有机分子与聚电解质静电吸附成膜特性研究

选取多种有机分子及聚电解质，采用静电吸附自组装法制备了聚电解质，聚电解质、聚电解质，有机分子、有机分子，有机分子的复合薄膜，讨论了这些体系的静电吸附成膜特性及其成膜机理．     

The Unusual Spectrum of the Mixture of Tin-octabutoxy Naphthalocyanine and SnCl2 in CH2Cl2

The Q-band position of tin-centered 5, 9, 14, 18, 23, 27, 32, 36-octabutoxy 2, 3-phthalocyanine(SnNc(OBu)8) exhibits dramatic red-shift as mixed with SnCl2 in CH2Cl2.     

α-(2-苯并噻唑氧基)烃基膦酸酯的合成性质和生物活性

为探索α-芳(杂 环)磷酸衍生物的生物活性,寻求含磷农药的新母体,合成了十六个未见文献报道的α-(苯并噻唑-2-氧代)烃基膦酸衍生物,所有化合物的结构均IR,HNMR, 元素分析等确证,并对生物活性进行了初步的研究.     

Synthesis of Thiourea Derivatives on Soluble Polymeric Support

A modified poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) has been developed as the soluble polymeric supports for liquid phase synthesis of novel thiourea derivatives.In each step of the sequence,the PEG-bound products were precipitated in cold Et2O and the unreacted materials and by-products were removed by simple filtration.The progress of reaction,purity of the isolation and the structure of the PEG-bound products were easily monitored by TLC,IR and ^1H NMR spectra.Representative thiourea derivatives were obtained in moderate yields with excellent purity from this modified PEG-bound product by the cleavage with 50% TFA/H2O.     

四元缔合物体系薄层树脂相分离与光度法联用测定痕量钴

提出了在酸性条件下 (pH=5.0),利用阳离子交换树脂-丁二酮肟-碘-钴四元体系,通过薄层树脂相光度法测定钴的新方法。本法灵敏度高 (e454=1.7105L/molcm),比水相光度法提高14倍,精密度理想 (测定2.0礸/ml Co(II) 6次,RSD=1.3%),选择性好。实测药品VB12及天然水中钴,线性范围0.024~2.0礸/ml (定容50ml),检出限10.4ng/ml。     

Synthesis of a Photolabeling Probe for the Study of Antiviral Mechanism of Ribavirin

Ribavirin has been used in urgency to treat SARS patients recently. In order to study its antiviral mechanism by photolabeling approach, we have synthesized and characterized 5-azido-1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxiamide 1 as a photolabeling probe of ribavirin. The azidotriazole nucleoside showed rapid and clean photochemical reaction, suggesting that 1 is a promising probe to study the antiviral mechanism ofribarivin by photolabeling.     

含R_2dtc配体Mo-Cu化合物的动态~(95)Mo NMR

本实验利用动态~(95)Mo NMR监测Mo-Cu系列化合物的形成过程,对反应CuCl+NaR_2dtc+MoO_nS,摩尔比3:3:1,溶剂为DMF;R=Et,n=0(Ⅰ);R=Me,n=0(Ⅱ);R=Et,n=2(Ⅲ)进行了研究,观察到具有不同簇骼的多种中间产物的存在及随反应进程相互转化等现象。     

Design,synthesis and biological activity of novel herbicides targeted ALS(Ⅻ)--Quantitative structure-activity relationships of herbicidal l,2,4-triazolo[l,5-a]pyrimidine-2-sulfonanilides

The herbicidal activities of a series of 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2-sulfonanilides containing various substituents on the benzene ring were quantitatively analyzed with physicochemi-cal parameters by using Hansch-Fujita method.Variations in the activity were parabolically related to electronic parameters with the optimum pKavalue being about 6.93.The hydrophobic factor in addition to the electronic property seemed to have important effect on the activity.     

几种有机溶剂中15冠5及苯并15冠5与Mg~(2+)配合的NMR研究

本文用一维及二维NMR方法研究了溶剂对15冠5(15C5)和苯并15冠5(B15C5)与Mg~(2+)配合的影响。结果表明,在丙酮,乙腈,硝基甲烷,四氢呋喃以及氯仿中,冠醚与Mg~(2+)形成稳定的1:1配合物,且配合态与自由态冠醚间的化学交换在NMR标尺上为慢交换过程;而在二甲亚砜,二甲基甲酰胺,二甲基乙酰胺和吡啶中,由于溶剂对Mg~(2+)的竞争作用而使冠醚未能与Mg~(2+)有效配合。     

USING MEASURING METHOD TO FIND AREA OF ENCLOSED PLANE REGION AND VOLUME OF ENCLOSED SPACE REGION

Two simple methods to calculate the area and volume called improved square gridmethod and cube cutting method are proposed in this paper. For any plane curve orspace surface satisfying certain conditions, by our method, the error of measurement isof the second infinitive order of measuring unit (the side length of the square grid or theside length of the little cube) when the unit is small enough. And when some properties ofthe curve or the surface can be found or its varying bounds can be evaluated, it is pointedout, in order to make the error smaller than any given value, how small the length of themeasuring unit should be.
