新型含胆酸功能基生物降解性水凝胶的合成与表征   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
合成了N-胆酰胺己基-甲基丙烯酰胺(CAHA)单体,将其与聚乳酸-聚乙二醇-聚乳酸双丙烯酸酯(APLEG)共聚制成了一种新型含胆酸功能基生物降解性水凝胶(CAHY).用红外(FT-IR)、核磁(H1NMR)、质谱(MS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)和示差热分析(DSC)研究了其结构与性能.结果表明:随着共聚物中胆酸单体(CAHA)比例的增大,干态CAHY水凝胶熔融温度及熔融焓变增大,热失重逐渐减小(300℃时总的热失重小于6%),而其孔状网络结构致密性增大,孔径变小(290μm~8μm).制得的CAHY水凝胶吸水溶胀率可达1300%~1700%.  相似文献

本文研究了聚乙烯醇包埋龟裂链霉菌菌丝体的包埋条件及包埋后对水中Pb2 的吸附作用。结果表明,包埋比例为3/1(W/W),聚乙烯醇浓度为10%,海藻酸钠浓度0.2%,在含2?Cl2饱和硼酸溶液中固化24h是包埋反应的最佳条件。包埋后的饱和吸附量可达73.0mg/g,比未包埋龟裂链霉菌下降 47.1% 。pH值对吸附量的影响较包埋前下降。升高温度有利于吸附。  相似文献

Using methanol-water mixtures as the mobile phase,the chro-matographic retention parameters k' and Rf were determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)and reversed-phase high-performance thin-layer chromatography(RP-HPTLC)for N-(benzothiazol-2-yl)-o) amino alkyl phosphonic diesters and the correlation with lipophilicity parameter(ClogP)was established.Logkw values obtained from RP-HPLC and R values obtained from RP-HPTLC can be used to evaluate the lipophilicity of this kind of compounds.Chromatographic method is a good alternative for lipophilicity measurement.  相似文献

In search of novel herbicides with high activity, a series of 2-arylthio-1,2,4- triazolo [1, 5-a ] pyrimidines (3) were synthesized by cyclization of 5-amino-3-arylthio-1,2,4-triazoles with 1,3-diketones or by the nucleophilic substitution of substituted thiophenols with 2-methylsulfonyl-1, 2, 4-triazolo [ 1, 5-a]-pyrimidine. The structures of all compounds prepared were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS spectroscopy along with elemental analyses. Preliminary bioassays indicated that some of the compounds 3 had good herbicidal activity against rape. In addition, the regioselectivity in the reaction of 5-amino-3-sub-stituted arylthio-1,2,4-triazoles with benzoylacetone was studied.  相似文献

In this paper, the conception of melt-intercalation was introduced into the natural polymer field, and the thermoplastic starch/ethanolamine-activated montmorillonite (TPS/EMMT)nanocomposites were prepared by extruding the composites of EMMT and TPS, plasticized with ethanolamine/formamide. Wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) revealed that TPS was intercalated into the layers of EMMT successfully and formed the intercalation nanocomposites with EMMT. When EMMT content was wt.10%, the mechanical testing indicated that the tensile stress of the nanocomposites reached 9.69 MPa, and the tensile strain reached 74.07%, Youngs modulus increased from the 47.23 MPa of TPS to 184.11 MPa of TPS/EMMT nanocomposites, and breaking energy increased from 1.34 N.m to 2.15 N.m after they had been stored at RH25% for 14 days.  相似文献

本文用美国Jarrell-Ash 9000型多道光量计,采用无基体匹配法对富稀土元素合金中镧、铈、镨、钕、钐进行了测定分析。对稀土元素较复杂的光谱干扰运用元素间干扰系数和自身干扰系数校正法进行校正。对其非光谱干扰采取加入内参比进行补偿。通过人工合成样分析和实际富稀土元素合金样品加标准回收实验,表明干扰系数内参比法是一种有前途的无基体匹配的定量分析法。  相似文献
