We herein report a new lanthanide metal-organic framework (MOF) that exhibits excellent chemical stability, especially in the aqueous solution over a wide pH range from 1 to 14. In contrast to many reported lanthanide MOFs, this Tb-based MOF emits cyan fluorescence inherited from the integrated AIE-active ligand, rather than Ln3+ ions. More remarkably, its fluorescence signal features a highly selective and sensitive “turn-off” response toward CrO42−, Cr2O72− and Fe3+ ions, highlighted with the low detection limits down to 68.18, 69.85 and 138.8 ppm, respectively. Thus, the exceptional structural stability and sensing performance render this material able to be a superior luminescent sensor for heavy metal ions in wastewater.  相似文献

Ti3C2TX MXene was synthesized by exfoliating pristine Ti3AlC2 phase with hydrofluoric acid. The simple methods of mechanical mixing and drop-casting of Ti3C2TX and MWCNTs were carried out to prepare sensing electrode of Ti3C2TX/MWCNTs/GCE. The composite and topography, especially the surface functional groups of Ti3C2TX/MWCNTs were analyzed by XRD, SEM, FTIR, XPS, and Raman spectrum. The results turned out that Ti3C2TX was characteristic by accordion-like 2D nanostructure with the surfaces terminated with −OH, −F, and =O. When combining with acid pretreated, the interaction between the functional groups of Ti3C2TX and MWCNTs facilitated the convenience and reproducibility of the robust modified electrodes and could make Ti3C2TX/MWCNTs/GCE possess good synergistic catalytic acceleration by increasing the electron transfer efficiency as well as adsorption and aggregation of MOP analyte onto the electrode surface. Versatile electrochemical measurements of CV, DPV and EIS were used to investigate the electrochemical performance of Ti3C2TX/MWCNTs/GCE sensing platform. The linear detection range is 0.01–100 μM with the limit of detection of 0.0092 μM (S/N=3). The sensor has good stability, repeatability, reproducibility and anti-interference. In the detection of serum and urine samples, it has a good recovery rate.  相似文献

等离子体金属(金、银)纳米结构因其特有的理化性能,被广泛应用于表面增强拉曼散射(Surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)传感及可穿戴应力传感领域。其中,SERS是一种应用贵金属纳米材料增强拉曼散射信号的检测技术,该技术灵敏度高、特异性强,已被广泛用于生物医学、环境监测、食品药品检测等领域。随着电子检测技术和柔性电子材料的快速发展,柔性可穿戴传感技术也得到了快速发展,且取得了大量的研究成果。SERS检测技术主要依赖于贵金属纳米增强基底材料,而基于贵金属纳米结构的可穿戴传感元件对人体微应力、微应变的传感具有极高的灵敏度。SERS增强基底材料与可穿戴应力传感元件材料具有互通互用性,将贵金属纳米SERS基底应用于柔性可穿戴式检测,这是SERS检测技术比较新颖的、尚未深入研究的应用领域之一。该文综述了贵金属溶胶纳米结构的材料组成分类以及该类材料在SERS和可穿戴应力传感中的应用,并分析了胶体贵金属纳米结构组成及成分对SERS传感、可穿戴应力传感灵敏度、可重复性及稳定性的影响,最后展望了贵金属胶体纳米结构在SERS传感和柔性可穿戴应用中的发展趋势。  相似文献

通过溶剂热方法合成了一个由氢键拓展的携带路易斯碱位的三维超分子配位聚合物:{[Cd(HTZ-IP)(HPYTZ)(H2O)2]·5H2O}n(HTZ-H2IP=5-(5-四氮唑基)间苯二甲酸;HPYTZ=3,5-(4-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三唑]。X射线单晶衍射结果表明,中心镉离子由含氮杂环羧酸配体和富氮辅助配体连接成"有悬挂手臂"的一维链,而链间则凭借配位水和2个配体的氢键作用拓展成三维超分子化合物。有趣的是配合物存在大量裸露的未配位的N原子,此N原子具有路易斯碱性质,能与路易斯酸性质的Ag+有效结合,从而引起配合物的荧光猝灭。该性质能在无色溶液中有效检测10-4~10-6 mol·L-1范围内的痕量Ag+离子。  相似文献

