基片温度和退火对DdIn2O4薄膜光学性质和载流子浓度的影响

对射频反应性溅射Cd-In合金靶制备的透明导电CdIn2O4薄膜，研究了基片温度及沉积后在氩气流中退火对薄膜的透射、反射和吸收光谱，光学常数和载流子浓度的影响。结果表明：提高基片温度减少了薄膜的载流子浓度，退火增加了薄膜的载流子浓度。随着基片温度提高，薄膜折射率n和消光系数κ的短波峰将逐渐蓝移，而退火使其出现红移。基片温度和退火对薄膜光学常数的影响与其对薄膜载流子浓度的影响是一致的。在制备CdIn2O4这样一种对于沉积方法和沉积条件极为敏感的透明导电薄膜的沉积过程中，这一现象对于实时监控具有极为重要的意义。     

混沌实验数据处理及仿真

大学物理实验中混沌实验大多采用观察现象的方法进行,本实验采用蔡氏电路(Chua s circuit)产生混沌行为.在观察不同初始值条件下出现的倍周期分岔、阵发混沌、奇异吸引子等相图及现象的基础上,通过对采集数据进行处理,对负电阻伏安特性进行分段线性拟合,用功率频谱法、计算机仿真方法(龙格-库塔数值积分法)对混沌现象进行描绘,将实验数据与非线性方程组的数值解相结合,呈现出混沌现象的本质.     

ICP-AES测定镍基焊料中的磷

通过酸溶解试验、基体共存元素干扰实验等,建立了ICP-AES测定镍基焊料中高含量磷的分析方法.样品加标回收率为100.5%-101.0%,相对标准偏差小于0.80%.该方法简便、快速、准确可靠.     

基于递推最小二乘的红外焦平面非均匀校正算法

根据递推最小二乘和图像配准原理,提出了基于递推最小二乘的红外焦平面非均匀校正算法(简称ILS算法),有效降低算法的时间和空间复杂度,使噪音图像的校正处理能够实时完成.ILS算法具有噪音参量估计准确度高、收敛速度快和计算复杂度低等优点.给出了算法的推导并用仿真数据对算法的有效性进行验证.     

硬X射线磁圆二色实验方法的建立

在北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)1W1B光束线和XAFS实验站上国内首次建立了硬X射线波段的磁圆二色实验(XMCD)方法. 以单晶金刚石作为相位延迟片, 在透射劳埃(Laue)模式下, 利用衍射双折射效应, 将入射的单色线偏振光转变为相应的左旋和右旋圆偏振光, 测量磁化样品对左旋和右旋圆偏振光吸收的差异, 获得了XMCD信号. 本实验使用透射方法测量了Pt-Fe合金Pt L_2,3边的XMCD, 获得了XMCD信号. XMCD实验方法的建立, 为研究磁性材料尤其是磁性薄膜材料的电子结构和磁结构提供了实验基础.     

BaWO_4晶体的拉曼光谱分析

BaWO4晶体是一种很有应用前景的喇曼激光晶体。本文根据对称性分类,用商群理论分析了Ba-WO4晶体的喇曼光谱。一个原胞中含有两个BaWO4分子,理论上有36个振动膜,和我们用群论计算得数目一致。其中有18支拉曼活性光学膜。我们测得了10支拉曼峰,并对测得的各个配置的拉曼峰进行了指认,其中X(ZZ)X配置921cm-1处的喇曼峰强度最强,线宽较窄,对于作为喇曼激光晶体来讲是很有益的。     

Cr4+∶YAG固体激光器效率的理论分析

对Cr4+∶YAG固体激光器的吸收效率、量子效率、储存效率和提取效率等本征效率进行了分析.Cr4+∶YAG晶体的吸收截面、发射截面、上能级寿命和激活离子浓度等对激光器的本征效率有很大的影响.提高Cr4+∶YAG晶体的光学品质和激活离子的掺杂浓度，优化泵浦源的运转波长和激光腔的设计都能显著改善Cr4+∶YAG固体激光器的本征效率.     

Nonlinear Effects for Bose Einstein Condensates in Optical Lattices

Cold atoms and, more recently, Bose-Einstein condensates （BEC＇s） in optical lattices have attracted increasing interest since their first realization. In particular, the formal similarity between the wavefunction of a BEC inside the periodic potential of an optical lattice and of the electrons in a crystal lattice has triggered theoretical and experimental efforts alike. Many phenomena from condensed matter physics, such as Bloch oscillations and Landau-Zener tunneling have been shown to be observable also in optical lattices. An important difference between electrons in a crystal lattice and a BEC inside the periodic potential of an optical lattice is the strength of the self interaction and hence the magnitude of the nonlinearity of the system. Electrons in a metal are almost noninteracting, whereas atoms inside a BEC interact strongly. A＇ perturbation approach is appropriate in the former case while in the latter the full nonlinearity must be taken into account. From this feature new physics is expected. Most experiments to date have been carried out in the regime of shallow lattice depth, for which the system is well described by the mean field Gross-Pitaevskii equation with a periodic potential. Moreover, the nonlinearity induced by the mean-field of the condensate has been shown, both theoretically and experimentally, to give rise to instabilities in certain regions of the Brillouin zone. These instabilities are not present in the corresponding linear system, i.e. the electron system. Experimental and theoretical results on the subject of nonlinear Landau-Zener tunneling and nonlinearity-induced instabilities in a Bose-Einstein condensate interacting with an external periodic potential will be presented.
