Nanoformulations of mononuclear Pt complexes cis-PtCl2(PPh3)2 ( 1 ), [Pt(PPh3)2(L−Cys)] ⋅ H2O ( 3 , L−Cys=L-cysteinate), trans-PtCl2(PPh2PhNMe2)2 ( 4 ; PPh2PhNMe2=4-(dimethylamine)triphenylphosphine), trans-PtI2(PPh2PhNMe2)2 ( 5 ) and dinuclear Pt cluster Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4 ( 2 ) have comparable cytotoxicity to cisplatin against murine melanoma cell line B16F10. Masking of these discrete molecular entities within the hydrophobic core of Pluronic® F-127 significantly boosted their solubility and stability, ensuring efficient cellular uptake, giving in vitro IC50 values in the range of 0.87–11.23 μM. These results highlight the potential therapeutic value of Pt complexes featuring stable Pt−P bonds in nanocomposite formulations with biocompatible amphiphilic polymers. 相似文献

We categorify the notion of an infinitesimal braiding in a linear strict symmetric monoidal category, leading to the notion of a (strict) infinitesimal 2-braiding in a linear symmetric strict monoidal 2-category. We describe the associated categorification of the 4-term relations, leading to six categorified relations. We prove that any infinitesimal 2-braiding gives rise to a flat and fake flat 2-connection in the configuration space of n particles in the complex plane, hence to a categorification of the Knizhnik–Zamolodchikov connection. We discuss infinitesimal 2-braidings in a certain monoidal 2-category naturally assigned to every differential crossed module, leading to the notion of a symmetric quasi-invariant tensor in a differential crossed module. Finally, we prove that symmetric quasi-invariant tensors exist in the differential crossed module associated to Wagemann's version of the String Lie-2-algebra. As a corollary, we obtain a more conceptual proof of the flatness of a previously constructed categorified Knizhnik–Zamolodchikov connection with values in the String Lie-2-algebra. 相似文献

This paper deals with a variational formulation for the sensitivity problem of beam systems in the context of deformable solids with cracks. Natural frequencies are defined as state variables involved in the energy functional of the system, while the cracks length and position are treated as system parameters. The hierarchical equation system is formed and solved for the first and second derivatives of the natural frequency functions with respect to the cracks length and position. An analytical procedure for calculations of the second-order sensitivities of natural frequencies is proposed for the non-symmetrical equation system operator. Numerical algorithms are worked out and implemented computationally. Let be a squarefree monomial ideal in a polynomial ring. In this paper we study multiplications on the minimal free resolution of . In particular, we characterize the possible vectors of total Betti numbers for such ideals which admit a differential graded algebra (DGA) structure on . We also show that under these assumptions the maximal shifts of the graded Betti numbers are subadditive.On the other hand, we present an example of a strongly generic monomial ideal which does not admit a DGA structure on its minimal free resolution. In particular, this demonstrates that the Hull resolution and the Lyubeznik resolution do not admit DGA structures in general.Finally, we show that it is enough to modify the last map of to ensure that it admits the structure of a DG algebra. 相似文献

In this paper, we show that all Coleman automorphisms of a finite group with self-central minimal non-trivial characteristic subgroup are inner; therefore the normalizer property holds for these groups. Using our methods we show that the holomorph and wreath product of finite simple groups, among others, have no non-inner Coleman automorphisms. As a further application of our theorems, we provide partial answers to questions raised by M. Hertweck and W. Kimmerle. Furthermore, we characterize the Coleman automorphisms of extensions of a finite nilpotent group by a cyclic p-group. Finally, we note that class-preserving Coleman automorphisms of p-power order of some nilpotent-by-nilpotent groups are inner, extending a result by J. Hai and J. Ge, where p is a prime number. 相似文献

We prove a sharp estimate for the k-modulus of smoothness, modelled upon a -Lebesgue space, of a function f in , where Ω is a domain with minimally smooth boundary and finite Lebesgue measure, , and . This sharp estimate is used to establish necessary and sufficient conditions for continuous embeddings of Sobolev-type spaces into generalized Hölder spaces defined by means of the k-modulus of smoothness.