锌广泛存在于人体内,具有重要生理功能。因此,对游离锌离子的选择性识别和有效检测具有重要意义。荧光探针因其设计简单、易于操作、灵敏度高、可细胞成像等诸多优点而广泛应用于锌离子的识别研究。锌离子荧光探针常见的识别机理包括光致电子转移、分子内电荷转移、荧光共振能量转移、聚集诱导荧光增强、螯合荧光增强等。其中,基于螯合荧光增强机理的锌离子探针,其荧光团通常可同时作为识别基团,因此,相比于其它探针,具有设计较为简单、合成较为便捷的优点。本文综述了近年来文献中报道的基于以上各种识别机理的锌离子荧光探针,并着重介绍了螯合荧光增强机理在锌离子识别中的应用。  相似文献

Coumarin-based urea and urea–amide scaffolds 13 have been designed and synthesized for the selective and naked eye detection of cyanide ion. Of the three, compound 3 exhibits ratiometric fluorescence change selectively in the presence of CN? and validates the rationality in designing anion receptor. Upon interaction with CN?, the color of the solution of 3 in CH3CN under UV exposure becomes bright yellow, which is beneficial for its naked eye detection. Addition of CN? of ~10?4 M brings nice color change from colourless to yellow in ordinary light. The sensing event is supposed to be due to nucleophilic addition of CN? to the coumarin unit enabling intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) mechanism.  相似文献

Reactions between 5‐ferrocenylisophthalic dichloride and 1,2‐bis(o‐aminophenoxy)ethane yield 1:1‐ and 2:2‐cyclization products with amide linkages, which are marked as L1 and L2 , respectively. The crystal structure of the 2:2‐macrocycle L2 is determined by X‐ray single crystal structure analysis. Interestingly, L2 affords a folded conformation due to the intermolecular π–π interaction between two isophthaloyl groups, so as to stabilize the marcocylic conformation. The electrochemical anion sensing studies of L1 and L2 show that they have a good ability to recognize H2PO4, and the 2:2‐cyclization products ( L2 ) with two ferrocene groups, more anion binding sites, and larger cavities, give better electrochemical anion recognition results than L1 .  相似文献

Many of the applications of compressed sensing have been based on variable density sampling, where certain sections of the sampling coefficients are sampled more densely. Furthermore, it has been observed that these sampling schemes are dependent not only on sparsity but also on the sparsity structure of the underlying signal. This paper extends the result of Adcock, Hansen, Poon and Roman (arXiv:1302.0561, 2013) [2] to the case where the sparsifying system forms a tight frame. By dividing the sampling coefficients into levels, our main result will describe how the amount of subsampling in each level is determined by the local coherences between the sampling and sparsifying operators and the localized level sparsities – the sparsity in each level under the sparsifying operator.  相似文献

The chemical composition of three Citrus limon oils: lemon essential oil (LEO), lemon terpenes (LT) and lemon essence (LE), and their influence in the virulence factors production and motility (swarming and swimming) of two Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains (ATCC 27853 and a multidrug-resistant HT5) were investigated. The main compound, limonene, was also tested in biological assays. Eighty-four compounds, accounting for a relative peak area of 99.23%, 98.58% and 99.64%, were identified by GC/MS. Limonene (59–60%), γ-terpinene (10–11%) and β-pinene (7–15%) were the main compounds. All lemon oils inhibited specific biofilm production and bacterial metabolic activities into biofilm in a dose-dependent manner (20–65%, in the range of 0.1–4 mg mL−1) of both strains. Besides, all samples inhibited about 50% of the elastase activity at 0.1 mg mL−1. Pyocyanin biosynthesis decreases until 64% (0.1–4 mg mL−1) for both strains. Swarming motility of P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853 was completely inhibited by 2 mg mL−1 of lemon oils. Furthermore, a decrease (29–55%, 0.1–4 mg mL−1) in the synthesis of Quorum sensing (QS) signals was observed. The oils showed higher biological activities than limonene. Hence, their ability to control the biofilm of P. aeruginosa and reduce the production of virulence factors regulated by QS makes lemon oils good candidates to be applied as preservatives in the food processing industry.  相似文献
