高分子钯络合物催化的亚胺化合物的加氢反应

制备了一系列以二氧化硅为载体的侧链上含有各种氮配位基团的聚硅氧烷-钯络合物,这些高分子钯络合物能够在常温常压下催化亚胺化合物的加氢反应并表现出不同程度的催化活性.对其中聚-(N,N-二乙酰基)-γ-氨丙基硅氧烷-钯络合物催化的亚苄基苯胺的加氢反应做了比较深入的研究,发现该催化剂在反应中是稳定的并给出唯一的加氢产物,络合物中的N/Pd原子比、反应温度以及不同底物对反应速度的影响也被报道.     

黄烷类衍生物的合成及其生物活性研究

An efficient and feasible synthetic approach was developed for the synthesis of an array of new flavane derivafives from the substituted benzaldehyde with the reduction of chalcones and subsequent cyclization as the key steps. The purity and structure of the products were confirmed by the elemental analysis and a combination of its IR, ^1H and ^13C NMR, and mass spectra. These synthetic compounds were tested for xanthine oxidase （XO） inhibitions and antifungal actions against Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Aspergillus sp. and Trichophyton rubrum. 7-Hydrazinocarbonylmethoxy-4＇-methoxyflavane （9） was found to be the most XO inhibitory with IC50=76.4 μmol/L, and the most potent antifungal compound was 4＇-hydrazinocarbonylmethoxyflavane （12） with minimal inhibition concentration MIC=8 μg/mL against Trichophyton rubrum.     

MDMV外壳蛋白基因的克隆及其在大肠杆菌中的表达

报道了玉米矮花叶病毒(MDMV)全长外壳蛋白cDNA基因的克隆、序列分析和表达产物鉴定的结果。根据其cDNA序列推测的外壳蛋白氨基酸顺序全长共有313个氨基酸,分子量总和为35 400 D,与聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳估算的值36 000 D相近,克隆的病毒外壳蛋白基因cDNA 3′-末端非编码区含有256个碱基。将此外壳蛋白的基因插入pUC19的1acZ基因中,转入E.coli后诱导表达,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析呈现一特异性的蛋白带,经Western吸印与抗MDMV的兔血清呈阳性反应,证实所克隆的cDNA基因为MDMV外壳蛋白基因,并且能够正确表达。     

大孔吸附树脂合成及从甜叶菊中提取分离甜菊甙的研究

本文合成了一系列用于从甜叶菊提取液中吸附分离甜菊甙的大孔吸附树脂，测定了它们的孔结构参数及吸附量，并比较了吸附量较高的五种树脂的循环使用性能及解吸性能。实验结果表明，Ｍ－３５树脂吸附量大，解吸率高，用树脂法工艺制备的甜菊甙产品纯度高，质量好。     

L-卡尼丁分子压印聚合物作为手性分离色谱固定相的研究

以L－卡尼丁为模板分子，分别以α－甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为功能单体，乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为 剂，采用分子压印技术合成了对L－卡尼丁具有高选择性的分子压印聚合物。将所得聚合物用作高效液相色谱固定相，研究了它们对外消旋卡尼丁盐酸盐的拆分能力，分析结果表明，α－甲基丙烯酸作为功能单体所得聚合物对外消旋卡尼丁盐酸盐具有良好的拆分作用，其分离因子α为1．89。

从苯和叔丁醇出发，经过３步反应合成得标题化合物，总收率在６８％以上。

以精制棉为原料，经过漂白→碱化→老化→黄原酸酯化制得粘胶液，按一定比例加以ＣａＣＯ３粉末，混合均匀后分散在氯苯中９０℃下加热固化３ｈ，在ＨＣｌ－ＮａＣｌ－ＣａＣｌ２混合溶液中除去ＣａＣＯ３后，制得大孔球形纤维素。研究制球的各种影响因素。     

旋转输液管动力稳定性理论分析北大核心CSCD

基于Lagrange原理和假设模态法建立了旋转输液管的动力学模型.通过降阶升维的方法求解系统的特征值问题,并分析了旋转输液管自由振动特性.得到了不同端部集中质量和转速下,系统特征值随流速升高的演变轨迹.揭示了临界流速随系统参数的变化规律.研究发现,内部流体的流动对旋转输液管动力学特性存在显著影响.在某些参数组合下,系统低阶模态能够形成不同形式的内共振关系.预示了旋转输液管模型蕴含丰富的动力学现象.     

CYTOPLASMIC EFFECT ON GENE FUNCTION IN Xenopus laevis

The pigmentation gene of Xenopus laevis is dominant and that of albino a~p mutant recessive. Hete-rologous haploid hybrids are produced by UV inactivation of the egg nuclei during second polar body for-mation in the mutant sperm-fertilized Xenopus eggs. During development of these hybrids, melanin ap-peared in the eye and melanophores in the skin at stages comparable to those of the wild type, but muchearlier than in the albino mutant. The number and intensity of pigment cells are interinediate betweenthe black Xenopus and albino mutant. While a number of pigment cells remain in the hybrids, thosein the albino eventually degenerate. Therefore, the development and maintenance of pigmentation in hete-rologous hybrids are contributed by Xenopus cytoplasm. Tadpole tail-tips were squashed and stained for chromosome counting. The results show thatXenopus and mutants are diploid (36 chromosomes) and heterologous haploid hybrids have 18 chromosomes.
