In this work, we report a detailed theoretical investigation of the phase transition of ammonia borane (NH3BH3; AB), from a tetragonal I4mm ( ) phase with disordered orientation of hydrogen to an orthorhombic phase with Pmn21 ( ) symmetry, as a function of temperature based on Density Functional Theory calculations with semiempirical dispersion potential correction. We define a series of substructures with the NH3BH3 moiety always in C3v symmetry and the partially occupied high temperature state can be described as a continuous transformation between these substructures. To understand the role of the van der Waals corrections to the physical properties, we use the empirical Grimme's dispersion potential correction (PBE‐D2). Both Perdew–Burke–Emzerhof (PBE) and PBE‐D2 functional yield almost the same energy sequence along the transition path. However, PBE‐D2 functional shows obvious advantage in describing the lattice parameters of AB. The rigid rotor harmonic oscillator approximation is used to compute the free energy and the entropies contribution along the transition pathway. With knowledge of free energy surfaces along rotations of the ? [NH3] and ? [BH3] groups, complete transformation paths are mapped out. The phase transition is found to follow the sequence of partially occupied tetragonal system (I4mm) of a mixture of states with monoclinic (Cc), (CM) and orthorhombic (Pmn21) symmetries to fully occupied quasitetragonal system (the intermediate phase, Pmn21) to fully occupied orthorhombic system (Pmn21). © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Currently, the combination of photothermal therapy (PTT) and photodynamic therapy (PDT) has emerged as a powerful technique for cancer treatment. However, most examples of combined PTT and PDT reported use multi-component nanocomposites under excitation of separate wavelength, resulting in complex treatment process. In this work, a novel theranostic nanoplatform (SiNcOH-DSPE-PEG(NH2) NPs) has been successfully developed by coating silicon 2,3-naphthalocyanine dihydroxide (SiNcOH) with DSPE-PEG and DSPE-PEG-NH2 for photoacoustic (PA) imaging-guided PTT and PDT tumor ablation for the first time. The as-prepared single-agent SiNcOH-DSPE-PEG(NH2) NPs not only have good water solubility and biocompatibility, but also exhibit high photothermal conversion efficiency and singlet oxygen generation capability upon 808 nm NIR laser irradiation. In addition, owing to their high absorption at NIR region, the SiNcOH-DSPE-PEG(NH2) NPs can also be employed as an effective diagnostic nanoagent for photoacoustic (PA) imaging. In vitro and in vivo experimental results clearly indicated that the simultaneously combined PTT and PDT under the guidance of PA imaging with single NIR laser excitation can effectively kill cancer cells or eradicate tumor tissues. Taking facile synthesis and high efficiency in cancer treatment by SiNcOH-DSPE-PEG(NH2) NPs into consideration, our study provides a promising strategy to realize molecular imaging-guided combination therapy.  相似文献

Lead acetate, which is highly soluble in dimethylformamide, was used to synthesize mixed halide perovskite CH3NH3PbBr3-xClx (MA = CH3NH3, 0 ≤ x ≤ 3) nanocrystals (NCs). This method provides an approach to address the low solubility of lead halides, especially lead chloride. Different Br/Cl ratios in MAPbBr3-xClx lead to various optical properties. The photoluminescence emission peak can be tuned from 399 to 527 nm. Their full-widths at half-maxima (FWHM) are about 20 nm. MAPbBr3-xClx NCs have an average diameter of ~(11 ± 3) nm and have uniform dispersion in toluene. The MAPbBr3 NCs have a long average recombination lifetime (τave = 97.4 ns) and a photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of up to 73%.  相似文献

本文利用偏振拉曼光谱和第一性原理, 对磷酸二氢铵(NH4H2PO4, ADP)和不同氘含量磷酸二氢铵DADP晶体的晶格振动模式进行了研究. 实验测得了不同几何配置、200–4000 cm-1范围的偏振拉曼光谱, 分析在不同氘含量条件下921 cm-1和3000 cm-1附近拉曼峰的变化. 在ADP晶体中, 基于基本结构单元NH4+ 和H2PO4-基团的振动模, 用第一性原理进行了数值模拟, 进一步明确拉曼峰与晶体中原子振动的对应关系; 通过洛伦兹拟合不同氘含量DADP晶体的拉曼光谱中2000–2600 cm-1处各峰的变化讨论了DADP 晶体的氘化过程, 结果表明氘化顺序是先NH4+ 基团后H2PO4-基团, 研究结果为今后此类材料的生长和性能优化奠定了基础.  相似文献

