备及其特性研究工作。通过X射线衍射研究了沉积温度、系统沉积压差对Ga2O3薄膜结晶质量的影响。结果表明,Ga2O3在425~650 ℃温度区间存在物相转换关系。随着沉积温度从425 ℃升高至650 ℃,薄膜结晶分别由非晶态、纯α-Ga2O3结晶状态向α-Ga2O3、β-Ga2O3两相混合结晶状态改变。通过原子力显微镜表征探究了生长温度对Ga2O3薄膜表面形貌的影响,从475 ℃升高至650 ℃时,薄膜表面粗糙度由26.8 nm下降至24.8 nm。同时,高分辨X射线衍射仪测试表明475 ℃、5 Pa压差条件下的α-Ga2O3薄膜样品半峰全宽仅为190.8″,为高度结晶态的单晶α-Ga2O3薄膜材料。 相似文献
