在碱催化剂BZ-1存在下,以N-(2,3-环氧丙基)三甲基氯化铵(GTA)为阳离子化试剂,干法制备了交联高取代度季铵型阳离子淀粉。对制得阳离子淀粉的脱色性能研究结果表明,交联高取代度阳离子淀粉对活性染料具有优异的脱色效果。 相似文献

从含聚乙二醇的钛醇盐溶胶前驱体出发,通过浸渍提拉法在玻璃表面制备了锐钛矿型多孔TiO2薄膜.随着前驱物中聚乙二醇加入量及分子量的增加,聚乙二醇热分解后在薄膜中产生气孔的数量增多,孔径增大,TiO2薄膜表面的羟基含量也增加.TiO2薄膜中引入适当大小的微孔可明显提高薄膜的光催化活性;当孔径接近400nm时,光的散射增强,透光率下降,薄膜的光催化活性降低. 相似文献

Laccase was immobilized on mesostructured cellular foam (MCF), a kind of mesoporous silica with large pore size by adsorption–cross linking method. The effects of immobilization time, temperature, pH, amount of enzyme and content of glutaraldehyde on the immobilization were optimized. The activities and stabilities towards pH and temperature of the immobilized enzyme were studied, and significantly improved enzymatic properties and good operational stability were obtained for the immobilized laccase. Dye decolorization tests showed that the immobilized enzyme could decolorize Alizarin Red and Indigo Blue solution fast and efficiently in the presence of ABTS. 相似文献

Decolorization of distillery effluents, using low cost polymer adsorbents, is one of the challenging areas for environmental technologists. Untreated distillery effluents are harmful to the environment, causing foul smell, spoiling fresh water sources and killing aquatic life. The color of distillery effluents have been decolorized by using polymer based adsorbents, such as poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) and cellulose acetate phthalate (CAP), which are water insoluble, easily available, and cheap. In the present article, special emphasis is given to studies such as the effect of contact time, dosage amount, dilution, and the variation in the amount of sample on the degree of decolorization of the effluent. The decolorization of a distillery effluent was monitored by using UV/Visible spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). From these studies, it was noticed that moderate to fair results were obtained and it was also found that CAP was a better adsorbent, compared to PVC, for decolorization of distillery effluents. 相似文献

Recently, the design and development of nanozyme-based logic gates have received much attention. In this work, by engineering the stability of the nanozyme-catalyzed product, we demonstrated that the chromogenic system of 3, 3′, 5, 5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) can act as a visual output signal for constructing various Boolean logic operations. Specifically, cerium oxide or ferroferric oxide-based nanozymes can catalyze the oxidation of colorless TMB to a blue color product (oxTMB). The blue-colored solution of oxTMB could become colorless by some reductants, including the reduced transition state of glucose oxidase and xanthine oxidase. As a result, by combining biocatalytic reactions, the color change of oxTMB could be controlled logically. In our logic systems, glucose oxidase, β-galactosidase, and xanthine oxidase acted as inputs, and the state of oxTMB solution was used as an output. The logic operation produced a colored solution as the readout signal, which was easily distinguished with the naked eye. More importantly, the study of such a decolorization process allows the transformation of previously designed AND and OR logic gates into NAND and NOR gates. We propose that this work may push forward the design of novel nanozyme-based biological gates and help us further understand complex physiological pathways in living systems. 相似文献

The presence of Sn4+ dopant ions on the surfaces of titania crystallites results in a nearly fourfold increase in the rate constant of a white-light photocatalytic bleaching reaction of methyl orange. Thus, the positive effect of a SnII electronic lone pair, which was theoretically predicted in 2013 by Iwaszuk and Nolan for a SnO-nanocluster modified anatase model, can be experimentally revealed using catalyst powders containing surface-located oxidized Sn4+ species. 相似文献
