Fluorene is a classic three-membered polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, and it has been widely used in optoelectronic devices. Here we explore a simple and efficient strategy for the derivatization at the 2- and 3- positions in fluorene unit. By introducing different types of substituents, we design two pairs of 2,3-disubstituted fluorene isomers and use them as host materials for phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PHOLEDs). The green PHOLEDs hosted by these fluorene derivatives realize high external quantum efficiencies (EQE) over 20 % with low efficiency roll-off. Particularly, the devices hosted by 2TRz3TPA and 2TPA3TRz achieve nearly 24 % EQE and 104 lm W−1 power efficiency. These results clearly demonstrate that the 2,3-disubstituted fluorene platforms are potentially useful for constructing host materials.  相似文献

Nonfullerene acceptor based organic solar cells (NF-OSCs) have witnessed rapid progress over the past few years owing to the intensive research efforts on novel electron donor and nonfullerene acceptor (NFA) materials, interfacial engineering, and device processing techniques. Interfacial layers including electron transporting layers (ETL) and hole transporting layers (HTLs) are crucially important in the OSCs for facilitating electron and hole extraction from the photoactive blend to the respective electrodes. In this review, the lates progress in both ETLs and HTLs for the currently prevailing NF-OSCs are discussed, in which the ETLs are summarized from the categories of metal oxides, metal chelates, non-conjugated electrolytes and conjugated electrolytes, and the HTLs are summarized from the categories of inorganic and organic materials. In addition, some bifunctional interlayer materials served as both ETLs and HTLs are also introduced. Finally, the prospects of ETL/HTL materials for NF-OSCs are provided.  相似文献

Shortcut nitrification-denitrification (SCND) is widely concerned because of its low energy consumption and high nitrogen removal efficiency. However, the current difficulty lies in the stable maintenance of SCND performance, which leads to the challenge of large-scale application of this new denitrification technology. In this study, the nitrogen removal pathway from complete nitrification-denitrification (CND) to SCND was rapidly realized under high free ammonia (FA), high pH and low dissolved oxygen (DO) conditions. The variations of specific oxygen uptake rate (SOUR) of activated sludge in both processes were investigated by an online SOUR monitoring device. Different curves of SOUR from CND to SCND process were observed, and the ammonia peak obtained based on SOUR monitoring could be used to control aeration time accurately in SCND process. Accordingly, the SOUR ratio of ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB) to nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB) (SOURAOB/SOURNOB) was increased from 1.40 to 2.93. 16S rRNA Miseq high throughput sequencing revealed the dynamics of AOB and NOB, and the ratio of relative abundance (AOB/NOB) was increased from 1.03 to 3.12. Besides, SOURAOB/SOURNOB displayed significant correlations to ammonia removal rate (P<0.05), ammonia oxidation rate / nitrite oxidation rate (P < 0.05), nitrite accumulation rate (P < 0.05) and the relative abundance of AOB/NOB (P < 0.05). Thus, a strategy for evaluation the SCND process stability based on online SOUR monitoring is proposed, which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the SCND performance.  相似文献

Bicyclic peptides, a class of polypeptides with two loops within their structure, have emerged as powerful tools in the development of new peptide drugs. They have the potential to bind to challenged drug targets, with antibody-like affinity and selectivity. Meanwhile, bicyclic peptides possess small molecule-like access to chemical synthesis, which is conducive to large-scale synthesis and screening. In the last five years, bicyclic peptide technology has been increasingly developed, and researchers have carried out a variety of studies to elucidate the potential functions of bicyclic peptides. With the continuous development of synthetic methods and the advances of new technology to build bicyclic peptide libraries, bicyclic peptides are now becoming widely used in the development of new drugs for various diseases. This perspective provides an overview of the structure types, synthesis and applications of bicyclic peptides in current drug development, and our own views on future challenges of bicyclic peptides.  相似文献

Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) have received significant attention in large-scale energy storage due to their low cost and abundant resources. To obtain high-performance SIBs, many intensive studies about electrode materials have been carried out, especially the cathode material. As various types of cathode material for SIBs, a 3D open framework structural Na3V2(PO4)2F3 (NVPF) with Na superionic conductor (NASICON) structure is a promising cathode material owing to its high operating potential and high energy density. However, its electrochemical properties are severely limited by the poor electronic conductivity due to the insulated [PO4] tetrahedral unit. In this review, the challenges and strategies for NVPF are presented, and the synthetic strategy for NVPF is also analyzed in detail. Furthermore, recent developments of modification research to enhance their electrochemical performance are discussed, including designing the crystal structure, adjusting the electrode structure, and optimizing the electrolyte components. Finally, further research and application for future development of NVPF are prospected.  相似文献

3D microgels with various mechanical properties have been important platforms tumor metastasis analysis, and widely adjustable stiffness is crucial for deeper researches. Herein, by mixing biodegradable polylactic acid (PLA) nanofibers in the modified alginate with different concentrations of Ca2+, we significantly enhance the stiffness range of microgels while retaining the pore size, which provides bionic microenvironment for tumor analysis. As a proof of concept, we simulated the mechanical characteristics of breast tumors by encapsulating cells in 3D microgels with diverse stiffness, and analyzed cellular behaviors of two typical breast cancer cell lines: MCF-7 and SUM-159. Results showed that with the addition of 2.0% (w/v) PLA short nanofibers, the Young's modulus of modified alginate increased more than three-fold. Besides preserving high survival and proliferation rates, both cells also displayed stronger migration ability in soft microgel spheres, where RT-qPCR analysis revealed the underlying changes at the genetic level. This systematic study demonstrated our method is powerful for creating widely adjustable 3D mechanical microenvironment, and the results of cellular behavior analysis shows its promising application prospects in tumorigenesis and progression.  相似文献

Fluorescent materials that respond to multiple stimuli have broad applications ranging from sensing and bioimaging to information encryption. Herein, we report the design and synthesis of a single-fluorophore-based amphiphile DCSO, which shows temperature-, solvent-, humidity-, and radiation-dependent fluorescence. DCSO consists of a dicyanostilbene (DCS) group as a rigid hydrophobic core with oligo(ethylene glycol) (OEG) chains at both ends as a flexible hydrophilic periphery. The DCS group acts as a highly efficient fluorophore, while the OEG chain endows the molecule with thermo-responsiveness. Fluorescent colors can vary from blue to green to yellow in response to external stimuli. On the basis of light radiation, we demonstrate that this system can be applied to time-dependent information encryption, in which the correct information can only be read at a specific time under irradiation. This work further demonstrates the usefulness and application of single-fluorophore-based luminescent materials with multiple stimuli-responsive functions.  相似文献

Bacterial infection is currently a serious challenge globally, causing death of thousands of human beings. New antimicrobial agents with novel mechanism of action are urgently needed. Transition metal complexes have shown great potentials in photodynamic and photocatalytic therapy. Herein, we take full advantage of metal photocatalyst and successfully developed a novel cyclometalated iridium(III) complex (Ir1) with higher biofilm damage efficiency than the clinical antibiotics. Ir1 synergistically generates reactive oxygen species and coenzyme photocatalytic activity with high efficiency under white light irradiation. Combined with these properties, Ir1 exhibited excellent photoinactivation of S. aureus and effectively damaged the biofilm. This work provides a new approach for the development of antibacterial photodynamic therapy.  相似文献