The adsorption and dissociation of NH(3) on the clean and hydroxylated TiO(2) rutile (110) surfaces have been investigated by the first-principles calculations. The monodentate adsorbates such as H(3)N-Ti(a), H(2)N-Ti(a), N-Ti(a), H(2)N-O(a), HN-O(a), N-O(a) and H-O(a), as well as the bidentate adsorbate, Ti-N-Ti(a) can be formed on the clean surface. It is found that the hydroxyl group enhances the adsorption of certain adsorbates on the five-fold-coordinated Ti atoms (5c-Ti), namely H(2)N-Ti(a), HN-Ti(a), N-Ti(a) and Ti-N-Ti(a). In addition, the adsorption energy increases as the number of hydroxyl groups increases. On the contrary, the opposite effect is found for those on the two-fold-coordinated O atoms (2c-O). The enhanced adsorption of NH(x) (x = 1-2) on the 5c-Ti is due to the large electronegativity of the OH group, increasing the acidity of the Ti center. This also contributes to diminish the adsorption of NH(x) (x = 1-2) on the two-fold-coordinated O atoms (2c-O) decreasing its basicity. According to potential energy profile, the NH(3) dissociation on the TiO(2) surface is endothermic and the hydroxyl group is found to lower the energetics of H(2)N-Ti(a)+H-O(a) and HN-Ti(a)+2{H-O(a)}, but slightly raise the energetic of Ti-N-Ti(a)+3{H-O(a)} compare to those on the clean surface. However, the dissociation of NH(3) is found to occur on the hydroxylated surface with an overall endothermic by 31.8 kcal/mol and requires a barrier of 37.5 kcal/mol. A comparison of NH(3) on anatase surface has been discussed. The detailed electronic analysis is also carried out to gain insights into the interaction nature between adsorbate and surface.  相似文献

基于电感耦合等离子体串联质谱(ICP-MS/MS)建立了准确测定丙二醇甲醚中超痕量金属杂质元素的分析方法,提出了利用混合反应气消除质谱干扰的新策略。丙二醇甲醚经超纯水稀释后直接采用ICP-MS/MS测定其中具有挑战性的超痕量金属元素Mg,Al,K,Ti,V,Cr,Fe,Ni,Cu和Zn,在MS/MS模式下,选择混合气NH3/He/H2为反应气,Ti+,Cr+,Fe+,Ni+,Cu+,Zn+与NH3发生质量转移反应,在形成的团簇离子中,Ti(NH3)+6,Cr(NH3)+2,Fe(NH3)+2,Ni(NH3)+3,Cu(NH3)+2和Zn(NH3)+丰度高且无干扰,利用NH3质量转移法将Ti+,Cr+,Fe+,Ni+,Cu+和Zn+转移为相应的团簇离子进行测定;H2能与加合物-NH和-NH2反应生成-NH3,增大碰撞/反应池(CRC)内-NH3的浓度,有利于提高Ti,Cr,Fe,Ni,Cu和Zn的分析灵敏度。Mg+,Al+,K+和V+几乎不能与NH3反应,而干扰离子能与NH3反应形成团簇离子,可以利用NH3原位质量法进行Mg,Al,K,V的测定;H2能快速与Ar基干扰离子发生反应,而与其他离子的反应速度很慢,反应气中加入H2能迅速彻底消除Ar基干扰离子所形成的质谱干扰,有利于Mg,Al,K和V的测定。优选Sc+与NH3反应生成的团簇离子Sc(NH3)+5为Ti(NH3)+6,Cr(NH3)+2,Fe(NH3)+2,Ni(NH3)+3,Cu(NH3)+2和Zn(NH3)+的内标离子,Be+与NH3反应生成的团簇离子Be(NH3)+4为Mg+,Al+,K+和V+内标离子,校正了样品溶液,标准溶液和空白溶液之间由于物理化学性质差异产生的基体效应,确保了分析信号的稳定。将所建立的方法应用实际样品的加标回收实验,并采用双聚焦扇形磁场电感耦合等离子体质谱(SF-ICP-MS)进行对比分析,评价分析方法的准确性。结果表明,各元素的检出限为0.52~61.5 ng·L-1,加标回收率为95.6%~104.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤4.5%;在95%的置信度水平,所有元素的分析结果与SF-ICP-MS的测定结果无显著性差异,验证了分析方法的准确性好,精密度高。将方法应用于丙二醇甲醚中超痕量金属杂质元素的测定,具有分析速度快,无干扰,灵敏度高的优势。  相似文献

A synthesized cyclometalated palladium-azo complex was explored as a multifunctional probe for visual detection of SO2, H2S and NH3 in water. In acidic aqueous environment, the sensing solution underwent a sharp color change from poor violet to deep blue when titrated with Na2SO3 standard solution. But the color changed from poor violet to bright yellow when titrated with Na2S standard solution. In basic environment, the sensing solution rapidly changed to magenta when titrated by NH4Cl-NH3 standard buffer solution at high concentration. However, the color of sensing solution changed to blue when titrated by NH4Cl-NH3 standard buffer solution at low concentration although the pH was kept constant during the titration. Different species of these hazardous gases at environmentally relevant concentration levels were differentiated by independent optical signal outputs, and the interference from other inorganic ions commonly existing in water was very small.  相似文献

运用浸渍法制备了七种过渡金属氧化物催化剂 .对于NH3 分解反应均可获得很高的NH3 转化率 ;对于NH3 分解Claus反应则可以获得较高的SO2 转化率和单质硫选择性 .通过比较发现Co3 O4 TiO2 和Fe2 O3 TiO2 催化剂的低温活性比较高 .经过XRD表征发现 ,在NH3 分解Claus反应中 ,催化剂的活性相可能是过渡金属硫化物 .结合活性评价和XRD表征结果提出了NH3 分解Claus反应的机理 .  相似文献
