Exponentially modified Gaussian relevance to the distributions of translocation events in nanopore-based single molecule detection

Nanopore technique plays an important role in single molecule detection, which illuminates the properties of an individual molecule by analyzing the blockage durations and currents. However, the traditional exponential function is lack of efficiency to describe the distributions of blockage durations in nanopore experiments. Herein, we introduced an exponentially modified Gaussian （EMG） function to fit the duration histograms of both simulated events and experimental events. In comparison with the traditional exponential function, our results demonstrated that the EMG provides a better fit while covers the entire range of the distributions. In particular, the fitted parameters of EMG could be directly used to discriminate the sequence length of the oligonucleotides at single molecule level.     

L^2-ERROR OF EXTRAPOLATION CASCADIC MULTIGRID （EXCMG）

Based on an asymptotic expansion of finite element, an extrapolation cascadic multigrid method （EXCMG） is proposed, in which the new extrapolation and quadratic interpolation are used to provide a better initial value on refined grid. In the case of multiple grids, both superconvergence error in H^1-norm and the optimal error in l2-norm are analyzed. The numerical experiment shows the advantage of EXCMG in comparison with CMG.     

插值细分曲线有理参数点的精确求值

本文提出了求值插值细分曲线上任意有理参数的算法.通过构造与细分格式相关的矩阵,m进制分解给定有理数以及特征分解循环节对应算子乘积,计算得到控制顶点权值,实现对称型静态均匀插值细分曲线的求值.本文给出了四点细分和四点Ternary细分曲线的求值实例.算法可以推广到求值其他非多项式细分格式中.     

凸四边形上一类具有C~2-连续的插值问题的样条解及其应用

本文讨论了一类凸四边形上的插值问题.指出这类插值问题是可解的,其解是分片二元三次多项式,且在凸四边形上是C~2-连续的.我们证明了这类插值问题的解的存在性和唯一性,给出了解样条的分片表达式及其逼近度的估计.最后还给出了一个应用实例和图形显示来说明本方法是可行的.     

各向异性网格下Bogner-Fox-Schmit元的超收敛

1引言 有限元超收敛的研究已有三十多年的历史,至今为止已取得了丰富的成果,可见[3],[18],[10],[6],[5]以及[17].1981年,陈传淼(见[2]345-372页)考虑了四阶板问题有限元解的超收敛性,得到了高一阶的超收敛结果.1995年,林群和罗平[8]用积分恒等式技巧再次研究这个问题,在均匀矩形网格的条件下,得到了更好的结论,有限元解与有限元插值函数之间的误差在H2范数下,有高二阶的超收敛.     

再生核H10[a,b]空间中线性泛函的最佳逼近

利用再生核H10空间中的样条插值算子给出了H10空间中线性泛函的最佳逼近,为讨论微分方程边值问题的数值解提供了新方法.数值算例表明了该方法的有效性.     

分数布朗运动参数估计

为了估计分形布朗运动参数,作者进一步修改了Wornell算法.克服了Wornell算法要求样本数量大的缺陷.在仿真中,和lance等人修改的Wornell算法相比较,算法达到了更高的精度,并以均方根误差和标准差为指标说明了本文方法的优越性.     

拟贯穿剖分上的二元样条Lagrange插值

分片代数曲线足经典代数曲线的推广.利用沿分片代数曲线插值以及分片代数曲线的Nother型定理,给出了一类构造拟贯穿剖分上的二元样条Lagrange插值适定结点组的一种方法,并给出具体算法与实例.     

在等距节点处的反周期函数的（0，m1，m2，…，mp）三角插值

研究了以π为周期的反周期函数的Birkhoff三角插值,解决了在等距节点处的反周期函数的（0,m1,m2,…,mp）三角插值问题,得到了解存在的条件．     

Cubature Formula and Interpolation on the Cubic Domain

Several cubature formulas on the cubic domains are derived using the dis-crete Fourier analysis associated with lattice tiling, as developed in [10]. The main results consist of a new derivation of the Gaussian type cubature for the product Cheby-shev weight functions and associated interpolation polynomials on [-1,1]2, as well as new results on [-1,1]3. In particular, compact formulas for the fundamental interpo-lation polynomials are derived, based on n3/4 + (n2) nodes of a cubature formula on [-1,1]3.
