α-AlPO_4晶体弹性温度特性的研究

研究了用缓慢升温法生长的α-AlPO_4晶体的弹性温度特性。测量采用传输法,测温范围为-30—150℃;用最小二乘法拟合弹性-温度曲线;用电子计算机处理数据。给出了弹性常数c_(ij)和s_(ij)(i,j=1,2,…,6)的温度特性方程以及T_0=25℃时的一级、二级和三级温度系数。     

用电子自旋共振波谱研究ZnS:Mn结构相变的对数直线法

本文提出用电子自旋共振(ESR)波谱的对数直线法确定ZnS:Mn的结构相变温度,在研究微量掺杂离子影响ZnS微晶结构相变温度的实验分析中取得满意的结果,克服了X射线衍射对Mn²⁺浓度在10^-3—10^-6g/g范围内ZnS相变温度不能区分的困难。     

对一道错题的思考

众所周知,数学命题工作,是一项艰苦细致、严谨周密的工作,难免夹杂着一些值得商榷乃至错误的题目. 本文就一道错题进行分析,以期引起读者注意.题:已知f(sinx)=sin2x,则f(cos105°)=(　　)A.12　　B. -12　　C.32　　D. -32剖析:本题是一道无解的错题,错在满足已知条件f(sinx)=sin2x的函数f(x)根本不存在.事实上,只需取x=π6,使得f12=sinπ3,再取x=56π,又得f12=sin5π3= -32,但32≠-32,于是在映射f的作用下,原象12对应着两个不同的象,这与函数的定义矛盾,可见,满足题意条件的函数f(x)不存在,更谈不上求f(cos105°)的值了.下面探讨满足…     

HEM11模磁绝缘线振荡器的高频分析

作为小型化和紧凑型的高功率微波源,磁绝缘线振荡器(MILO)在过去十几年里得到了广泛的研究和发展.在大多数研究中,最低的对称模一直被当作器件的主模.然而,由于结构的对称性或者电子发射均匀度不理想等原因,很容易激励起非对称模式.计算了MILO同轴结构中同时包含对称模和非对称模的本征方程.在此基础上,通过对结构的优化设计,提出了一种HEM..模工作的MILO,并开展了原理性实验.在二极管的电压为480 kV,电流为39kA条件下得到了功率为1.2 GW,脉冲宽度为加40 ns 的微波输出,功率转换效率约为6.5%,微波频率为1.98 GHz,模式为HEM11模.     

Energy dependence of non-linear dynamical features in e^＋e^- collisions

A study of the d.ynamical fluctuation properties at various c.m.energies in e~ e~- collisions is performed using the Monte Carlo method.The results suggest that,after the normalized factorial moments of 3-dimensional phase space are analyzed using an isotropical phase space partition,the NFM describing non- linear dynamical properties show a power-law scaling,i.e.,the dynamical fluctuations in higher dimensional phase space are isotropic.For c.m.energies s~(1/2)≤80 GeV,the scaling exponentsφ_q increase rapidly with the c.m.energy and for c.m.energies s~(1/2)>80 GeV,theφ_q gradually saturate.

Prototype studies on the forward MWDC tracking array of the external target experiment at HIRFL-CSR

A prototype of the forward tracking array consisting of three multiwire drift chambers (MWDC) for the external target experiment (CEE) at the Heavy Ion Research Facility at the Lanzhou -Cooling Storage Ring (HIRFL-CSR) has been assembled and tested using cosmic rays. The signals from the anode wires are amplified and fed to a Flash-ADC to deliver the drift time and charge integration. The performances of the array prototype are investigated under various high voltages. For the tracking performances, after the space-time relation (STR) calibration and the detector displacement correction, the standard deviation of 223 μm of the residue is obtained. The performances of the forward MWDCs tracking array meets the requirements of CEE in design.
