Synthesis and properties of the new difunctional methacrylate monomer 2‐hydroxy‐3‐methacryloyloxypropoxybenzene are presented. This monomer was applied for the synthesis of porous microspheres. It was copolymerized with trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate in the presence of two pairs of pore‐forming diluents dodecane and toluene, and n‐decanol and toluene. Influence of diluents composition on their porous structures was studied. 为了改善臭氧处理PS单层球与PVA溶液生成的双重乳粒在油相中的分散性,采用了低分子量阴离子型表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)及高分子量混合型表面活性剂十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐(PAVDA)来改性该种PS单层球,测试并分析了不同表面活性剂对相应薄膜亲水接触角及其对PVA吸附速率的影响,同时也考察并对比了静电排斥作用和空间位阻作用对双重乳粒分散性的影响。实验结果表明这三种表面活性剂均能不同程度的改善双重乳粒在油相中的分散性。其中,经SDS和SDBS处理后,双重乳粒在油相中固化时会发生絮凝作用而无法以较高成活率制得大尺寸双层球;经PAVDA处理PS单层球后,实现了以较高的成活率制得700~900μm的PS-PVA双层空心微球。同时,也表明在改善PS单层球的分散性方面,空间位阻稳定作用较静电排斥作用更为有效。 相似文献

采用Adler法合成了5-(4-氨基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉铜配合物(CuAPTPP),通过甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的桥联作用对TiO2微球进行表面修饰,使TDI分子中的两个活性TDI基团分别与TiO2表面的羟基和CuAPTPP的氨基反应,将CuAPTPP敏化剂分子以化学键合的方式固定在TiO2表面,形成光催化微球CuAPTPP-TDI-TiO2.通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM、EA、UV-Vis和DRS等测试手段对CuAPTPP-TDI-TiO2进行结构表征.讨论了桥联分子TDI修饰量对光催化微球性能的影响,确定了TDI与TiO2的最佳摩尔比.以亚甲基蓝(MB)为降解对象,考察了CuAPTPP-TDI-TiO2微球的可见光催化性能.结果表明,桥联分子TDI在CuAPTPP与TiO2微球表面形成了牢固的化学键,复合微球在150 W氙灯辐照下降解10 mg/LMB溶液,120 min降解率可达98.7%,其降解率过程服从一级动力学规律,测得降解速率常数为5.1×10-2 min-1,半衰期为11.3 min.催化微球在回收4次的条件下,对MB的降解率仍保持在90%以上. 相似文献

采用水热合成法和Stber法制备了氨基功能化SiO2包覆的Fe3O4磁性纳米微球Fe3O4@SiO2-NH2,它与巯基乙酸修饰的CdTe量子点通过酰胺缩合反应,将量子点键合到磁性微球上,制备出单分散性的Fe3O4@SiO2@CdTe磁性荧光双功能微球.用透射电子显微镜、X-射线衍射仪、荧光分光光度计、振动样品磁强计表征了该纳米复合微球的结构和性能.结果表明:Fe3O4@SiO2@CdTe磁性荧光复合微球单分散性好,平均粒径为470nm,饱和磁化强度为37.9emu/g,具有良好的超顺磁性和较高的荧光发光效率. 相似文献

Ultrasound-aided electric discharge machining(EDM) is an emerging technology for producing hollow nickel microspheres.This technology combines traditional EDM with the cavitation and vibration effects of ultrasound to produce hollow microspheres.In this paper,ultrasound-aided EDM was carried out in a kerosene medium(the working solution).The effects of various parameters on the sizes of microspheres were investigated using scanning electronic microscopy(SEM).Smileview software was used to measure the sizes of the microspheres.Originpro software was used for statistical analysis to determine the size distributions of the microspheres.To study the effects of the system parameters on the sizes of the microspheres,we first investigated the necessity of using an ultrasonic wave with EDM.After comparing the experimental results with and without the ultrasonic field,we found that ultrasound-induced cavitation and vibration effects reduced the diameters of the microspheres.We then studied the effects of several electrical parameters,including the arc current,pulse width,and gap voltage,on the sizes of the microspheres at an ultrasound frequency of 40 kHz.Smaller microspheres could be obtained by lowering the arc current,pulse width,and gap voltage. 相似文献

Maleated poly(ethylene-octene) (POE-g-MAH), as a compatilizer and toughener, was incorporated in polypropylene/hollow glass microspheres (PP/HGM) binary composites, and the phase structure and thermal and mechanical properties of these composites were investigated. Scanning electron microscopy analysis indicated that the phase structure of ternary composites could be controlled by POE-g-MAH and the surface treatment of HGM. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy revealed that there was an amidation reaction between the treated HGM and POE-g-MAH during melt compounding. Differential scanning calorimetry suggested that the crystallization and melting behaviors of ternary composites were influenced by phase structure. Evaluation of mechanical properties showed that the amide linkage between the treated HGM and POE-g-MAH was favorable for improving the properties of ternary composites. 相似文献

In this study, amino group–modified magnetic polymer microspheres were synthesized in a well‐shaped spherical form with a size range of 0.6 μm to 0.8 μm by mini‐emulsion polymerization. The morphology, composition, and thermal properties of the magnetic polymer microspheres were characterized by infrared (IR) spectra, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) photographs, particle size analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) spectra. The results demonstrate that acrylic acid used for stabilizing the reaction system greatly affects the particle size, magnetite contents, and thermal stability of magnetic polymer microspheres. 相似文献

Uniform rhodamine B (RB)-doped SiO2/TiO2 composite microspheres with catalytic and fluorescent properties were prepared by an easy and economical method in this paper. The composite microspheres were built up with well-dispersed silica particles as the cores, RB as both the doped agent and stabilizer, and the TiO2 shells were obtained through the hydrolysis of TiCl4 in water bath. The morphology and structure of the particles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The characterization results indicate that composite particles are all in spherical shape and have a narrow size distribution. The composite particles calcined above 500 °C reveal clear crystalline reflection peaks of the rutile TiO2 which exhibits well catalytic property. The photocatalytic experiment was carried out in order to examine the catalytic property of composite microspheres. The fluorescent property of particles was also investigated. Dye-leakage test indicates that RB molecules entrapped in the composite particles by this method are stable inside the particles. 相似文献

用超声波分散处理Fe3O4粉末同稳定剂溶液的分散体系,使Fe3O4粉末能稳定地分散成细微粒子,同时增强了Fe3O4细微粒子同单体、引发剂的亲合性。苯乙烯—丙烯醛共聚物为高分子壳层,包裹Fe3O4得到了带醛基的磁性高分子复合微球。微球粒径可控制在50~200μm,微球中Fe3O4含量在0.4~1.5%之间,通过电导滴定法测定微球表面醛基含量在0.04~0.1mmoL·g-1范围内。着重考察了引发剂体系、稳定剂体系、分散介质等对微球粒径、表面醛基含量的影响。 相似文献
