“钩吻素子的晶体及分子结构”一文在贵刊(1990,7(4);23～31)发表不久,我们收到了北京中国医学科学院药物研究所梁晓天先生的来信,指出该文所定Koumine分子的绝对构型可能有误。此后在他的帮助下,在药物研究所精确地测定了比旋光度,结果为[α]_D~22=     

氨基苯磺酸和氨基萘磺酸在反相离子对色谱和离子色谱中分离行为的比较

 本文考察了氨基苯磺酸和氨基萘磺酸染料中间体在反相离子对色谱和离子色谱中的分离行为，结果表明一些异构体在反相色谱中的保留顺序与离子色谱中的顺序发生颠倒。静电作用力在离子色谱中对保留值的贡献比在反相离子对色谱中对保留值的贡献要大，而疏水作用力在反相离子对色谱中对保留值的贡献却较在离子色谱中对保留值的贡献要大。离子对色谱更有利于有机离子的分离分析。

本文给出了气相色谱柱温智能最佳化的程序设计原理及其应用实例, 用烃/卤代烃混合样作为实际样品进行验证, 预测值与实验值能很好吻合。     

专家系统柱推荐软件之一——判断用气相色谱分析是否满足必要条件的软件

 ]本文报道了色谱专家系统中判断样品是否满足气相色谱(GC)分析必要条件的软件，依据是：能以合适k'(0.2k'20)流出且在柱温孪下稳定的样品可采用GC法分析。而k'值通过结构和保留值间的关系式来计算。作者使用框架结构的知识表达法，用SchcmeLisp语言，在IBMPC机上实现了这一专家判断功能。采用本文列出的知识库和源程序，可对含C、H、Q、N、Cl、Br、I、P、S、Si等元素的化合物能否采用气相色谱进行判断。     

立规聚甲基丙烯酸热表征研究

本文对不同立构的聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA)进行了热表征。实验结果表明,在30℃～200℃内未出现玻璃化转变。间同PMAA分别在-245℃和-280℃发生脱水反应和脱羧,而全同PMAA只在-185℃观察到脱水反应。这种热稳定性的明显差别与不同立构PMAA链上相邻羧酸距离有关。实验数据证实PMAA脱水反应为无规反应,服从一级动力学反应方程。脱水温度和间同立构含量成正比,脱水反应活化能间同PMAA比全同PMAA高～7Kcal/mol。     

0.6~T人体核磁共振成象及其图象的彩色化处理

在0.6~τ超导磁体人体核磁共振成象设备上获得了横断、矢状、冠状各种断层的成象。采用了直接两维傅里叶变换成象方法,应用了自旋回波脉冲序列。由于人体心脏跳动和呼吸运动会造成图象模糊而使用心电延迟触发及呼吸门控方法。作者用一种相位调制光密度分割的方法将原始黑白灰度表示的核磁共振成象进行彩色化处理。提高了原图象低密度梯度区的清晰度,为进行医学图象诊断及判读解译提供了方便度。山了光学系统图,解释了光学信息处理方法。由所处理的人体核磁共振成象图片可以看出,在低密度梯给区更易辨认。参考文献10种。     

线性非理想条件下液相色谱柱末端峰形规律

 色谱流出曲线的二阶中心矩μ２和三阶中心矩μ３以及描述峰形非对称程度的偏态系数∑ｋ＝μ３／μ１．５２是反映色谱峰形的重要参数。从液相色谱过程动力学方程出发，运用电子计算机证明了在线性非理想条件下高效液相色谱体系中不同保留值组分在柱末端峰形的分布基本一致的结论。
