Theoretical study of acoustic field patterns of 2-D ultrasound phased arrays for hyperthermia therapy

Acoustic field patterns of 2-D ultrasound phased arrays for the high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) hyperthermia therapy are studied, and controlling algorithms of field patterns are provided. The 2-D phased array using the conventional single-focus scanning pattern can exactly control the focal distance and the steering direction of the beam, but in general produce a single focus. Extremely high intensity levels will be needed when this pattern is used to treat large tumors. However, a direct synthesis method of the acoustic field based on the pseudo-inverse matrix can produce the multiple-focus field pattern. The rectangular radiator method of the acoustic field was used to simulate the single-focus scanning pattern and the multiple-focus pattern which are produced by a 2-D phased array consisting of 20×20 elements, and simulation results show that the 2-D array using the multiple-focus pattern can produce several foci with lower intensity levels simultaneously. 沿LiNbO3 y方向的准纵波及其超声非线性系数

本文给出了沿LiNbO₃ y方向的准纵波的非线性运动方程及其解.由于LiNbO₃晶体的二阶弹性常数c₁₄比c₁₁和 c₄₄小很多,沿y方向的准纵波非常接近纯模式,为用超声二次谐波发生技术测量晶体的超声非线性系数和三阶弹性常数提供了一个新的传播模式.对于LiNbO₃(或其它具有3m对称的晶体)从这个传播模式的超声非线性系数,可以确定一个包括c₂₂₂,c₂₄₄,c₁₁₄,c₁₂₄和c₄₄₄5个三阶弹性常数的组合.在准静态近似下,求得了与这个传播模式有关的二阶和三阶弹性常数与压电耦合的关系.用超声二次谐波发生技术测量了该模式的超声非线性系数,并求得了相应的三阶弹性常数的组合.实验和利用其他作者发表的数据计算的结果相符合.     

基于ABAQUS的微细电火花超声振动主轴 仿真研究*

微细电火花技术凭借自身的特点和优势,在航空航天、医疗器械等领域发挥着重要的作用。超声振动辅助电火花加工在传统电火花加工中引入超声振动,加工精度和加工效率明显提高。作为核心部件,超声振动主轴的设计尤为重要。但传统设计过程,大大延长了研发周期和增加了成本,,因此,采用仿真方式进行研究具有重要的意义。本文对设计的微细电火花超声振动主轴的进行了仿真研究,通过ABAQUS进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,得到了超声振动主轴的谐振频率和输出振幅等参数。超声振动主轴的测试实验验证了仿真结果的正确性。
