激光感生色散光学滤波理论

利用半经典理论，建立了激光感生色散光学滤波的理论模型.通过求解密度矩阵方程，得到 感生极化率.并利用该理论计算出钾694 nm激光感生色散光学滤波器的透射谱，与发表的实 验结果基本符合. 关键词： 激光感生色散光学滤波 透射谱 极化率     

Improvement of Properties of p-GaN by Mg Delta Doping

The Mg-delta-doped GaN structure has been grown by low-pressure metalorganic chemical vapour deposition.The Hall-effect measurements reveal that the electrical properties are enhanced. The hole concentration is enhanced twice and hole mobility is enhanced three times by Mg-delta doping. Both the etch pit density data and the x-ray diffraction data demonstrate that Mg-delta doping can reduce the threading dislocation density of p-type GaN epilayer.     

胆汁中游离胆红素的光谱测定

本工作建立了胆汁中游离胆红素的光谱测定法。本方法克服了干扰问题,考虑了溶剂的萃取效率,提出了反映胆汁性质的一个新指标α值。用本方法考察了正常胆汁和色素类结石病人胆汁标本中游离胆红素的含量,为成石因素研究提供了实验数据。     

径流过程的广义Hammersstein模型及其辨识

本文针对一类水文随机模拟系统的参数辨识问题,提出了一种广义 Hammerstein辨识方法,讨论了广义Hammerstein函数的构造问题。文中给出了两个日径流系统辨识的实际例子。     

过渡金属醋酸盐与邻菲咯啉的室温固相配位化学反应研究

本文研究了Ｃ０（Ａｃ）２·４Ｈ２Ｏ，Ｎｉ（Ａｃ）２４Ｈ２Ｏ，Ｃｕ（Ａｃ）２·Ｈ２Ｏ，Ｚｎ（Ａｃ）２·２Ｈ２Ｏ与邻菲咯啉在室温（２０土２℃）条件下的固相配位化学反应，讨论了反应物分子结构对固相反应的影响，通过固相反应一步合成了相应的配合物，经元素分析、红外光谱，Ｘ－射线衍射测定，确定了固相合成产物的组成。     

ON DYNAMIC OPTIMIZATION OF TIMOSHENKO BEAM

The present paper discusses the minimum weight design pro-blem for Timoshenko and Euler beams subjected to multi-frequ-ency constraints.Taking the simply-supported symmetric beamas an example,we reveal the abnormal characteristics of op-timal Timoshenko beams,i.e.,the frequency corresponding tothe first symmetric vibration mode could be higher than thefrequency of antisymmetric vibration mode if a very thin andhigh strip is suitably formed at the middle of the beam.and,optimal Timoshenko beams subjected to two different sets offrequency constraints could have the same minimum weight.Theabove abnormal characteristics demonstrate the need for in-cluding maximum cross sectional area constraint in the problemformulation in order to have a well-posed problem.     

系统参数最小二乘估计的渐近正态性及其应用

1979年L.Ljung等人在中证明了,在一组正则条件下,系统参数的予报误差估计(包括最小二乘估计)具有渐近正态性。本文利用鞅差中心极限定理,对最小二乘估计的渐近正态性作更为简洁的证明,并举例说明它在假设检验中的应用。
