磁头/磁盘滑动接触下磁盘温度及热退磁临界条件的研究 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
采用二维轴对称有限元模型计算磁头/磁盘滑动接触下,铝质磁盘的稳态温度和热应力场以及热退磁临界条件.结果表明:磁盘温度在极短时间内升至摩擦稳态值,然后缓慢线性升高到最终稳态值;经过充分热传导和热交换后磁盘的温度梯度较小,此时磁层内的热应力集中分布于磁盘固定端边缘附近;磁盘的稳态温度和热应力均随速度增大而增大,且载荷越大其值增大越快;热应力小于1.2 GPa时所对应的速度和载荷为安全工况;温升大于373 K时所对应的工况将导致磁盘退磁. 相似文献

This research paper analyzes the transport of thermal and solutal energy in the Maxwell nanofluid flow induced above the disk which is rotating with a constant angular velocity.The significant features of thermal and solutal relaxation times of fluids are studied with a Cattaneo-Christov double diffusion theory rather than the classical Fourier's and Fick's laws.A novel idea of a Buongiorno nanofluid model together with the Cattaneo-Christov theory is introduced for the first time for the Maxwell fluid flow over a rotating disk.Additionally,the thermal and solutal distributions are controlled with the impacts of heat source and chemical reaction.The classical von Karman similarities are used to acquire the non-linear system of ordinary differential equations(ODEs).The analytical series solution to the governing ODEs is obtained with the well-known homotopy analysis method(HAM).The validation of results is provided with the published results by the comparison tables.The graphically presented outcomes for the physical problem reveal that the higher values of the stretching strength parameter enhance the radial velocity and decline the circumferential velocity.The increasing trend is noted for the axial velocity profile in the downward direction with the higher values of the stretching strength parameter.The higher values of the relaxation time parameters in the Cattaneo-Christov theory decrease the thermal and solutal energy transport in the flow of Maxwell nanoliquids.The higher rate of the heat transport is observed in the case of a larger thermophoretic force. 相似文献

In this paper we are interested in the dynamics and numerical treatment of a rolling disk on a flat support.
The objective of the paper is to develop a numerical model which is able to simulate the dynamics of a rolling disk
taking into account various kinds a friction models (resistance against sliding, pivoting and rolling). A mechanical
model of a rolling disk is presented in the framework of Non-smooth Dynamics and Convex Analysis. In an analytical
study, approximations are derived for the energy decay of the system during the final stage of the motion for various

Chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) has become a primary planarization technique required for the manufacture of a computer hard disk substrate. In CMP, erosive wear, which is regarded as one of the wear mechanisms underlying the interaction between the abrasive particles and polished surfaces, can occur when materials are removed by the surface collision of particles which are carried by a fluid medium. A fundamental understanding of the process in which nanoparticles impact on the surface of the nickel-phosphorous (Ni-P) coating plated on the computer hard disk substrate is important to the control and preventing of surface defects during CMP. In this study, a cylindrical liquid jet containing de-ionized water and SiO2 nanoparticles impacts obliquely on the surface of Ni-P coating at a speed of 10 m/s. Microscopic examinations of the impacted surface are performed using a high resolution transmission electron microscope, an atomic force microscope, etc. Experimental results indicate that craters and scratches in the surface have taken place after nanoparticle impacts, and crystal grains in nano-scale and an element phosphorus concentration can be found in the sub-surface layer of the impacted surface. 相似文献

Calculations have been done for the modulation transfer function of a superresolution optical disk with a combination of optical
path filtering and saturable absorption techniques. The results reveal that optical path filtering alone can only equalize,
to a certain degree, the spatial frequency response of the opticaldisk system, but it can not attain any response beyond the
cutoff frequency. With an additional saturable absorption layer in-between the substrate and the information layer, it is
