Naphthalimide derivatives, N-ethyl-4-acetylamino-l ,8-naphthalimide (EAAN) and polymer with N-propyl-4-acetylamino-l,8-naphthalimide (PAAN) side-chain (P-PAAN) were successfully synthesized. Electroluminescent devices of ITO/PVK(120nm)/EAAN(50nm)/Al(150nm) (Ⅰ) and ITO/PVK P-PAAN( 10:1) (50nm)/Al(150nm) (Ⅱ) constructed with EAAN and P-PAAN as the emitting layer were investigated, whereas the single-layer devices of ITO/EAAN or P-PAAN(50nm)/Al(l50nm) (Ⅲ) were not observed to have any e-mission light. The emission results revealed that the exciton recombination formed by positive and negative charge carriers injected from electrodes of devices Ⅰ and Ⅱ was much more balanced than that of devices Ⅲ, which implied that naphthalimide derivatives are a new type of electron-transporting materials with high performance. The electron-transporting properties of naphthalimide derivatives were also elucidated by investigation of the electroluminescent behaviors from both devices of ITO/PPV (80nm)/Al and ITO/P 相似文献

以萘酰亚胺结构为荧光发色团,设计开发了一种含C=C双键的、具有分子内电荷转移(ICT)效应的新型水溶性优化的次氯酸荧光探针3-(2-氰基丙烯酸乙酯基)-4-羟基-N-正丙基-1,8-萘酰亚胺(NAEC).添加次氯酸后,探针分子NAEC中的C=C双键被氧化,生成醛基,探针NAEC原有的ICT效应被破坏,产生荧光信号.经核磁、质谱、荧光发射光谱和UV-Vis吸收光谱对其结构和检测性能进行了研究.结果表明,在pH=7.4的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)/磷酸缓冲盐溶液(PBS)(V∶V=1∶19)缓冲体系中,探针NAEC可在10s内完成对次氯酸的检测,荧光分析检测限为2.4nmol/L,斯托克斯位移为100nm;探针NAEC显示出较强的抗干扰性,能在其他活性氧、小分子生物硫醇及常见阴离子等22种干扰物存在下完成次氯酸的专一检测.同时,该探针分子的膜透性与生物相容性良好,具备较好的活体内源性ClO-荧光成像能力,在生物检测及环境监控等领域具有良好的应用前景. 相似文献

The selective and efficient monitoring of mercury (Hg2+) contamination found in the environment and ecosystem has been carried out. Thus, a new 1,8-naphthalimide-based fluorescent probe NADP for the detection of Hg2+ based on a fluorescence enhancement strategy has been designed and synthesized. The NADP probe can detect Hg2+ with high selectivity and sensitivity and a low detection limit of 13 nm . The detection mechanism was based on a Hg2+-triggered deprotection reaction, resulting in a dramatic change in fluorescence from colorless to green at physiological pH. Most importantly, biological investigation has shown that the NADP probe can be successfully applied to the monitoring of Hg2+ in living cells and zebrafish with low cytotoxicity. 相似文献

ABSTRACTA novel fluorescent naphthalimide derivative gelator (N-18) was designed and characterised which could form a stable gel in 1,4-dioxane/H2O (2/1, v/v), methyl sulfoxide (DMSO), ethanol/H2O (4/1, v/v), acetone/H2O (2/1, v/v) and methanol. The self-assembly process of molecule N-18 in the five solvents was carefully investigated by the field emission scanning electron microscope, UV-vis absorption spectra, fluorescence emission spectra, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and water contact angle experiments. Different structures from microbelts to helical nanofibers were formed in the self-assembly process. Hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking interaction were the mainly driving forces for the formation of gel. At the same time, the hydrophobic surface with the contact angles of 133°–142° was observed on the xerogel films N-18 from the above five solvents. Interestingly, molecule N-18 could be applied in bioimaging in a living cell. 相似文献

以1,8-萘酐、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、三乙烯四胺为原料,通过酰亚胺化、缩合等反应,合成一种萘酰亚胺荧光探针,并通过核磁氢谱、红外光谱结构表征,测定了探针在乙醇与水的混合溶液中的荧光光谱。考察了金属离子浓度等因素的影响,对其配位机理进行了研究。结果显示,目标产物在乙醇-水溶液中对Fe~(3+)表现出了专属选择性识别性能,在(1.87~6.53)×10~(-6)g/m L的Fe~(3+)浓度范围内,探针荧光强度与Fe~(3+)浓度有很好的线性关系,线性相关系数R=0.995 3,检出限为405.1 ng/mL。 相似文献

通过在1,8-萘酰亚胺发光单元上引入三苯胺单元, 合成了含三苯胺单元的萘酰亚胺化合物(TNP和TNM). 吸收光谱、稳态及瞬态的荧光光谱证实了该体系不仅存在着Förster-type单线态能量转移, 同时存在着光诱导电荷转移(PIET), 正是由于PIET导致目标化合物TNP和TNM的荧光发生严重淬灭, 其淬灭超过99%. 通过加入酸将三苯胺中心氮原子进行质子化, 切断其PIET过程, 可实现荧光的淬灭与恢复的可逆性荧光调控. 该体系的荧光切断与恢复的过程可用于荧光开关的设计. 相似文献

A series of bis(4‐thio‐1,8‐naphthalic anhydride)s and the corresponding bis(N‐amino naphthalimide) derivatives were synthesized from readily available compounds in high yield. A series of novel poly(thioether‐naphthalimide)s, which utilized hydrazine as the diamine, were synthesized by a one‐step polymerization reaction in m‐cresol. Poly(thioether‐naphthalimide)s with inherent viscosities of 0.57–1.73 dL/g were obtained. The polymers were soluble in CHCl3 and were determined to have high molecular weights by means of gel permeation chromatographic analysis. They were soluble in m‐cresol and could be cast into tough films from m‐cresol solution. The glass‐transition temperature (Tg) values of the polyimides ranged from 320 to 353 °C. Polyimides from the bisphenol dianhydride, derived from 9,9‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)fluorene, did not show a clear transition in the DSC analysis. Degradation temperatures for 5% weight loss all occurred above 430 °C in nitrogen. The series of monomers were successfully copolymerized with each other. Monomers 6a and 7a , containing the bisphenol A moiety, could also be copolymerized with perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride. These copolymers had high Tg's and were thermally stable. This study describes the ultrasound-assisted synthesis of 4-nitro-N-substituted-1,8-naphthalimide derivatives from 4-nitro-1,8-naphthalic anhydride and related amines by irradiating at 35 KHz in a sonic bath in aqueous media at room temperature. The results obtained by this method are comparable to those obtained by a common reflux method. The imidation reaction under ultrasound irradiation preceded 8 and 20 times faster than the common method and produced higher yields. 相似文献
