| 摘 要： | 通过酸溶解试验、基体共存元素干扰实验等,建立了ICP-AES测定镍基焊料中高含量磷的分析方法.样品加标回收率为100.5%-101.0%,相对标准偏差小于0.80%.该方法简便、快速、准确可靠.

| Abstract: | A method was established for determination of main phosphorus in nickel matrix solder by ICP-AES.The acid dissolving, interference of matrix and coexist elements were studied,the recovery of the sample was in the range of 100.5% to 101.0%,and the RSD is less than 0.80%.The method is accurate, convenient and rapid. |
