基于近红外光谱技术的人体血糖浓度无创检测系统的研制

开发了一种小型化人体血糖浓度无创检测系统,该系统可实现人体血糖浓度的快速、实时、无创检测,主要由嵌入式系统、夹具、光源系统和微型光栅光谱仪四部分组成。提出了一种光源稳压驱动电路方案,可满足多种光谱采集条件对光源的要求。同时提出了一种一体化夹具设计方案,不仅简化了系统的光学结构,而且提高了测量条件的可重复性。分别用小波去噪和核偏最小二乘法对采集的光谱数据进行预处理和数学建模,并对系统进行性能评价,血糖浓度预测值与标准值的相关系数为0.95,预测均方根误差为0.6mmol.L-1,系统的重复性较好。

牛血清白蛋白与偶氮胂Ⅲ-镱?结合反应及其应用

研究了在酸性溶液中BSA与偶氮胂Ⅲ-镱(Ⅲ)络合物的结合反应.发现加入BSA后偶氮胂Ⅲ-镱?的吸收光谱产生减色效应和红移,探讨了实验条件对结合反应的影响.随着BSA量的增加,650 nm吸收峰线性下降,基于此建立了蛋白质定量分析方法,并运用于实际样品的测定,结果与紫外分光光度法测得的结果吻合.用分光光度法研究BSA与偶氮胂Ⅲ-镱?之间的结合模型,发现结合反应符合Scatchard模型.进一步的研究发现BSA与阳离子表面活性剂、偶氮胂Ⅲ-镱?之间的作用机理相类似.
